My mom and I stayed here and felt so lucky we booked such a nice place. We felt welcomed, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, parking was easy to access on our stay, property centrally located, breakfast was amazing and the price we thought was more than reasonable. A unique experience outside of the usual forgettable commercial hotel we could have stayed at, but how boring that would’ve been.

This was our third visit over the last few years, the townhouse and David never disappoint. The rooms are very comfortable and decorated/furnished in a lovely style, the breakfast is freshly prepared by David and is a nice start to the day. On-site parking is a handy perk.

We loved The Townhouse; there was private parking, David helped with our luggage, the property is lovely, and every guest was given individual attention and care. The bed was very comfortable, scones and tea and coffee and bottles water and chocolates were already in the room as well as a fan. The toiletires were excellent as were the restaurant recommendations. However, best of all, was the breakfast cooked by David. This was the best breakfast we had by far in scotland and i will be trying to copy his fruit salad and hollendaise sauce. This is an excellent place to stay in Perth and we wish we had stayed more nights.

We had a lovely stay at The Townhouse last week. Everything was beautiful David met us when we arrived. The home made scones were delicious. Everything was spotless and decor was gorgeous. Breakfast looked lovely although we only wanted cereal and toast. Next time we are in Perth we will certainly stay at The Townhouse.

Staying here was like a dream. The most perfectly curated space with no detail overlooked resulting in a quintessential English B&B experience. The house and rooms were impeccably clean. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Their experience and expertise in hospitality shows throughout the residence. I could not recommend this property enough. Well done, David & Laurent!

Absolutely fabulous stay at the Townhouse. The property is immaculately presented and in a great location overlooking the park and short walk to city centre. We could not have wished for better service from David, truly a wonderful host who had thought of everything for our stay including toys and changing mat for our baby granddaughter who was with us only for the afternoon. Our room was just beautiful, very spacious and elegant with a really comfy bed and lovely bed linen. The attention to detail and additional touches in our room was so welcoming, fresh scones and home made shortbread and a wonderful selection of teas and coffees. David really has thought of everything for his guests. He also cooked us a wonderful breakfast in the morning. We would highly recommend the Townhouse, we will certainly be coming back. Truly 5 star. What a super find in Perth. David and Laurent were very welcoming and have a beautiful house. Our room was huge and I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere where everything sparkles because it's so clean. Breakfast was very good - we certainly didn't go hungry! Would love to stay again and highly recommend The Townhouse for anyone considering a stay here.

The Townhouse is a fantastic Boutique Bed & Breakfast hotel. Nestled in the heart of Perth City, this is an absolute gem. At the moment me and my wife stepped through it's doors, we felt welcomed, like coming home! David, the host, was incredible warm and genuine hospitable. He's knowledgable and gave us nice recommendation of the city/area. The rooms are absolutely splendid, combining luxury/vintage and top comfort. He also made us a breakfast that was delicious. In every aspect, The Townhouse & David gave us a sense of belonging and care that is rare to find. We can highly recommend this place to anyone seeking for an unforgettable and luxury stay in Perth. An absolute "must visit hotel" when in this district in Scotland.

Absolutely stunning room with so many nice touches to it. The host (David) was an absolute pro, made sure we had everything we needed and more - kinda funny too. Possibly the best place I’ve place I’ve stayed overnight. Oh and he makes an excellent breakfast.

Another fabulous stay in The Townhouse. Spacious, comfortable and they have thought of everything. The best night’s sleep away from home since the last time I stayed here. David is a great host and makes a superb breakfast. Perfect location for Perth.

We checked in to The Townhouse in not the best of circumstances -- we had just been involved in a near-accident coming from Balmoral where we were almost hit head-on in a stretch of very narrow road in the Highlands, and my nerves were extremely frayed to say the least. David did his best to put us at ease, which was very difficult indeed for me, and my night was not a restful one because of the damage to our rental vehicle. Breakfast was thoroughly planned-out and delicious, with David cooking away in the small kitchen just off the dining room, which made it feel like we were in someone's private home and not a B&B. I do wish I had been able to enjoy our stay but I was consumed with worry about what had just happened earlier that afternoon on the way to check in. Lovely house and we really do want to come back to have a proper stay next time. David and Laurent were extremely kind and accommodating to our situation and they deserve the highest praise. Hope to see you again on our next visit to Perth.

We loved The Townhouse; there was private parking, David helped with our luggage, the property is lovely, and every guest was given individual attention and care. The bed was very comfortable, scones and tea and coffee and bottles water and chocolates were already in the room as well as a fan. The toiletires were excellent as were the restaurant recommendations. However, best of all, was the breakfast cooked by David. This was the best breakfast we had by far in scotland and i will be trying to copy his fruit salad and hollendaise sauce. This is an excellent place to stay in Perth and we wish we had stayed more nights.

Another fabulous stay in The Townhouse. Spacious, comfortable and they have thought of everything. The best night’s sleep away from home since the last time I stayed here. David is a great host and makes a superb breakfast. Perfect location for Perth.

Absolutely fabulous stay at the Townhouse. The property is immaculately presented and in a great location overlooking the park and short walk to city centre. We could not have wished for better service from David, truly a wonderful host who had thought of everything for our stay including toys and changing mat for our baby granddaughter who was with us only for the afternoon. Our room was just beautiful, very spacious and elegant with a really comfy bed and lovely bed linen. The attention to detail and additional touches in our room was so welcoming, fresh scones and home made shortbread and a wonderful selection of teas and coffees. David really has thought of everything for his guests. He also cooked us a wonderful breakfast in the morning. We would highly recommend the Townhouse, we will certainly be coming back. Truly 5 star. This was an amazing B&B. Rooms were wonderfully comfortable and well decorated. The host, David, provided great service and prepared wonderful breakfasts. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at.

I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. the property was gorgeous and immacularte, the owner went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasant, and they offered far and away the best breakfast in Scotland. I would book again and will recommend this property to all and sundry.

So many extras as a courtesy and so many interesting items on display, it was an absolute delight. This must be the best place to stay in Perth and surrounding area. Will definitely be back (and not a sound at night! 😴)

Absolutely stunning room with so many nice touches to it. The host (David) was an absolute pro, made sure we had everything we needed and more - kinda funny too. Possibly the best place I’ve place I’ve stayed overnight. Oh and he makes an excellent breakfast.

David was an excellent host. Every convenience is thought of including complimentary scones and cream. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast made by David - excellent. In fact my husband commented that it was the best eggs benedict that he had ever had - and he has had a few. 😉. Do not hesitate to book this accommodation.
