Fairfield Inn & Suites Louisville East

We searched for a room for 5 people this room was in the search some pictures had 2 beds and a couch. Booked the room when we arrived checked in went to the room very small cramped room with only 2 beds no couch no place to put a roll away. Went to the front desk to ask how or what we could do to accommodate the 5 people which is what we searched and put in and this room was listed as an option. I was told no room would they have would accommodate 5 that I can put as many as I want in the search and it doesnt mean the room will accommodate at all like it was my fault . The attitude of the staff was poor and we were told the only option was to purchase an additional room. Still waiting on the refund and very disappointed in the hotel and the website

Everything was great but the pool was under construction and we didnt know that. Its the main reason we picked this hotel. We were only there for a couple nights for archery nationals and the kids wanted to swim in our free time.

The pool was out of order and we did not know it until after checking in getting unpacked and walking down to check out the pool. Highly disappointed and likely won’t be returning next year when we attend a national tournament for our daughter. Having 3 kids they were all looking forward to the pool.

Very nice clean hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful

Parking easy, right off of main highway. Clean, quiet and comfortable.
