We had a room on the 3rd floor with an older ac unit. Had it turned all the way down to 60 and just did not get cool enough to sleep. They were nice enough to move us to another room on the 2nd floor that had a newer unit. It still wasn't as cold as we like it to sleep but so much better than the first room. The hot tub was HOT, but jets did not work. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is under massive renovations. This is clear if you book on their website, but as I booked though a third party it was not mentioned anywhere. Every amenity was unusable and the drilling started before 8am and was SOOOO loud. When I worked at a hotel in the past, we would reach out to every guest to make sure they were away of situations like this. The front desk staff I spoke to could not have cared less of the inconveniences. I left a message for the front desk manager, who never followed up. Overall one of the worst hotel experience I've had.

Overall I felt unimpressed by the hotel. The room was smaller than I expected, the fridge in the room was tiny. The spa was not working and the gym wasn’t not impressive at all. It is a barely a step up from supper 8 or motel 6.

The pictures on the website do not represent our room. The furniture in the lobby was covered in stains. The flooring in the elevator was filthy. The shower surround has holes in it from mounting stuff to the surround.

We arrived at the hotel just a few hours ago and have checked out early the night of due to uncleanliness ( blood on the sheets and smelly pillows) and little air conditioning. It needs an upgrade. I even changed the bedding myself because the front desk didnt seem to care even after showing him pictures.

Our room was absolutely gross! Hairs all over the bathroom, rust spots in the shower. Shower drain kept backing up and shower head was working at 50 Percent. The light fixture around mirror was all rusted. The mat for the shower was suppose to be white however, it was a dull grey!!! Poor lighting. The pillows smelled like bad body odor. The sheets and covers smelled too. Will never go back to this property!!!

Disappointing accommodations for a Marriott. I booked two rooms and the AC units in both rooms were not working properly - the rooms were very warm when we arrived. When I called the front desk to report this issue, the staff member did not seem surprised to hear it and informed me they were fully booked that night so we could not switch rooms. Awhile later, he called back saying we could switch rooms, but by then my two young children were in bed and we had unpacked and I was hoping the AC simply hadn’t been turned on long before we arrived and would cool down over night. Unfortunately it did not, and my dad’s room was even warmer than mine. This was in rooms 312 and 313. Also, the TV in one of the rooms was very old; it worked on day 1 (albeit very slowly) but didn’t work at all the next morning and we noticed the TV was cracked in both top corners. No water bottles were provided in the room or at check in.

Pillows were horrendous. They must replace them with better and longer ones. Also NO USB outlets!!! Come on. It’s 2022. No free breakfast either. Otherwise excellent hotel.

I was there for a friends weekend. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was nice and plenty of drink and food options. The beds and pillows were comfortable, Wi-Fi was good. Close enough drive to the heart of St. Augustine. I would definitely stay there again.

The first night we were there there there was an issue with the AC and they took care of it pretty quickly. They ended up moving us to another room. It was late at night, but the gentleman at the desk took care of it as soon as he could, it was easy process I appreciate that Staff was friendly every time we Interacted …it was a nice stay

Staff was very rude hotel is being remodeled which isn’t a problem but i wish I knew the water would be off daily for the price you pay the breakfast is terrible for 18 dollars daily you get a very small portion and a small drink it isn’t worth it what so ever room service doesnt come daily I’ve been a Marriott bonvoy member for years and this stay will 100% make me cancel my membership

From Shirley at the front desk to the ladies at the Bistro, everyone was very accommodating and welcoming. They tended to our every need and it was the absolute perfect place to stay. We will definitely be going back!

I’ve stayed in a lot of different hotels and this was a really good one. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean property and updated rooms, Netflix on TVs, convenient coffee bar offering Starbucks, easy parking - just a really good hotel overall! Will definitely be back!

The staff at this hotel was wonderful. The food at the Bistro was very good as was the service. It is an older hotel but was very clean and well maintained. I had an issue in my room and they fixed it right away. The hot tub was a favorite for me. The room was very nice and spacious.

Property was clean , bed was soft and check in easy . The bar/ restaurant was very nice option to order and dine in or take to your room . Super convenient. We would stay here again if in the area. The coffee area was nice and I brought my ninja to make a smoothie each morning so the mini frrig was handy .
