Tried several times to reach the hotel to arrange airport transportation. No answer. Finally got through at 130 am and had to wait an hour for the shuttle. I understand that shuttles run on a schedule, but that schedule needs to be published so people can plan accordingly. Staff was friendly once we got there, but getting customer service over the phone was impossible.

Warning- Do not stay here if you have a morning flight. Website says it airport shuttle, but it doesn’t start til 7am! I had to pay $20 to go 1 mile with Uber. Only reason I booked here was for shuttle. There were plenty of other options.

Good things: Free airport shuttle Friendly staff Free parking Bad things: Minimal staff during shift change @ 3pm. Plan your arrival accordingly. Outside security doors do not lock. Next visit will pay the extra few bucks somewhere else for better security.

I used Motel 6 for a night stay prior to a early morning flight. Their airport shuttle no longer operates 24 hours. When i booked the stay i was under the impression that the shuttle was available 24 hours. The receptionist informed me they no longer have that service 24 hours. I took the city bus at 3:45 in the morning which worked out well. Upon my arrival back to seatac, i called for the shuttle and it was going to be an hour wait to get picked up. What a joke! I once again took the city bus which runs every 15-20 minutes. The dirty part was not the room, but rather where i parked. There was dog crap all around the location my car was parked. I tried avoiding stepping in it, but due to the crazy amount I unfortunately did step in some. This is not a convenient place to use due to the poor shuttle service, and as for the messy surroundings where my vehicle was parked that was just a nasty finish to my experience. e was

Booked for airport shuttle services and lower price for overnight layover at airport. Barely made last shuttle on arriving night flight 10:30pm and no shuttle available for early flight. Had to get Uber. Shuttle services 9am-11pm. If i remember correctly.

We always stay at motel 6 because we travel with our dog and it's just easier. Usually they are clean but this one was very disappointing. The light in the bathroom didn't work which probably was a good thing because even in the dark I could see how dirty the walls were. The floors were sticky and the flooring was peeling up and lifted, the light switches were dirty and sticky, I had to move the coffee pot to the bathroom to plug it in. I felt very uncomfortable because of the grossness of the room and the halls smelled like a combination of marijuana and urine along with people just putting there garbage in piles outside of their rooms. Very disappointing!

For a Motel 6, this was WAY above our expectations! Very clean and spacious, the staff were nice and the shuttle to the airport was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Room and bed were great especially for the price. Clean, tidy, everything in it's place and working week. The hallways outside the room and the general areas are run down ... Average for a motel This stay was an excellent value and I will stay again a similar situation.

Liked: Close proximity to airport Disliked: Dirty and stained bed sheets and towels; staff not so friendly or welcoming; bed was hard and my back started aching after 3rd night; building was old and dilapidated; room smelled terrible; sink didn’t have hot water; no microwave/mini fridge in room. Room was filthy and the bed absolutey unwashed and unsanitary. Hair, crumbs and even tape in the sheets, stained yellow all over, and a sinkhole on one side of the mattress. Blanket had wads of hair in it. Mens dirty socks beside the bed. This bed was made but not washed. Some maid has not done their job! Holes in the couch, phone doesn’t work. Old yellowed hallways, smelly. Worst More 6 I‘ve stayed in because of the terrible room and bed condition. Front desk girl was friendly. Plenty of parking. Grounds look decent.

I was surprised at how clean and nice the room was, not expecting much from a Motel 6. The bed was comfy and so were the pillows. I don’t slept great and was on the road right away the next morning. The front desk staff at check in were fun and great.

The good: the room was very clean and comfortable. The motel is convenient to SeaTac airport. The bad: the AC was on full blast so the room was like a meat locker. There is no USB port in the room so make sure you have a charger for your phone

Walls are paper thin - you can hear every noise from parking lot, to rooms next door or above. Lol People here don’t care what noise they make. Hotel room is very old. Photos make it seem renovated. It’s not. Phone number for hotel is disconnected at night so you can’t call front desk to complain.

The room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was nice. It looked like it had a new shower put in. However, it was very noisy. We could even hear some of the hotel staff in the hallway in the wee hours of the morning. They put us in a room with all these lights in the parking lot and even though they had a room darkening shade there was still plenty of light that poured out on the side of the shade. Not the best experience.

