None of the ice machines worked. Unable to get game on TV. Had to use my streaming from home. They didn't have enough luggage carts.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff did their best in all interactions. I would only say that the property is inaccurately rated as a 3 star. As an experienced traveler I expect more from a three star hotel. The price we paid was more in line with a two star hotel so everything was about as expected.

The room was acceptable but it was so dark. The ac in the room was loud. The shower head needed to be cleaned and descaled, the build up was unpleasant and I can tell by the pressure it needed to be replaced. It took so long to shower because the water pressure was so poor. The halls have not been maintained and while it’s not the most important it was run down. The luggage carts need replacing as they don’t go in a straight line and likely lead to the scrapes and rundown look of the hotels hallways. I’m being honest it’s not dirty, there are just some upkeep issues and for that it’s an acceptable option on a budget. But any hotel will need to order new light bulbs so maybe buying “daylight” instead of “warm” can make a considerable difference when there are no overhead lighting. The shower head is really what truly upset me.

The room was just okay. The comforter on the bed had dirt on it. The fridge was so cold (even when turned down) that it froze all the food we put into it. The TV in our room didn’t work and when we tried to figure out out why, we realized there was no cord to even plug the TV into the wall. Went down to the front desk TWICE and was told that someone would come to our room. No one did. Tried to use the phone to call the front desk for help and the phone didn’t work which is also a huge safety concern and building issue in the event of an emergency. There was no offer to change rooms or anything. Would not stay again even for a quick night stay to get to the airport.
