Airport shuttle was fine but I suggest adding the hotel on WhatsApp prior to travel. Also, I found the WiFi at Cairo airport to be unreliable. So be sure to have local data service in your phone upon arrival. This hotel was nice, comfortable and functional. However it felt as if I was in a three star resort hotel but staying in the off season. Or a hotel that in the past was more popular, but now is in a downward trajectory. As examples, the executive lounge was open, but no guests were in it, no coffee available, snacks were sparse and looked stale. The pool and area surrounding the pool look nice. But the pool was closed and much of the restaurant and pool deck looked like it was abandoned.

Everyone was so helpful! Great shuttle to airport, felt safe. Gym didn’t look much like the pics. Everything seemed broken. That disappointed me a lot cuz i wanted good exercise before the long plane trip. Bathroom near gym/pool also seemed broken in ways. Everything else was great. Restaurant was great. Good food. Nice people!

The room was very spacious and there were complimentary snacks for us which were greatly appreciated. The hotel was very well appointed, and since it is near the airport, there were a lot of international guests which made it fun. I was surprised to have such a luxurious hotel for that price point. The staff were very helpful. We had Italian food first night, a scrumptious breakfast buffet with crepes the next morning. They had a gym, a massage spa, and a disco! I wish this was in America!

Hôtel de très bon confort. Personnel très pro, chambres impeccables. Variété des restaurants et équipements très complets. Piscines pour petits et grands. Restaurant italien sympa et bon rapport qualité prix. Petit bémol pour le buffet car c'est un peu cher et le personnel est débordé. Néanmoins, ça reste un buffet varié et de qualité.

My complaints are: 1. Not being able to receive credit for the unused included breakfasts for 3 nights while waiting for my partner to arrive, since I had to reserve the room for 2 guests for the entire stay. The front office staff was unwilling to give me any type of credit, even for in-house use. 2. The gym was run down, with dirt and dust visible. The starting time was not clear, with front office staff saying anywhere between 6:30-7:30 a.m. I only used it once or twice later on during the day when I knew for certain it was open. 3. Lunch (900 EP) and dinner (1100 EP) do not include simple drinks like coffee or tea, even though they are more expensive than breakfast (650 EB), which includes those drinks and more. 4. Noisy staff at the restaurant talking to each other so loudly. 5. No early check-in or late check-out. 6. Difficult to reach the hotel for those who are outside the airport complex, attempting to drop off or pick up guests. Positive feedback: Friendly staff by the pool area, front office, and security. Excellent breakfast variety, including premium coffee. Nice reception area, including piano playing and plenty of seating. The pool is outdoors and well-maintained. Rooms are clean.

Very close to the airport and the shuttle works perfect, it is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a wide variety and was good.. Only to say that some tables vere dirty and the staff was slow cleaning them. The pool fantastic. Overall very nice stay I will come back for sure.

There are multiple restaurants to chose from that are open late. Lots of grounds just for the hotel to walk around after eating a good meal, no need to leave the property. Only negative comment I have is the casino wasn't open. I was staying for a layover and was hoping to lose some money playing cards to relax. Other than that, great place to stay. When I come back to Cairo I will probably stay here.

Very convenient location next to the airport and an excellent shuttle every 30 minutes. The hotel lobby looks great. The hallways had a terrible odor of a deodorizer that was overwhelming. The rooms smelled a little stale / like cigarettes, even though we requested a non-smoking room.

My "upgraded premium" room stank of cigarettes, the drain was completely clogged and the bathroom floor began to flood, which interrupted my shower. After being assured very clearly over the phone by room service that all the food and snacks set out in the room outside of the fridge were complimentary, I was charged for them at checkout. They held up my airport shuttle to make me pay for peanuts. It's ok for one night, it's near the airport, but don't expect much from this place, and be wary.

Staff were lovely. Check in took a little longer because we booked online and a manager needed to check us in. Initially he couldn’t find our reservation but was sorted fairly quickly. The room was ok. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and needed better maintenance upkeep. It was fine for the one night.

One of the first things I do upon entering a hotel is to look along wall where the carpet meets the trip. I've found it's a good indicator of how clean the hotel is in general. As soon as I got to my floor and looked down, my worries started. The carpet was not only filthy along the edges but even in the middle of the carpet. I thought, okay, maybe it's just high traffic and Egypt has a lot of sand so I'll it pass. However, when I got into my room (after waiting in hall for 5 minutes because they hadn't finished cleaning it), I was met by an unpleasant smell (stale/musty air coming from the air ducts perhaps?) as well as mold on the tiles in the bathroom. I think the mold on the tiles was the worst part- you shower but still feel dirty. I know this isn't a five start hotel and wasn't expecting luxury. However, I was expecting a minimum standard of upkeep and cleanliness. it was disappointing to see that the standards of this hotel have fallen so low. In addition, when I came in in the the morning to drop my bag off and then again at check in time, wasn't greeted by typical Egyptian hospitality and light heartedness. I was ignored for the first 5 minutes (this is with no one in front of me) and then greeted with a look of annoyance and a very short 'Yes' (a shortened form of how can I help you?!). Again, I'm not expecting to be fawned over or given red carpet treatment but having someone acknowledge you with a smile and a "I'll be right with you" goes a long way.

