Enjoyed this hotel, great location in historical center. Surprisingly no noise from the busy streets… great windows. No parking nearby… need to walk up the street to paid parking… about 500 ft … not easy. Also, no elevator, just stairs. Breakfast is definitely worth it!!

We have booked more rooms, because we were a bigger group. All rooms were clean and the bathrooms were all new renovaded. A good starting point for visiting genua or to get to the Port of Genau, like to get on a cruiseship (500 meters). Guarded parking (150 meters; 20€ per night)

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du centre ancien sur une rue passante. Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont de ce fait assez bruyantes malgré le double vitrage. Un bourdonnement incessant (venant sûrement d’une machine) est perceptible dans la chambre. La douche est très petite, il est difficile de s’y retourner (et nous ne sommes pas des grands gabarits). La chambre et les espaces communs sont propres et le petit déjeuner est correct. Pas de parking dans l’hôtel, il est très difficile de se garer donc parking privé à 22€/jour.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe von Bahnhof und der Hafen sowie die Innenstadt sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat zwei Etagen und keinen Aufzug. Das Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster ist nicht zu empfehlen, da die Strasse sehr belebt ist. Der Zimmersafe ist zu klein für einen durchschnittlichen Laptop und nicht fest installiert. Das Duschen gestaltete sich etwas schwierig, da der Wasserdruck vom warmen und kalten Wasser sehr unterschiedlich war.

The hotel is in a good location close to the station. However, we were given a room right next to the kitchen//pantry. The staff were talking loudly early in the morning which ruined our sleep. Either the hotel should not rent out that room or ask the staff to be mindful of the guests. We were there for 2 nights and it was the same experience.

Great location, 400m from the train station. Beautiful room, newly renovated. Marble bathroom with waterfall shower. Very spacious. Lobby is in the adjacent building. Great European style continental breakfast in gorgeous breakfast room with frescoed ceilings.The hotel upgraded our room at no extra fee. Very friendly receptionists and staff. There was a clothes line right outside our window. Lots of food options in this area and tourist attractions. Only negative would be no A/C since they haven't yet transitioned from heat to cooling, no English or French channels on TV and the WiFi was a bit spotty. Bad reception if lying on the bed, good near the door, excellent outside the room in lounging chair next to room 407.

Perfect location for food, shopping and the cruise port. Our room was nice and bathroom clean. There was some noise from the back of the hotel where our room was, but being in a metropolitan area, it could not be helped. Breakfast service was more than expected. Food and drink were very tasty and plentiful. And the cappuccino machine was a great surprise.
