Hidden Hotel

Nicely decorated hotel with well appointed bedroom. Room was spacious by Paris hotel standards. Very expensive but in a quiet street in a nice area

Nice modern little spot close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Staff were lovely and very helpful, location was excellent also!

Hidden Hotel is a gem. Quiet and wonderfully quirky. Friendly staff. Some great restaurants on the block and around the corner. Charming cozy rooms with elegant touches.

Having paid extra money for the “surperior room” I can safely say I was expecting much more. We checked in at 11am to drop our bags off as we had a full day planned going out. Once we got to the room I immediately noticed how the floors were coated with grime, the walls covered in marks and handprints and a cracked window. Later, we returned to the hotel around 7pm and that is when we also noticed that the pillows had makeup marks, obviously was not cleaned, and the mould on the roof of the shower. As it was late and we were only staying one night I decided to go to reception and ask for our sheets to be changed instead of changing rooms, which I thought was reasonable. When I explained about the marks I was accused of making them myself, then, I was told that it wasn’t possible to change them as the housekeeping staff weren’t there. I understood this, and asked for clean sheets to be left in our room and I wouldn’t mind changing them myself when we returned from dinner, the man at reception told me this would be no problem. Three hours later we returned and there were no fresh sheets. Having spent almost £140 for only one night, I would not waste your money. There is a reason the floors and walls are not part of of the pictures on their website.
