Would come back to Houston JUST to stay here again. Very nice staff, parking was free of charge breakfast on weekends was free as well amazing made to order or buffet style. I havent seen a hotel in years with free parking and breakfast this good.

Upon arrival there was a sign stating that the pool and hot tub were closed for cleaning. I specifically used the pool/hot tub feature for filtering hotels when choosing so this was very disappointing. They gave me a room with a bathtub to make up for it but I would’ve rather just picked another hotel. The bed was just ok.

The hotels pool and jacuzzi wasn’t able to use so messed up my entire anniversary plans. My shower was a bit crusty and didn’t have many towels upon arrival of my room. Also yhe room kept getting hot on its own even with the windows closed. Overall not a good nights rest because none of my plans fell through

The bathroom, in particular the shower walls, needed to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. I found several bits of hair on the walls of the bathtub that were at least eight inches in length. The staff was very friendly, whenever I contacted them about my room not getting serviced until the last night before my departure and both times that I reached out to them that the jacuzzi desperately needed to be drained and refilled. It was clear that one or more children use the bathroom heavily in the Jacuzzi #1 & 2. Thankfully the pool didn't have the same (strong) yellow hue that jacuzzi had. You could also expect for the pool to be very cold as there is no heat to the pool. There were also multiple events being held on the second floor which left the lobby flooded. It would have been nice to be provided with a courtesy announcement that there would be multiple weddings and that customers using the pool should use a detoured route to better avoid the wedding crowd. The breakfast was fine but not in full force when it opens at 6am. I didn't see anyone at the omelet section when I would go down for breakfast from 6am-6:30am. Perhaps the person preparing the pans of bacon for the buffet was supposed to be making the omelettes but no one walked over when asked.

The property was great! Except my truck being stolen out of the parking garage of the hotel , so if you're self parking which is the only way because they don't have valet just be careful and make sure you pay attention to your surroundings

Check in was easy. I didn’t like that it was a bug in my bed in the first room and it took like 20 mins for them to decide to move me to another room. The free breakfast and complimentary happy hour was a great added bonus. Don’t recommend the lunch or dinner though

Food was great. Room was dirty and had glass in the sink we had to clean out. No one checked on us one time unless we came down to ask for items. Cook crew was great and friendly. I tipped them well.

Housekeeping delivered stained towels everyday. Plates in breakfast area had dried up food. Bowls had hair in them. Gnats and mosquitoes were everywhere. Stinky parking garage. Iron in room broken. Toilet paper not replaced when housekeeping came. Hair in the fridge. Full sized beds instead of double queens that they advertised. When asked, they said that was normal. It took 2 hours and 3 follow up calls to get towels brought to my room. Dust in lights. Spent over $1K here for the week and I Would never return. Management was made aware and all they offered was to get my room cleaned for the last day. Unacceptable.

First night my daughter woke me up and said there was a bed bug in her bed. I immediately went to the front desk they put us in another room on another floor. I showed them pictures. Next morning spoke with the manager she saw the pictures and said she would take care of it. And give me a call. A month later I’m still waiting on a call back!!!! My granddaughter is now afraid to sleep in a bed.

Our stay at embassy suites was for one night, and it did the job, but it wasn't anything upscale or over the top. We typically look forward to the happy hour, but were displeased to see so many kids coming in and out from the pool, dripping wet in swimsuits, popping in to make a quick plate unsupervised and leave the food station a mess. Drinks during happy hour were good. Our room was supposedly recently renovated. But with an overlook right over i10 we heard road noise our entire stay. The beds were uncomfortable and we had neckaches from the pillows. We never made it down to the pool, as it was extremely over crowded. Breakfast was good, again just rather noisy and crowded. Probably wont stay at this location again.

Great hotel. Easy access to I 10 and the beltway. Parking and breakfast were free. Only two complaints: #1- breakfast should be served until 10am not 9am. The food was at the correct serving temperatures; #2-the wifi sucked! Access was easy but virtually non-existent. Had to use 5G. Discussed with the front desk and was advised of the high demand. Maybe it’s time to upgrade the system.