Yes I stay only one night for rest sleep and go airport in early morning 3 am : but this hotel make me and other guess more upset cuz noise and beat from wedding outdoor like concert from 7-11pm It should be better if they have wedding area far away from All hotel room. Price not cheap here lije$100 per night higher than other hotel in Egypt but for convenience to airport . Lots of guests welcome to pay for rest sleep and fly.

The room was very nice. However, i went straight to sleep as travelling all day. At around 23.00 a butler appeared in my room, I am here to help you check out! Get out Ive just checked in! Also the TV would not switch on, so had on repeat with sound hotel info. Fortunately i had eye mask and ear plusg from the plane. Reported this on check out and they didnt seem bothered. Oh and tried to phone for the butler to turn the tv off and that did not work. Compensation please?

My room 3074, was too near the house keeping offices and stores. Noise all night long, plus several very rowdy wedding guests. My second night was almost sleepless. I hope this is hoisted in when allocating rooms. But everything else was excellent my price reflected my service.

Heating and lighting was faulty in the room allocated. I was moved to another’upgrade’ room late at night, which also had faulty lighting. This room was renovated but already looks tired. The price of this hotel has increased hugely and it must improve its basic operational management to match its higher prices. Disappointing as I have used this place a lot in the past.

We stayed 2 separate times during our trip when we had flights leaving and arriving in Cairo. The shuttle to the airport was fast and easy. The shuttle pickup from the airport was also super easy. All of the staff ate very helpful and friendly. Everyone speaks english. Highly recommend the room that comes with the butler lounge (alchol and non alchol beverages, snacks, desserts, fruit). We loved having beers at the pool bar and the Oranjerie Restaurant food and service was excellent. The rooms and amenities are high quality. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Both nights we stayed were comfortable and relaxing. Would stay again.

Hotel near Cairo Airport with free shuttle service; dont bother calling the mobile number given they don’t answer. I have asked one of the airport staff to call and she could not get through. The shuttle stop is just outside the main exit I was lucky the shuttle was there dropping other guests off. My first impression was that the reception staff was not at all friendly; it felt they were condescending. My room was on the 4th floor with lounge access; once again don’t bother paying for it . the food seemed to be there for hours; dry pastries, no drinks on cans apart from coffee or tea. The room was ok; some of the amenity kits were empty and there was hair on the bathtub and sink. There was a wedding happening and loud music by the room I was staying. I asked to be moved and this was accepted. I could still hear the music from my new room but I was too tired to complain again. I wish I was notified there would be a wedding celebration I would have chosen another hotel. One positive aspect of the hotel is the Italian restaurant staff. The lady is friendly and chatty. I am afraid this hotel was not for me;

The receptionist and his supervisor were rude. They sent me and my family of 3 to a room with one queen bed. When I complained, they send me to a room with two double beds. The double beds are not really double beds but are smaller than single beds. I had to call again and then they offered to send me an extra bed. I had only 5 hours to rest in between flights and this process took me around 2 hours. I am never going there again.

Shuttle service was terrible! We waited outside terminal 3 for 90 minutes, at the correct location to be picked up. We telephoned the concierge 3 times and were told the driver couldn’t find us. We saw the shuttle many times around the terminal, but he never came to arrivals until I asked for the hotel manager, then all of sudden the shuttle was there. The hotel itself was good, but not the shuttle service.

I checked into this hotel after my tour group ended in the morning and before my early flight the next day. The hotel was very nice, with great food and a secure, comfortable atmosphere. The free hotel shuttle runs every 30 minutes, making airport transfers easy and convenient. You can also use Uber for a quick trip. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re arriving a day early or leaving a day late—it’s a great place to unwind after a busy Best of Egypt tour. Much more affordable than the hotel connected to the airport, too!

Beautiful space with outdoor pools. Staff is great and friendly. My gripes were the aroma in the hall is likely not natural and made me choke a bit, no washcloths in the bathrooms to bathe so had to use a big towel. The vegan food is lacking and need more choices, I was hungry most of the time I was there. Lastly the spa is terrible probably the worst part needs a total overhaul. Had a service there and was shockingly low class and an unskilled therapist that didn’t help me clear out some knots I had.
