The hotel is very nice. The rooms are well appointed with smart tvs, desks, stocked bathrooms, sufficient clothing space, nice artwork, etc. The gym is small but serves its purpose. The breakfast buffet was tasty. The sink in the room was very small but was not an issue. The bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Did not know that the hotel was under construction- pool area had six feet mounds of wet dirt! Only one elevator was working the whole weekend. My remote only could turn on the tv- could not change channels or volume. Electricity went out for several hours. The room was very clean!!

Lovely stay, friendly staff (returned valuable which was dropped in lobby promptly), pool area was open which was great. Plenty of parking on site for free. Two things to note was that there was no mini fridge in the room or any place to put suitcase without it being in the way, nothing that we couldn’t work around. Overall clean and comfortable! Would stay here again!

I have stayed at other hotels and Airbnb's in the DFW area, but NYLO is my favorite. I've stayed here multiple times (at least 10 times) over the last three years. Location: It's a 12-minute drive or Uber from the airport, and near some restaurants that you can walk to if you don't want to drive after a long flight. Whole Foods is within driving distance and so are many great restaurants. Staff/customer service: Everyone has been friendly and accommodating. Staff is always on the ball. Rooms: The shower is my favorite part. The rainfall shower is sooo relaxing, and the bathrooms are clean and well-lit. They also provide plenty of towels of all sizes for a stay. The bed is so comfortable and so are the linens. My only complaint about the rooms is that there’s no refrigerator (at least not in any room that I've stayed in) so it’s hard to keep snacks around if you have a longer stay. Other: They have Tesla chargers for those who have electric car rentals. They also have a regular pool and hot pool, which is nice to see though I rarely take advantage of it! Overall I love knowing where I’m going to stay when I visit DFW, and I hope the quality of this hotel is maintained so I can stay here for years to come!

their wifi wasn’t working so we had no access to the streaming on the tv. they also didn’t have a refrigerator in our room. two out of three of the elevators were out of service so there would be many people in the elevator packed together and would take a long time to get there

Very nice and updated. Definitely booking for our next trip. Bartender guy was fantastic very friendly and outgoing. Ladies that checked us in and out were very friendly. Swimming pool was great.

Friendly, professional, courteous Front desk and cleaning staff. Clean, pleasant property. Toilet continuous running issue in room. Issue wasn't able to be resolved so Front Desk staff kindly put me in another room. Excellent stay. Will definitely stay here again on future trips.

I checked into the hotel on Friday the 21st. The shower was filthy. I called down to the front desk the next morning to request it to be cleaned (they do not clean rooms daily here and requests have to be turned in by 12). I called before then and told them I would be gone for a few hours. My shower never got cleaned and there was black hair on the comforter of the bed. The pool bar is closed as well. There were very large hairballs in the hallway as well.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. During my visit, a roach crawled out of the shower and was later found in the bathroom. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. What made the situation worse was the response from the front desk. When I informed the attendant, I was told this had been a known issue. At no point during check-in was I made aware of this problem, and had I been, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere. Guests deserve transparency and a clean, safe environment. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below that standard. I will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel until this issue is fully addressed and resolved.

At check in wasn’t informed of a $50 per night charge. Then I requested a pool view get to my room and it’s a parking lot view. Had to go back down to get switched to the correct room. Then I find in the morning dry blood on my comforter and someone else’s hair on the shower curtain. This tells me that they do not clean and check everything. When I told them about the dry blood in the comforter the front desk wasn’t concerned at all. She just said “I will have them bring u another comforter”. The pool area stay dirty with trash as well. Just very dissatisfied with this hotel.

My only negative comment about the property is that I am not a fan of hotels that have sliding barn doors on their bath/restrooms. These doors have a tendency to not stay close and/or have gaps and even when you are a married couple there are times you want privacy that these don't provide.

