The room we were assigned was spacious and had a huge modern bathroom. There was a beautiful claw foot tub that I unfortunately didn't have time to use. One downside was the shower was extremely small. A bit odd for how large the bathroom was. I appreciated having a fridge in our room but we were not allowed to bring take out into our room and we were not offered another option. The house is old and so any noise anywhere can be heard by everyone but, most places are not that sound proof either. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It is well located, close to the down center of Inverness. There was free parking.

A lovely guest house very conveniently located within easy reach of the city centre but not too in amongst it. Great hospitality by the host and couldn’t do enough for us. Superb service. Room was very nicely laid out. Spacious and all the things you want coffee etc. very clean. Highly recommend.
