The hotel and staff were fine, but with 8 days left in our stay, we went to the pool area to find it closed and maintenance pumping out the water. They also had piled up the deck chairs and taken away the chairs, tables and umbrellas from the deck. All this with no warning, nothing on the web or at the front desk. Workers then proceeded to chip old tiles and sand the walls making it difficult to breath around the pool. Completely unacceptable.

The room needed a thorough cleaning. The shower base of the glass was black. We never had hot water. We had a leaky sink which they fixed for us within minutes of telling them about it. Breakfast was acceptable. The front desks and servers at breakfast did a great job.

Es un hotel con habitaciones de tamaño justo, las camas son cómodas, los baños lo suficiente amplio, cuenta con secadora de cabello y artículos de higiene personal y la atención del personal es buena. Cuenta con aire acondicionado que es bueno, pero hace mucho ruido. Tuvimos 2 hospedajes, uno de sólo una noche y otro de dos noches. En la habitación del segundo hospedaje había cucarachas, llevábamos insecticida y le echamos a una, me quedé con ansías y revisé la mesa, ví otra, se escondió y al momento de golpear la mesa, cayó; igual le echanos insecticida. Se me olvidaron mis llaves del auto y cuando me abrió el de mantenimiento vimos la mesa y salió otra y era de la mesa de escritorio. Lo reporté y pedí cambio de habitación en la que ya no había, pero eso hace que ya no vuelva. El agua de la alberca no estaba clara, estaba algo turbia y salada. No puedo dar información sobre el desayuno incluido ya que no nos daba tiempo ya que era de 7:00 a 11:00 hrs.

I thought I would try this hotel as I pass through Vallarta often on business and I like hotel close to the airport! Their claim on the Hotels.com promotion is that the rooms are soundproof ( Not!) the room is comfortable but the A/C is very loud, not conducive to a good sleep! The gym is very well equipped however if there is more than two people in it you will be on top of each other, the equipment is excellent quality so if you’re lucky to have it alone you will get a great workout in!! All around I would give it a 3 star rating!

Staff was great and room was quite nice with comfortable bed and washroom, along with provided water bottles. The walls were extremely thin and the people next to me were quite noisy. I was away from the street however so it wasn't that bad. The are around the hotel is not very walkable, although getting to the airport isn't too bad. Overall, if I was to come back Puerto Vallarta I would stay here again!

Check in was not like other times we stayed! Far too long lineup for 1 staff person. Had my backpack stolen with 2 passports in all that wait time. For over 2 hours I was without passports which means no entry to my country on this last leg of my vacation! We finally asked for security camera footage and only then my backpack was returned!! charged $for cot which we already paid for! The cot was horrible and gave back pain! when I told the 2 staff we cant sleep another night and to pickup the cot we left in hall way! at almost midnight and in bed security knocked on our door asking why the cot was outside! We asked for a credit for the cot charges and so far nothing albeit Oscar the manager said it would be done! The room was the worst we ever had during all our previous stays! So run down and small with mold in bathroom area! And, overall just not what we expected or paid for!

The whole situation started with the check-in. The clerk which was conducting the service was going to charge a much higher price than what had been indicated. There was a discussion for over 45 minutes over the price, and finally reached a price. What a bad experience!!!

Checking was slow. I was the only person waiting, but the only person at the front desk was on the phone and we had to wait 20 mins to get checked in. The rooms are good size and clean the breakfast buffet is not very good. Was cold and there was no OJ. Their version of OJ was water down orange juice.

The convenience about this hotel is that there is a computer desk accessible for the tourist, at night no staff speaks english but in the day you have a marvelous staff of the name of Martin that speaks french very well and english too so as few of them. The breakfast is not so good it seams like the hotel is cutting on the menu no meet as bacon or ham and the vegetables offered are too too spicy.

Wonderful clean hotel that is on the golf course and walkable to Marina, transit outside door and walkable to international airport. Staff makes you feel valued and has the go extra attitude. The breakfast full warm breakfast with fresh fruits, pastry and juice…simply scrumptious !
