Modern Logan Square Luxury: 5 bedroom - sleeps 16!

Our family of 13 found this house a terrific gathering place for our long weekend in Chicago. The main living room and dining areas were perfect for our number, and there were enough bedrooms with enough different size beds to provide everyone with a place to sleep with a private or somewhat private bathroom. The house was well stocked and provided the supplies we needed. The online pictures do represent the home quite well as do the descriptions and reviews. The house is listed as a10-minute walk to the Logan Square Blue Line station, but one reviewer called it a 20-minute walk. Our experience was that the time of the walk was highly related to the age, energy, and burden (e.g., suitcases) of the walkers within this 10-20 minute range. The neighborhood, located about half an hour from the Loop by car or train, was quiet and attractive. Amit, the host, was extremely responsive.

A few friends and I stayed at Amit’s place during our weekend trip to Chicago. It was such a beautiful home with everything we needed. The location was great, too. It only took us about 10 mins to walk to the blue line, and the neighborhood was very nice and relatively quiet with easy access to the highway, as well. Amit was very responsive and accommodating—a super host for sure. You could not beat this stay for the price, especially. 10/10 would stay again.

We had a group of 10-12 and it was awesome. Host was communicative whole time. We had an issue with the water heater and the host jumped on fixing it for us. Place was clean and we would stay again!!

The house was clean and in great shape. Excellent location w quick interchange access. Easy to jump on and get to downtown attractions in minutes while staying in a nice Suburb. Great having a garage for parking! House had kitchen equipment for easy meals. Games were left under the tv! Had a couple questions, host was very quick w response and easy to get ahold of. Would highly recommend this place for the great home and great host

This property was great. Listing was accurate. More than adequate space, great communications with our host, lower level was shockingly large. I've never seen ceilings in a lower level this high. Outdoor decks were awesome. Utilizing the garage was a necessity because of the typical Chicago parking availability. Pulling in and out requires patience but our Expedition did fit in. I would definitely stay here again.
