Very disappointed that it is not communicated before booking of construction and pool availability. This hotel was chosen so the children I had with me would be able to play at the pool. I would not have chosen this property had I know the pool was under construction.

This is a stunning property. Everything is updated and nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The indoor pool was nice and had a nice temperature to it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall wonderful experience!!!

It’s was horrible. We declined to stay upon entering the lobby. Construction and debris all around. Took quite some time for anyone to come to the front desk to acknowledge our presence. Sure hope we get our money back

I was disappointed that the hotel was under construction and it did not state that on the website. The pool was closed and that was a disatifier for the kids. The price was to high for what was offered for our stay. The staff was extremely friendly which helped me with this rating. If you in town for business I recommend this hotel, but with kids maybe finding a hotel closer to downtown would be recommended.

They had remodeled the rooms so we were in one of the new ones which was great. Large room and comfy bed. On the down side, because of construction, the pool was drained and not usable.

Shower had no hot water at all. Room only had one full sized towel. Sheets had pubic hair all over them. Elevator took 45 seconds to go from 1st to 3rd floor. The head manager was very polite, very apologetic, and refunded my money without any issue whatsoever. But that doesn’t make up for the filth, pubic hair, and lack of hot water.

The adjustable shower chair had mold on it. Clorox could simply fix that issue. Also, every morning there was a new insect looking at me, when I use the bathroom.

Our room seemed clean as we entered, however upon further inspection, there was a beer can left in the window sill, the ice bucket had dirty tissues in it and the sofa bed had hair and crumbs all over it. The pool seemed dirty, however it may have been just the lighting or something else. Other than that, the service was good and everything else went well.

The room was clean. There was no hot water the whole time we were there. Was told at check in it was getting fixed, never got fixed and they wouldn’t accommodate us in any way. Still waiting on a phone call from the manager…there is also a language barrier, as we couldn’t find anyone who spoke English to help us. Nice clean good location just terrible service!

Undergoing renovations that seem to be done half heartedly. Lots of broken ceiling tiles, locks that don’t work, and doors that don’t shut without force. The room was very humid, resulting in damp bedding and towels. Was ok for one night but will not stay here again.

Standard hotel, decent breakfast, there was a water issue so we did not use the shower in the morning, AC loud but not efficient so kept turning on all evening which impacted sleep, which is common for this era of wall ac units I have found. Just info to be aware of.

Okay, let me start by saying this was the worst hotel room I have ever been in. The room was right off the lobby, which was also where breakfast was served. There must have been some kind of youth sport event, as all the young men and I would imagine chaperones gathered in the lobby common area. I was told that quiet time was at 9pm, almost midnight and the noise, I could hear complete conversations, laughter and chairs being moved around, there were no carpets so it was so loud. Why, why and how could the host not hear the noise, pretty sad with the amount we paid for the room to not be able to get and quiet, we needed to get up and leave by 7am, oh, and breakfast wasn’t going to be served until 7am, so much for that! Never again!

Recently had a family wedding and spent two nights at the property. Large room that was clean with great blackout curtains and cold a/c. My son recently had shoulder surgery and needed to ice it to keep swellling down. The late front desk clerk gave me several clear trash bags to make an ice pack that did not leak! Great ice machines!

Manager lied about being able to give us a refund. Had to call Hotels.com and after talking to multiple people, the manager was able to give me a refund, due to a fsmily emergency and not being able to stay.

I was charged a $50.00 amenities fee which th desk clerk said was non-refundable. I was originally given a room that was not cleaned and had to return to the desk to get another room. New room was in disrepair. I would not recommend this hotel.

The check in went fine. Unfriendly associate that didn’t even acknowledged I was standing there needing bedding for the sofa bed. I waited for 10-15 minutes while he had a conversation with another customer. Fine, I’ll wait my turn but at least let me know you’re aware I’m waiting. He gave me a side glance like I was in inconveniencing him. He then gave me just a comforter and no sheets. I said thank you and he did not respond. No hot or even warm water for showers. Stains on the bedding.

My booking was a last minute as I came to town because my friend was in the hospital. There were no issues checking in even though it was so late and I felt very safe in the parking lot. The front desk clerks were very nice. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The pancakes were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy access from 370. Was seeing friends in St. Charles/St. Peters area and Florissant & Hazelwood areas so this was convenient to both. Friendly staff at check in. A slight smell of bleach when I walked in to the lobby, which should be a good sign. My room was clean, I was able to easily control the temperature, the shades kept the light out. I don't spend much time in the room so this is really more important to me. They did not make up the room the next day, which I am perfectly ok with. I did have to ask for extra washcloth at the hotel which was promptly provided. Did not eat free breakfast since I was meeting up with friends. Overall, pleasant stay!

The breakfast " buffet" was awful...so much so...each person besides myself I saw walk in to where the " food" was at...swiftly walked right back out as I did, empty handed... I gave 3 stars because the beds and pillows were definitely very comfortable...

New furnishings were nice, but, the breakfast staff left almost all the food and coffee gone when we got there before it was over. What little eggs and bacon, rolls, etc, that was left was cold. Coffee was completely gone as well!

Property was under construction…. Building material was all over entrance. Checking in guy was helpful and very nice. Even for under construction, things needed to be better maintained. Carpet in breakfast A needed vacuumed. Our room was remodeled but we could not stream a movie from iPhone to TV…. Even asked attendant for assist. Breakfast was lacking in freshness. Sausage gravy was minimal and biscuits were dried out. It was ok, but not what I had experienced at other holiday inn express locations. There was no hot water the evening we checked in, but there was the next day. We stayed at a Hampton the night before and had Much better experience.
