Staff are really helpful

Room was a tad on the small size for a supposed 4* hotel. I did book twin beds but they were joined. Glass door on the bathroom with the loo nearest to the door was a bit awkward. Some building work going on in the property next door made the room noisy from early in the morning. The air con turning itself on off all night didn’t make for a good sleep. No coat hooks in the room. No sanitary bags in the bathroom. To top it all youngsters (14-16 yr olds) seemingly unsupervised in the late evening, speaking loudly outside our room for 20 mins until I had a word with them. When I informed a member of staff to relay this to their supervisors I was told I should have contacted management before. Unfortunately we also had the same the next night, even with them schussing each other! The wait of over 20mins for 2 poached eggs each seemed a long wait at breakfast. We unsurprisingly didn’t get asked if we enjoyed our stay on checkout….

Great staff, excellent food. Proper shower. Good bed.

Poor customer service: Charged twice, and the hotel will not accept incoming phone calls. Also no hot water on last day of my stay.

Great hotel, modern rooms but a little on the small side. Fine for a one night stay though. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Food was excellent.
