Check-in was a bit rough. That day I was flying from another country, thus once arriving at the hotel around 17:00 I saw a locked entrance door - I was a bit surprised. Fortunately, I had a phone with international SIM, thus I was able to call the "night shift" number, then they let me in remotely. So, this was only one "bad surprise". Everything was good.

I got there at 5.30 pm and was a little scared no receptionist, but the person over the phone was very helpful and opened the door remotely. Got into my room ok The bathroom and bed /pillow very comfy However l couldn't work out how to switch. Off the light that was all over the bed wall Very uncomfortable night No breakfast unless you book in advance but nice cafe near by

Nettes Hotel, sehr zentral. Hatten Zimmer zur Straße, daher auch Nachts sehr laut. Bei 2 Tagen noch gerade erträglich. Bei längeren Aufenthalt nervig. Parkplatz außerhalb für 12,50 € pro Tag, durch kostenlosen Busservice kein Problem.

Het is een prima hotel met een gemoedelijke inrichting waarin je een thuis gevoel krijgt. Prima verzorgde kamer, fijne inloopdouche ook na meerdere nachten (we zijn 3 nachten gebleven); een prettige bediening en en heerlijk verzorgd ontbijt met voldoende keuze in wat je lekker zou kunnen vinden. Een aanrader; super! (S.v.p. niet voor te veel toeristen want dan hebben wij geen plek meer bij een vervolgboeking 😂). Ligging is toppie, aan de rand van het centrum en op loop afstand van centraal station Leiden.

Excellent location within walking distance from the station, yet not seedy like a "train station" neighbourhood. Windmill Museum and shops and restaurants and canals all right there. The hotel is dated but super clean. Wifi was crappy. Staff was friendly and present only in the mornings. Avoid room 108 - the largest - if you want privacy - it is big and bright, but literally they have set up picnic tables on the patio that can look directly into your room, into your bathroom, onto your bed, if your blinds aren't completely closed.

Very functional, nicely decorated lobby & rooms with all the things you need for a comfortable stay! The big photo outside the window made the wall much more appealing & added a little extra special touch. Loved the coffee/ tea kettle in the room & how close it was to the market & city center. Would definitely come again!!

Great room with a lot of space! Really comfortable close to center and the train station. Only problem was the noise, the hotel is near a lot of bars and we stayed during Euro so there was a lot of noise and screaming till 3AM.

Letto eccellente, comodissimo. Stanza silenziosa e luminosa con una bella vista. Unica pecca, migliorabile, la porta del bagno è come se non ci fosse (una persiana senza maniglia). Noi siamo stati bene ma è sicuramente un aspetto da migliorare.

The hotel and the room are excellent, great room with enough space. For the situation, you are near the traitn station, but there are a few cafés around. Being there for 4-5 nights, one night the buzz was strong on the street, that was a little disturbing; but with earplugs and the vent, I was okay. You also have a balcony and in the heart, so there is two dises to this. Service was kind; I stll recommand it!

We had a few days to fill in between meetings and selected Leiden and Hotel Rembrandt. Hotel was wonderful. Well located near lovely restaurants and bars. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable and quite large. Bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Hotel Rembrandt is in a great location only a short walk from the train station. It is also very close to excellent museums including the Museum of Ethnology which is awesome. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there. Thank you!

Good location, and comfortable hotel, although the front desk is only there for limited hours, so they will send an email with the electric keys for the first day, which caused a bit anxiety first as i had some issues with the internet access right after get out of the plane, but anyhow was able to download the electric keys,

We had a few days to fill in between meetings and selected Leiden and Hotel Rembrandt. Hotel was wonderful. Well located near lovely restaurants and bars. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable and quite large. Bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Very functional, nicely decorated lobby & rooms with all the things you need for a comfortable stay! The big photo outside the window made the wall much more appealing & added a little extra special touch. Loved the coffee/ tea kettle in the room & how close it was to the market & city center. Would definitely come again!!

Great room with a lot of space! Really comfortable close to center and the train station. Only problem was the noise, the hotel is near a lot of bars and we stayed during Euro so there was a lot of noise and screaming till 3AM.

Excellent location within walking distance from the station, yet not seedy like a "train station" neighbourhood. Windmill Museum and shops and restaurants and canals all right there. The hotel is dated but super clean. Wifi was crappy. Staff was friendly and present only in the mornings. Avoid room 108 - the largest - if you want privacy - it is big and bright, but literally they have set up picnic tables on the patio that can look directly into your room, into your bathroom, onto your bed, if your blinds aren't completely closed.

Nettes Hotel, sehr zentral. Hatten Zimmer zur Straße, daher auch Nachts sehr laut. Bei 2 Tagen noch gerade erträglich. Bei längeren Aufenthalt nervig. Parkplatz außerhalb für 12,50 € pro Tag, durch kostenlosen Busservice kein Problem.

Prima verzorgde kamer, fijne inloopdouche ook na meerdere nachten (we zijn 3 nachten gebleven); een prettige bediening en en heerlijk verzorgd ontbijt met voldoende keuze in wat je lekker zou kunnen vinden. Een aanrader; super! (S.v.p. niet voor te veel toeristen want dan hebben wij geen plek meer bij een vervolgboeking 😂). Ligging is toppie, aan de rand van het centrum en op loop afstand van centraal station Leiden.

Perfectly ok for a short stay. Centrally positioned within easy walking distance of station. Room was pretty basic and WiFi was unreliable but the room was clean and the shower worked fine.
