Definitely needs some upkeep in the rooms. Our room AC was blowing right on our bed, engineering tried their best to make it work, but the layout was horrible and led to terrible nights sleep. The shower had mold on the ceiling and duct tape on a picture frame over the toilet. Otherwise, the pool and workout room was nice, great location with food options close by.

I didn't get the breakfast . The restaurant connected to the hotel was pretty good . The pool was closed down but, the exercise room was good! Smoking area out front had benches and covered . You never find that at hotels, anymore . The stay was very comfortable and a very pleasant experience.

Staff was friendly upon arrival but hotel was it in great condition. This is in no way a 4 star location. We saw roaches in a room and were awoken at 4am by the police as someone had smashed the window of our vehicle. Once outside there were multiple victims that had been broken into. We were all parked right out front by the front lobby doors under lights… During our conversation with the police we were told this was not a rare occurrence. At no time before, during, or after were we reached out to by the staff to check on us, apologize, or see if we needed anything. Stay away. Only positive was the check in process was quick and easy enough. As stated at the beginning the is NOT a 3-4 star property nor should it be user rated 8+..

I was there for a family reunion. There was another family reunion and I believe a third group. Only one elevator worked the entire time, so it felt like I spent most time waiting. The rooms were carpeted. I find it absolutely disgusting generally and think all hotels should do away with it. The young lady who checked us in had a poor attitude. Breakfast was decent and all other staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

One of the most offputting looking hotels from the outside I have ever seen. Honestly, it looks like a 1970s housing project. Although certainly overpriced for both its location and facilities, once I was able to get inside which was not easy (Which I guess was a good thing) The hotel itself was perfectly fine. Nothing special, but clean, except for the bug in the bathroom, and comfortable enough. The gym is adequate, although it could use some portable mats and weights over 50 pounds.

I wish I would not have wasted my time and money staying here. 1) The property was run down and dirty. The facilities were in need of repainting and refinishing. It felt a bit dirty no matter where you were on the property. 2) The parking lot is oddly shaped. The back gates close/lock in the evening and you are forced to drive the wrong way down a one way (towards the front) to get out of the property parking lot. It always caused problems trying to get out when people were trying to enter. 3) One of the mornings we abruptly found out that the water was shut off -- and without any warning. The property didn't communicate this was going to happen and we had to go to a local gym to shower and make it to a meeting on time. The hotels.com phone representative who investigated my claim also noted she didn't see any advanced written warning from the property to guests. 4) The late night front desk clerk was unpleasant. He could not be bothered for anything. 5) As we checked out and began walking to our car to leave, we watched a patron (whom we saw earlier) walk out the side door and put a comforter in his trunk and leave. Do yourself a favor and check out another hotel in a different area. This was really disappointing for a Hilton property.

The air conditioning unit was loud and inconsistent, making it hard to sleep through the night. The worst part was the noise—walls seemed paper-thin, and I could hear every word from the adjacent rooms and hallway. The furniture Sofa, chairs etc were stained with what looked like bodily fluids on the seats and arms of the furniture. It was gross and disgusting. I didnt even use the lounge side of the hotel room of my Suite. I borught it to the hotels attention but they could only como my breakfast charges. I eould not rec9mmend staying here due to the dirty rooms.. It alsonnerded to be updated and not worth the price.

Everything was lovely. Check-in with Joseph was quick and easy. He was so welcoming and professional. He checked up later through text to see if we needed anything. When we requested extra towels, he got them immediately. Every employee we even walked past greeted us and asked if we needed anything. WOW! The room, the public areas and the grounds were immaculate. No weird smells or over-powering air freshener. That is very important for some of us. Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Linens and towels were a good quality. Lots of little touches that made an affordable hotel feel upscale. It was a hot August day, and the room was nice and cool. It's right off of I285, so very handy, but we heard no traffic noise. A good selection of restaurants nearby. We will be saving this hotel information to stay there again.

It’s okay. It’s not great. It was very clean and smelled fresh throughout, so the housekeeping staff does a good job, but the bed was uncomfortable and the room was extremely loud. Front desk staff literally ignored us for a solid five minutes while we stood barely three feet away. Not even so much as a “hi there, give me just a minute to finish this” - it was like we were invisible.

Second, there was only a desk chair in the room (no armchair), so two of us had to sit in bed. An armchair would have been nice.

The hotel staff were extraordinarily friendly and helped however they could. I liked the fact that they checked in with me hours after I checked in to find out if I needed anything. The location of the hotel is very close to multiple restaurants, Walmart, target, etc (all within 3-5 miles). The bonus was the delicious cookies at the front desk 😆😋. I would definitely stay again if in the area!!!

My day was fine. I was upset that the front desk person charged my card for the full amount after I had already paid online so it was a surprise to me that I had got a refund to the booking site that I booked with. I would’ve never knew until they gave me a refund. The hotel has to be more knowledgeable.

This was our second stay at this location. We like the proximity to downtown Atlanta without having to pay extra for parking. Easy access to freeway, restaurants and shops. Service at Marlo’s tavern was a bit slow but the food was good.

Check in was slow. It took 20 minutes. I was thinking there was something wrong with my reservation but apparently the systems were being switched over. All that was fine but nobody ever said that until I finally asked. When leaving for dinner there were two cars that had been broken into. They were parked on the side where the restaurant is. Ithe restaurant is by a busy street and the busted out windows of both cars in broad daylight. The hotel itself was comfortable and so were beds. The hotel is quite but definitely not a safe area.

Easy on and off access to major highways. Not really walkable to nearby restaurants, but if you had a car, and we did, 5 - 10 minutes of driving gave you many options. I love getting their warm chocolate chip cookies upon check in. Staff was delightful -- professional, pleasant, helpful, lots of smiles.

Stayed at this hotel for the 2023 Peach Bowl. Was conveniently located on the interstate and a short ride to a MARTA station. Hotel looked dated. Was clean, but definitely looked dated. We only occasionally heard car noise from the interstate, mostly was souped up cars with loud mufflers that we heard. Our room was on the restaurant side of the hotel and we did hear noise from the restaurant taking out the trash. Hotel is nearby a Starucks, Panera, Target, and other shopping areas.
