We had a lovely stay. Stay in pool access room. Every day we got our room made up and a little towel animal was placed on our bed each day. Breakfast was very basic. Pool was perfect temperature and clean. Location was great right next door to 7 eleven, all cafes restaurants and shops. Tuk tuk outside your door if you want to go anywhere.

Very impressive villa with direct access to the beautiful pool. The photos don’t do it enough justice - unlike other hotels that don’t live up to the photos! It’s not far from the beach but you won’t want to leave this pool! Not too many mosquitos in the area. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was good but there’s many great restaurants all around also.

We would stay again. Excellent pool. Super nice staff and central location. Our room was facing the street, so it was loud - people, cars, music. We used ear plugs and it was fine. No elevator. Next time we will reserve a room facing the pool. Stayed 3 days. We're older than the average traveler here.

internet is not working at all Even if you say this, no one listens cleaning is not good The staff, especially those at the reception, are very bad. We gave you laundry and it came ripped. White colors always came in colorful colors They also sewed our belongings with ropes, and our clothes were torn so that they could take them off.

I was not impressed with this property. I checked out and moved to another hotel as soon as practicable for me. Rooms are in desperate need a a makeover. The furniture and rooms are time worn. Room smelled musty throughout my stay. A/C works but is antiquated and loud. Sliding wood framed door to balcony did not fully close nor lock. Big gap under room entrance door. Good points are close proximately to beach & pool is nice. Will not stay again. I also did not find front desk and staff particularly friendly for helpful. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about.

Excellent friendly staff. Pretty resort, centrally located in Ao Nang, furnished in older style traditional look. Well kept grounds and lovely pool area. We had pool access room which was large and very nice.

We loved our pool villa which had a veranda and direct stairs into the pool. It was well worth the little extra cost. The pool was lovely and the grounds were well kept! The breakfast was adequate. It was a short walk to the beach area as well.

The first room we booked was looking out onto a brick wall. When asked if we could change room the receptionist said the hotel was full. However if we wanted to pay an additional £700 there would be a room available. After the first night in our bunker room, we were able to move to a second floor pool view room but with an additional fee of £150 for the remaining 3 nights.

L’hotel est très bien placé, le personnel est d’une très grande gentillesse. Seul point inadapté, 1 seule et unique clé pour 3 adultes dans la même chambre et impossible d’avoir un 2nde clé même avec caution comme cela se pratique ailleurs. Le personnel peut ouvrir la chambre re mais si pas de clé, pas de badge pour enclencher l’électricité et la Clim….

Really lovely smaller hotel with excellent, friendly staff. Pool area has a beautiful view of mountain/cliff and has very pretty gardens. We really enjoyed the hotel and it was very well located to everything in Ao Nang. Basic breakfast but adequate for us. Looking forward to our return stay.

We stayed two nights in a deluxe room. Check in very quick, pool was great. Room: Bed comfy, shower requires a complete overhaul, view was basically a slated dark wooden structures to block out the the hotel in front(maybe consider a lighter paint) has it made the room even more darker. Breakfast was ok, would have better with better coffee, as in a coffee machine……