This property is in excellent condition. The rooms are clean, modern, spacious and sophisticated. I loved the bedroom space as well as the separate living/office space. The hardwood floors were a wonderful surprise. I also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and full choice breakfast. I ordered a delicious dinner and ate it in the spacious lobby. Finally, the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed the extra space in our suite throughout our weekend trip. The room was comfortable and very quiet, even over New Year’s Day. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool, too.

This hotel was very terrible to us. It all started when we asked a hotel staff where we should park our vechile, they instructed us to leave it in a designated parking spot and assured us it will be safe. So we left our vechile there, and in the morning when my family and I packed up, we found it to be missing. We were in immediate panic and rushed to the girl working on the hotels front desk. We asked her were it could have gone, and she told us that the place is vulnerable for cars to be stolen, and that is was unlikely for it to be tolled. We were panicked and asked her what to do, she just gave us the police number and shooed us away like we were nothing. It felt so inhumane as a parent. They treated us like flies, my children and I were in that lobby for three hours calling police, filing reports, desperately trying to find rental cars, and without a clue on what would happen to us and how we were going to get home, and all the staff did was just watch us and anytime we tried to ask for any advice or help, they would just dismiss us acting like we weren’t paying customers. We left by an uber, after being in the lobby for three hours, and spent the next 5 hours searching for rental cars to get back home, which wad difficult due to spring break and the Houston Rodeo. The staff was very unfriendly snd not supporting at all.

Didn't know hotel was under renovation, couldn't find my way to entrance or parking. Got into room phones didn't work, called front desk 4 times was put on hold for 5-10 minutes each time and then hung up on. Called Room Service, was hung up on twice. Beds aren't the same, uncomfortable mattress. Won't go back.

Embassy Suites exceeded our expectations in every way. We were impressed by the quality and care evident throughout the property. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff member was both welcoming and informative, offering helpful details about the hotel amenities and local area. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and comfy. The made-to-order complimentary breakfast had plenty of options for all dietary needs. A special mention goes to Yolanda, whose joyful presence and genuine warmth lit up the entire lobby. Embassy Suites is fortunate to have such a remarkable team member.

My trip was excellent. From check-in to the the time I left everything was great. My room at first I had a problem with the shower water not working but I had immediate attention and was transferred quickly to another room with no problems. The room was very clean. I love that breakfast was included and happy hour as well even though I’m not a drinker. Thanks to Embassy suites for the best customer experience. This will be my choice when in Houston.

Horrible! Arrived at 5 pm. Room was not ready nor did they offer an apology or give an ETA. they got our room ready like 6:15 pm. Hilton doesn’t care about the inconvenience nor the property manager. Breakfast lines and systems bad. Didn’t get what we wanted despite showing up 30 mins before closing. Second time we skipped. Saw order guests in a similar situation. If due to spring break you are crowded have the grace to have more staff or extend the time Asked for towels 2 times as we were a party of 4 never arrived, finally spoke to housekeeper on the floor who gave us Room’s just okay. Bottom line horrible customer experience…

The room was dated, bed was HORRIBLY uncomfortable, A/C didn't crank to the level that humid Houston requires. Completely free Happy Hour and Snacks would have been a FANTASTIC perk, but they offer it to everyone in Houston. People flooded through the doors to eat & drink free, so the paying hotel guests had to compete with those lines. Bartender and manager were lovely, but the hordes of non-hotel moochers in their pajamas and robes during what should've been a VIP Happy Hour experience brought the score way down.

The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff made you feel welcomed. I could smell a fresh scent when I walked in the room, and the sitting area was spacious. The restaurant offered a full breakfast buffet and you could order special made omelets. They also offered a free drink during Happy Hour. Their dinner menu also offered a variety of food.

Room was very nice and clean. Not all lights worked in the room though. Wasnt able check in until 4, which is an hour later than anywhere else ive stayed and my room still wasnt inspected and available until almost 5. Breakfast buffet had good selection but not very polite service. Lunch was bad food and bad service. Pool area was decently cleaned and well stocked with rough towels. Didnt feel verh secure that the back doors to the hotel were never locked and just anyone could come in at all hours.
