Staff were very friendly. Location was great, underground parking available. Rooms were a bit small but comfy. We had a rattle from the wind all night, but view was nice. lots of food options nearby, mall with cinemas right next door and bus stops very close.

Due to changes circumstances we ended up staying here 9 nights - with 2 units booked for the first two nights so the whole family could fit. This is in a multi-storied apartment complex and is adjacent to Manukau Westfield Mall and 5-minutes walk from Manukau Train Station and Bus Station. There is secure parking in the basement with lift access. We have the 2-bedroom delux apartment. It is compact but has everything we need and fantastic views. Staff are friendly and helpful. These units are on the pricey side but I feel is value for money when you look at the location, the comfort, the friendly staff and the fantastic views.

Have stayed there before and will stay there again. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms including kitchenette. Secure covered carpark available for a small charge. So handy to Manukau facilities including eateries. Walking distance to the Bus Station and Train Station. Easy access to the airport by bus, taxi or car. Easy access to the Southern and South Western Motorways. This is on the flight path to Auckland Airport which some people will say is noisy but my kids just love - who needs a TV ?? Thanks Proximity..

On behalf of my partner and I, we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The area felt safe and quiet, which made it easy for us to relax and feel at home. Everything was close by, shopping, dining options, and public transport were all very convenient, and having grocery stores nearby made things even easier. The location was very walkable and getting around, including parking, was stress-free. My partner and I have been coming here for the past 3–4 years around the end of every November, and this apartment has never disappointed us on any visit. The toilet bowl has permanent brown stains on the bottom which was disgusting. A few mould stains around the skirting of the shower. Upon checking in the accommodation required a Bank Credit card (no debit or other credit card) to hold for any incidentals although they had already deducted the first nights accomodation from my debit card prior to me checking in that day which I found weird. The accommodation was ok, it had a balcony and was close to the Westfield Mall.

I was disappointed when we unlocked the door to our apartment and a pungent smell of curry permeated throughout the whole apartment. I went down to reception and let them know, they were very apologetic and gave us a new apartment. The ladies at reception were fabulous!

Nice place to stay clean 👌 but had a funny stench coming from the bathroom sink other then that i enjoyed my stay 😄 loved there was a dryer&washer for washing in the bathroom && the view was epic from the 11th floor 🙌 Will be back in the future

We booked a two night stay in a deluxe apartment and left after an hour … and we only stayed that long to look for an airbnb. Check-in was advised to be available from 2pm. The room wasn’t available and we waited (only about 30mins, so not too bad and the staff member was lovely). When we got to the room there was nothing deluxe about it. The space was TINY, quite dated and needed a good clean. There were marks on the walls, black hairs in the bathroom and a long dark hair on the bed. The wind howled through the windows that didn’t close properly and we sat on the world’s most uncomfortable couch to find somewhere else to stay. We did not regret leaving (didn’t even argue for our money back) and had a great stay at a lovely airbnb to end our stay in NZ.

Booked this spot bc I had an early AM flight out of AKL the next day, and I got way more than expected. The rooms are truly apartments. My room had a washer AND a dryer, which was worth the money alone, as I was able to do all my laundry before flying out. Front desk was super helpful too.

Have stayed here before which is how we landed here again! LOVE the shower pressure, the comfy beds and the washer and drier combo. Went home with clean dry clothes. Best thing was the wahine who checked me in. She was awesome. Warm approachable and kind.

Really friendly encounter wth reception both checking in and out. The room had everything I needed including washing machine and drier. Bed was good. And it was quiet. It was also close to the shopping centre as well.

I absolutely lobed my stay lobed the view enjoyed everything except when i first arrived i was being delt with by a lovely women then got irritated when another women just stormed in and took over and then they were both telling me what to do at the same time. I complained to the 1st lady that the 2nd was very improfessional and very rude. OTHER than that i will go again.