The property is very quiet, which is much appreciated. The public rooms are comfortable. The bar and restaurant are also quite nice with a decent menu and happy hour selections. The rooms themselves are idiosyncratic and the industrial chic design has problems in execution. Bathroom doors weigh a ton and are on rollers. Privacy is limited. No fan in the bathroom. The sink is tiny and nearly unusable. The walls and ceiling are bare concrete, which imparts a cold feeling. The overall impression is a place that is just a bit too hip in design, but it works for a night or two. Excellent bed.

Overall it’s a nice hotel, just an adjustment to get used to the industrial look and the TV placement. Great staff and extremely clean. I was disappointed there was no refrigerator in the room though.

Staff was super friendly, especially Ms. Brown at the front desk. The configuration of the bathroom is weird. The king room shower wall doesn’t reach the ceiling, so if you’re staying in the room with someone, they’ll likely hear (and smell) everything that goes on in the bathroom. Also, the sink position was terrible! It’s super small, and the faucet is positioned so close to the mirror that you can lean your head over to wash your face or brush your teeth comfortably. That part wasn’t thought out well. The location is very near DFW airport and Toyota Music Factory area.

The property was nice and it had a good vibe. The air conditioner were super loud, and because of the smaller spaces, you could hear a lot of ambient noise. Wasn’t a bad thing, but it was noticeable.

The in-room sinks are something I’ve never seen before. Skinny and jammed against the wall so you can’t even wash your face since your forehead slams against the wall mirror and water gushes onto the floor. Function zero but nice looking.

Staff gets 5 stars, but the room was just average for my tastes. It looked like a cool design on the photos, but once getting into the room, I felt like there were less-than-typical features available for a room at this price point. An average rating from me is not a bad mark, just not exceptional. SO, if you want a good place to stay, this is sufficient, but not what I would choose for luxury or anything in that direction.

Cute, niche hotel. We won’t stay another night though. Not a fan of the industrial feel, concrete floors, walls and ceiling. The open air bathroom into the room was a miss for sure.

Had a family emergency. The hotel was very accommodating and nice. My only recommendation is to have a place out front for those with elderly riders to drop them off. There is no front entrance of the normal hotel sort outside.

Excellent stay! Loved all of the amenities and it was super close to shopping. There is free self parking with easy access to the hotel. My only complaint was the service at the bar. My partner and I attempted to visit the bar on the first night and received terirble service. The bartender was dismissive and completely ignored us after wanting to get a bottle of wine. There was only 6 other people in the bar at this time. So, the bar was not full. It was so bad, we just left and found another resturaunt away from the hotel. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. Frotn desk staff was very helpful, just need better bartenders.

Great location to get to a show at the Toyota Music Factory. Staff were all friendly and professional. Went out of their way. Restaurant food was great and good drinks! Room was quiet, comfortable and had coffee maker. Will stay again!

We've stayed here several times! It's always a great experience. The front desk is always nice, wiling to work with you regarding any issues, great customer service! The location is great for the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Grapevine along with surrounding areas for entertainment, shopping, and golf courses.

This hotel is a great location. Staff is amazing. Staff is amazing. Yes, they are. Now, the food wasn’t good at all. The pictures look great but the actual food is gross. The chicken sandwich was dry the meat not seasoned. Breakfast 15 very basic food and just ok. Nothing I’d eat again. I’m happy there an other places to eat in the area.

Terrible. Booked hotel for birthday getaway for my husband. They advertise a pool bar that is open Saturday and Sunday 11a-7pm. It was not. In fact it never opened. The indoor bar opened after 2 pm. Extremely disappointing when this is the only reason I chose this hotel. No offer to make it better or even comp a drink. I’m not happy at all. Then to make it even worse no coffee this morning.

Great property great pool and legendary Hilton service. I especially like the breakfast buffet waitress greeting all with southern charm reminding us the food is prepared with love. Can’t beat the Texas shaped waffle. I go to Dallas monthly and I intend on continuing to frequent this property

Great hotel the garlic fries at the bar were to die for and the drinks were excellent, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and modern overall awesome stay and we will be back!
