We had a great stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel for its free parking and quadruple rooms. The hotel is easy to get to from the main road, it’s got good parking and it’s quiet. The room was nice, good bathroom and amenities. It would be perfect for family travelling with small children. It was a bit snug for the. 4 of us travelling with teenagers but one room was our choice to keep costs down. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. The only reason I’ve given 4 stars not 5 is the buses to and from Venice. They are very convenient, the stop is directly outside the hotel and the journey is only about 25 mins but the buses were packed and at times a bit of a nightmare. They run every 10 minutes or so which is great but there was no max amount of people, they just squeezed you in!! It was August but most people weren’t tourists, so I suspect it’s often like this. So Hotel is great, the location is great and the bus into Venice is convenient and easy just a bit unpleasant but it wouldn’t stop me recommending this hotel or staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location off the highway. Bus right out front of the building to go right into Venice. Bus dropped us just before our hotel on 2ay home. Room was very nice and the garden to go and have a drink in was great. Staff very efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Two night stay to explore Venice. It was very convenient to get to Venice from the hotel as the bus stop was very close to the hotel entrance and took you directly to Venice. Room and bathrooms were dirty and shower head attachment to the wall was broken making difficult to shower. At 4 am felt something in my leg and woke up to find a freaking plastic bag underneath the sheets I was sleeping in (so nasty and gross that I couldn’t sleep anymore and here I am writing this review at 5:48am before hiring the road). Service obviously is horrible due to cleaning and the old Madam at the front desk (who assumed we don’t understand or speak Italian - it’s funny of what you hear when you pretend to only know English) and after seeing how they cleaned the room I was happy to not accept the reservation they officer us at the hotel restaurant yesterday evening. Location is okay only because it is 15 minutes away from Venice and parking is free.

From the minute we walked into this quaint hotel we were impressed. The staff at reception went beyond the normal helpfulness, told us how to get back to Venice on the public bus, arrange for taxi the following day to take us to the airport. I also asked to have a bigger room, and they immediately took me to a different room. We absolutely cannot say enough good things about this charming hotel.

This is an outstanding hotel. It’s in a great location, has safe a secure parking, and is right next to a busy stop to easily get to Venice. The hotel is also conveniently located right off of A4. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful! Will be staying here again on my next visit!

Staff was very courteous, efficient and fully understood the value of customer service. They were also multilingual which helped. The breakfast was very good and provided a variety of food to please various customers and taste. The entire hotel was absolutely immaculate. We felt totally secure at this facility. The bus stop to go to Venice was a 2 minute walk at most. The bus takes 20 to 30 minutes to get to Venice. The hotel can provide advice and tickets to take various transportations.

Sehr nette Erklärung an der Rezeption erhalten. Die Dame im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und modern. Das Badezimmer mit einer Regendusche ausgestattet . Fussläufig zum Bahnhof und dann sehr praktisch nach Venedig mit dem Zug in 10 Minuten .

Great location near the train station and bus to go to Venice is 5 minutes walk ! Also, quiet neighborhood, I loved the garden for end of afternoon wine ! The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful, 5 stars to them !! My room was very clean and modern, enjoyed it very much. Nice bathroom ! My only small disappointment was the buffet breakfast.

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip around Italy and the staff made this stop so special . From reserving tables for breakfast, to glasses of champagne to celebrate, we were looked after so well. The room was very comfortable , with good facilities, and the restaurant was fantastic ! The staff were also very helpful when it came to planning our day in venice,helping us with travel cards and directions -it is so easy to get in by bus from here, and they run in to the early hours, so you can still get the venice at night experience whilst saving a fortune when compared to staying on the island