Room small but comfy. Clean but a little outdated. First floor room- was loud with people above and in halls. Very bright lights outside window not totally able to cover with curtains. Convenient to airport which was the point and price was decent.

It took 2 hours to finally get in my room. Keys did not work. She would not answer the phone, it kept going to voice mail. The night clerks behavior was so hostile and accusing. There are so many things that went wrong I can't list them all in detail.

Stay here quite often and couldn't recommend this property enough. The staff has been nothing short of excellent. From Tina, Pam, Ava, Crystal, Roy, Aiden and the rest of the team they have always made me feel welcome and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future.

I just wanna stay they had excellent customer service. The young lady that worked at the front desk was amazing. Super respectful, super friendly, super loving, super kind and I can really appreciate that when I’m looking for a hotel. i’m looking forward to staying at this location again I highly recommend .

No one there to check us in when we arrived after midnight. We waited for about an hour before deciding to stay somewhere else. As two young women we didn't feel safe. When I called the next day to try and get a refund, I was told that the front desk person checked us in a half hour before we even set foot on the property. Because we were fraudulently checked in, they are saying we stayed the night and are refusing a refund.

It was a great place to stay for the weekend to see Seattle and good for my budget too. My only negatives were there were limited places to go out and eat, as I the nearest places are at least a 30min walk, unless you have a car, which I was lucky I had a rental car. But overall, the staff were helpful and friendly. The room is good too and the hotel is near the airport too.

We had a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel. It was easy to & locate & close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall. It's sorroundings looked safe with a bright parking lot. The staff were friendly & couteous. Our room looked modern & seemed like we were on a cruise ship. The only thing we were not happy about was that there were no extra pillows upon our request. Overall we got good value for the price paid.

Basic amenities for a place to crash. Some questionable people around the lot but overall felt safe. Close to airport and easy to check in. My only complaint would be the front counter safety window, which made it hard to use the credit card keypad under it

Guy I checked in with was super nice, rest of the staff I had an encounter with (especially the shuttle driver) were really unprofessional. Shuttle left over 10 minutes late as he was talking with the groundskeeper, he also took a very loud call during the drive and didn't acknowledge us at all until right before we boarded the shuttle. The pizza place they partner with took over an hour and a half to deliver the pizza, guy who took my order was also very unprofessional and rude. Delivery driver was ok but hurried off as soon as i had food in hand.

The room was clean and adequate. Hallway a bit / fairly smelly tbh. Staff was nice, but the shuttle service infrequent. On the hour after 6am and only every other hour before that. Epic food truck nearby tho! Yummy

Arrived early from a cruise ship and understandably or room was not ready. Girl at front desk was rude and short. Asked to use a bathroom and were sent to the gas station down the road. Asked about a ride to airport the following morning twice and they said we had to wait till 11pm and talk to who was on duty. One would think they could have the info there and make a list of customers needing that instead of making people get up at 11pm to sign up. Floors were not swept and clean, tracking dirt onto bed sheets that had light stains on them. Totally disappointed. If you are without a vehicle plan on paying for a public bus and then a tram to get downtown. The only food within walking distance was a Mexican food truck or stuff at the gas station.

Room reeked of cigarette smoke. TV wasnt working. No coffee table. No coffee maker. Dated room and waskroom. No ice maker. Dirty and dark hallways. Not worth the money. Staff though was accomodating and welcoming.

First, I must give kudos to their shuttle service which was excellent. Once at the facility, the desk clerk was delightful. The only foid in the area is a gas station or a taco truck. Nearest fast food was a Taco Bell, almost 2 miles away. The room looked like it was decirated 50 or mire years ago and mot ipdated. The floor, while clean, were old fashioned and tirn vinyl tiles, and the rest of the decor matched. The shower... when i went to use it in the morning, did not work! I shared that info on check out, and instead of offering any kind of accomodation, I was given an apology. I'm a 77 year old widow. If my wife was still with me, I never would have heard the end of having booked this place, and she would have been right!
