I liked the place in general. Good location and has parking and valet. Very practical if you travel by car. Breakfast is good and the view on the floor 10 is incredible.

It was very good. Service was excellent and very caring. And the view from the restaurant is amazing! You can see the castle from there!

Hotel in construction. Main amenities closed such as gym and restaurant upstairs. Rooms are old and hallways need paint asap. Quite expensive for $150 per night. For that price you get a new, clean property with amenities.

The property should inform that they were under refurbishment. Humidity odor, all building in bad condition. Hotels.com Should also request to them inform about their actual situation

Very old and bad hotel, rooms are dirty, poorly maintained and equipped. Showers don not work correctly, AC is old and noisy.

When we checkedin, the bedsheets had stains but was quickly rectified by the housekeeping staff. Overall we had a good experience.

La limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear y una de las dos camas tenía un colchón viejo y duro. No hay buena relación precio/calidad.

Excelente ubicación podes ir caminando a chalpultepec, museos, palacio de bellas artes a 25 min vehículo, muchos lugares cercas de comidas, súper, farmacias etc Limpio,olia rico, buen precio, restaurante con bella vista, personal súper amable,muy recomendado

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba, lo reportamos la primera noche pero no hubo ninguna diferencia.

El hotel esté muy bien ubicado, habitación amplia y cómoda y el servicio es muy bueno, la vista desde el restaurante me encantó.

Nos dieron las habitaciones hasta las 17 horas cuando el check in es a las 15 horas.

Solo me dieron una llave al pedir otra se me dijo que el hotel estaba lleno. El hotel está descuidado las camas son muy cómodas en el lobby solo hay un baño mixto. El restaurante estuvo aceptable. teníamos que entrar todos al mismo tiempo a la habitación de otra manera había que subir por las escaleras 4 pisos a falta de llaves.

I didn’t get any type of welcome benefit as a VIP member, the front desk was very curt and to the point. However, the restaurant staff is absolutely fantastic, the food and drinks were great. They were extremely welcoming. The view of the castle is a plus. Thank you!

I think the check in experience told us exactly what we needed to know at this property. At check-in, agent couldn’t find our reservation. Instead of communicating what he was doing, he just stayed silent and we were left confused what was going on. while we were waiting Another guest jumped in front of us and he assisted her and that was really rude because we still didn’t know whether we had a room or not. When we got to our room, there was dust bunnies and stains on the sheets. Throughout our stay in the room, the AC said it was cooling, but it never did leaving the room dry and hot. Because of this everyday, I woke up with a bloody nose. The plugs would go in/out and so we couldn’t charge our devices or use our hot hair tools. one of the guest in the room with me had to check into another hotel because of how uncomfortable it was leading us to waste more money on rooms for our trip was an inconvenience. When we went downstairs to what was going on no one cared. We were told the manager was in a meeting and we could wait for him but again that was an inconvenience. We were not allowed to get more than one key for the room, and there was three guest, again an inconvenience. Just felt that the entire state of this property no one had urgency to help or any customer service skills. With that being said we will not be returning to this property or any property under this brand. The only perk of this property is the bellman BRYAN who was angel and very helpful.

We had a great time staying at Wyndham Gardens Polanco and will be our hotel of choice in future travels to Mexico City. The staff was professional, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay.

Our stay was pleasant from check in till check out, I wish we could've stayed longer. This hotel is centrally located and if you enjoy nice walks in the evening walking from here all the way to el zocalo takes about an hr 15 minutes, you will be able to see the angel of Independence, the revolution monument, bellas artes, latin american tower, casa de los azulejos and enjoy street vendors all the way (you can always come back on an uber) highly recommended. Also, steps away from chapultepec castle and good restaurants. I will stay here on my next visit, hopefully soon!!!

Me parece un hotel bien situado, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para un viaje de negocios o de turismo a la Ciudad de México. Su ubicación es estupenda, sus precios razonables.

Great location adjacent to Parque Chapultepec , lots of things to do in the area. Hotel is quiet and comfortable. I’ve stayed before and will do so again

Yo se que el restaurant es aparte del hotel pero al estar dentro evaluo el pesimo servicio, jamas me llego mi factura me cobraron mal, etc.

No geral, tudo bem, mas o hotel estava meio bagunçado devido a reforma, e no café da manhã o serviço é bem fraco, atendentes despreparados
