Great experience from the cinema to the roof tp terrace, great hotel and I'd love to stay again some time.

Brilliant central location in Oxford Circus. Rooms could do with updating slightly but comfortable enough for a night. Pillow were not great which would be only consideration.

We paid for a Magistrate Suite (55m2). Our room was 22m2 at best, much smaller than other lower market rooms listed on the website. The shower did not drain so stood in water to bathe. The main light switch turned off all outlets in the room so nothing we had plugged in worked after going to bed, including a medical device. There were loose extension cord wires hanging off the mantel where the tv was located and the cable box appeared to be taped to the wall partially behind the tv. Oh, and the tv sporadically worked. We booked the suite for two adults and child and there was only one bed. We had to ask for a roll away bed despite our reservation clearly identifying our need. Lastly, we booked this location because there is currently a heat wave in London and it said it had air conditioning yet the room never got below 24 degrees Celsius all night. It was cooler outside after the sun went down.

Great stay overall! The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from Oxford Circus, making it easy to explore London. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, and the hotel itself was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the breakfast. The breakfast room was quite small and felt crowded, and the selection was rather limited and not very exciting. The hotel was also quite expensive. If it had been more reasonably priced, we would definitely stay here again
