Great experience! Clean room and I loved the ocean front balcony. I arrived early and was able to check in with no problems. There’s self parking available. The parking spaces are a little tight but doable. Great location on the boardwalk, about the middle of entire boardwalk. Beach is within footsteps, surrounded by restaurants, stores, etc. I ate in the hotel twice, once for breakfast and it was good and once for diner. Kudos to the bartender when we had dinner. The kitchen was backed up but they let us sit near the bar and e had drinks and the bartender was awesome he took out drink order and was able to take out food order and get it pushed through so food came out in a timely manner. He was very attentive all while making drinks for everyone. There's a guy playing at the piano for added ambience-great job! The front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend to others and I will return.

From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, we were treated like royalty! The staff aimed to please and professionally represented the Courtyard Marriot with pride. The room was well appointed. The room was exceptionally clean. The ocean view was so calming and pleasant to wake up to or just to relax on the balcony. The Boardwalk location made it easy for us to access all the fun activities. Oh and the indoor pool was absolutely the cleanest and fun place to relax. The double sized tanning loungers were a big hit with the couples at the hotel. The swimming pool had a circle section for those that came to visit while in the pool. The waterfall into the pool added ambiance to the area. The open wall concept actually was a beautiful touch. The patio area had palm trees and other foilage that dressed up the area with the bright yellow umbrellas open to provide shade. The few times we needed something addressed the staff was right on it. I don't think I have ever seen such dedication! It was really hard to leave this hotel since it met every need we had. The rooms are quiet. There was zero noise from above or beside us the entire stay there. This was amazing since there were families with small children staying on the floor. We will be back for sure! We had a GREAT time here!

The parking spaces under the hotel were very tight spaces with those big cement pillars. And the rooms were expensive enough I don't think you need to charge an additional $10.00 per day for parking!

This is our third stay at the Marriott Courtyard in Ocean City. We love the room and the ability to see the ocean. It is right next to the boardwalk which is so convenient. The excellent restaurant, pool and gym also much appreciated. It is also conveniently located half way between our family in CT and our home in NC making it a great stopover. The newly remodeled rooms are nicely done with a large walk-in shower.

The BEST of the Best! It doesn't get any better. Gorgeous in everyway! Captain's Table Dining is excellent! Make sure to try Lobster! From staff and service to atmosphere, food and location, it doesn't get any better!

First of all, Expedia states parking is free but I was charged $10 per night. I am currently requesting a refund. A large portion of the parking area is being used as storage for the their construction project, making it difficult to find a spot. The construction workers also propped open a door with a rock to run an extension cord leaving the entire hotel accessible to anyone who walked by. I wouldn’t mind if they did this and were present to keep an eye on the door but they did this and left! Staff were great and rooms were clean - I would recommend at the right price when the construction is done.

The view was amazing, the staff super friendly, however our room smelled of cat urine. Upon check in we noticed the smell and reported it to the front desk. We were told that there were no other rooms available and they sent someone to febreze the room. The febreze did not help. We didn’t leave because they had already charged my car and we really had no where else to do that was ocean front. I reported it again to the front desk. I will be waiting for a call from the manager to see how they are going to rectify the issue.

The room was very clean, but things could use a refresh. Nice property, decent amenities, and no terrible parking (rare in OC!). We checked in (still within the check in window) but very late in the evening... no front desk employee to be found. I waited almost 30 min before I found a way to locate someone. same thing happened another evening trying to purchase from the hotel store.

It was really nice, and the location was great, with an oceanfront patio and direct access to the beach. It seems that all rooms above the first floor have small balconies as well unless it's a corner room. Very nice and pleasantly priced restaurant as well. What I didn't like is that the bathroom has no ventilation; therefore, number 2 becomes unpleasant for all, and the mirrors for up badly when showering. I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room either.

The hotel is very clean and the room was renovated. However, the darkening curtains are not the best. Light goes through. You can easily hear the noise from inside and outside the hotel, which woke me up every morning. Parking is available and easy to park.

Our trip was fantastic up until we went to the Restaurant for a few cocktails. The bartender Jimmy was rude and rushed us out more than a half an hour to closing. It’s off season. Not busy by any means. Wouldn’t you want guests to enjoy themselves when they can? No he kept pushing us to take our drinks to our room. If I wanted to drink in my room I would not have gone to the bar. He needs a serious lesson in customer service. Rest of the hotel, staff, and room were wonderful.

Arrived a bit early, room wasn’t ready but i was able to park and enjoy the beach while we waited. Check in was smooth hotel is very nice, updated and clean. Pianist in the dinning area was a nice touch. Room was clean and spacious. Ocean front balcony was great. I called down for towels and soap 2-3 times and each time it came in just a few minutes. Check out was easy. Great location!

Stayed here for weekend to celebrate my wife's Birthday. Beautiful hotel. Staff was extremely friendly. Jimmy, the bartender did a great job. Honestly, drink prices weren't that bad. Lower than what I expect at a hotel. Only a few issues. The Guide button on the television in the room didn't work so there was no way to know what station you were on when you were changing stations. No guide in the room. When you change to a station, no number pops up to say you are on 38 or 39. Bottles in shower with shampoo, conditioner and body gel are medium grey in color. The writing was a medium green and was very hard to read. My wife had the same issue. In the pool Friday night, the towels provided were extremely tiny. Saturday were normal towels, maybe there was a shortage on Friday night. These are very minor issues. We would definitely be back and will stay here again.

Our stay was great. The front desk was attentive and ready to help. Additionally, the restaurant was excellent. Furthermore, the room was wonderful. It was cold outside but we still enjoyed the view of the ocean. There was renovations going on but you would have never known that unless you went looking. I will definitely stay at this location again.
