Great stay, the hotel is pretty and well maintained, located in nice area, good restaurant and pub and the service from all personnel was professional.

We stayed here for one night as a stopover on our road trip. The hotel is in a residential area outside of the city centre but suited us perfectly. Parking was free which is a bonus these days. We received a warm welcome and were offered a quiet room at the end of a corridor as requested. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We ate at the hotel and the food was tasty. All in all a lovely stay. They were busy as it is a popular hotel for weddings, but it did not spoil our stay,

No lift and too many stairs. The bar menu and dining room menu were the same and not enough choices

I had my wedding here on the 22.12.22 and i had the best day! The food is amazing. The staff were wonderful and so helpful and friendly i would highly recommended!

Hotel was lovely. It was just unlucky that there seemed to be a couple of functions on. It would have been good to know as we could've have booked the restaurant beforehand or made other arrangements. It was also very noisy. Very loud disco music below us. Not great when your daughter has an exam to sit the next morning. The staff were lovely, no faults there.

Great place to stay! No A/C but they supply you with a fan. Restaurant and bar area nice. Had dinner and breakfast there and food was great. The staff very friendly!

Immaculately clean, very impressed. Beds were super comfy, pillows not so much. Room was very warm even with windows open, didn't notice the fan in the wardrobe until the morning! Drinks were very reasonably priced.

Would recommend this hotel, picked it because it was five minutes walk from friends.Cosy, clean and friendly hotel.

We stayed in the ground level which was facing the parking lot, but the room itself was very clean, cute, and simple. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. There is a restaurant on the property which had delicious food, and then there was trivia in the bar area which was a fun surprise. Overall a great experience!

Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a comfortable stay. Except that the bathroom mirror collapsed from the wall and it had to sit on the sink for our entire stay.

We had an excellent stay, we had a gorgeous room which had been newly renovated. The bathroom was fabulous. The room was spotlessly cleaned by Abbie, with lovely bedding and furnishing. We are in the Bothy restaurant in the hotel. We had delicious food and service from Ella and Sam. They were so helpful and engaging.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are small but has all the necessities. No lift though. Good breakfast made to your order. The establishment includes a pub with mainly local clients (w. dogs in many cases) and a resturant. However there are fire doors that effectively prevent noise in hotel part. In summary, a good, cosy and wellkept pub hotell.

The room was very nice. The road beside my window could be noisy at time. On arrival staff member was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lovely, good selection.

We had a good stay at Palm Court Hotel, and I have no trouble recommending this hotel to anyone else as long as you don't stay in room 3 or order the Sunday Roast from the restaurant's menu. Room 3 has a window, but there's a bit AC unit just outside the window which gives off a pretty audible sound every now and then - throughout the night. The Sunday Roast was very chewy. We didn't eat the meat. The vegetables and potatoes were alright though. We did get 10% off because we were not entirely happy though.

Best support team ever. Provided room on ground floor for easy access with disabilities and service dog. Friendly staff and will to go the extra mile. Definitely our new home-away stay when in Aberdeen. Thank you to Wendy and team.

Stayed the past Friday and receptionist was extremely rude think her name was Kerry unsure though kept telling me and my girlfriend she hadn’t finished speaking yet which was really disappointing and also was very impatient as she said I needed to put a card against the room which I had in my car and she was getting frustrated when I said I was going to get it. Restaurant staff and bar staff were amazing very helpful and high quality food. Although the room was a bit run down as the door handle in the bathroom had fell off. I’m a qualified joiner so had just fixed it as had came straight from work and was unsuable but thought I’d do the right thing and help out rather then them needing to call a maintenance person to fix a couple screws. As well as this the bathroom bath tray wasn’t very good as water kept leaking through onto the floor and felt very flimsy. Hotel room looked nice apart from this and probably wouldn’t bother the normal person but just little things make a big difference long term unsure if they got the staff at reception to do all the room renovations as they were clearly not up to normal standards of a hotel and most stuff if not everything was very flimsy not level and quite honestly just despicable for functionality as the shower was leaking when used and no bathroom door at first. Overall feel like this is a good hotel but does need a proper maintenance check as will cause a flood to the below rooms over time and not pleasant having no door.

Lovely hotel with very comfortable and well equipped rooms. We were upgraded to a superior room which was great. Had big hopes for breakfast, however it fell a bit short on this occasion. However, this was rectified by hotel staff. Reception staff are very attentive and you are looked after.
