I am not use to paying for car parks. The recomended parking was 100mtrs down the rd and cost an arm an leg literally. The tv was disapointing with only a handfull of basic channels and couldnt manage to get chromecast to work. The pool wasn't advertised as closed from april-october so i was disapointed in that also. On the upside, the apartment was clean and had a washing machine and dryer which was handy. The kitchen was good, had a big fridge and grill to cook.

Parking near the hotel is difficult, but you can book a car park for $30 a night. Once in the carpark itsceasy to get to the rooms using a lift. My room was very spacious with a separate bedroom. I willbstay here again

I guess you get what you pay for and if you only want to have a place to sleep for the night then this is the place to stay. The room was nice, but we struggled to get out of the carpark as the ground was slippery, access to the hotel was dangerous as the steps are steep and slippery, moreover the pool wasn’t opened. Definitely won’t come stay here ever again.

The parking is a bit awkward to access (very narrow, sharp turn to get in and limited to 1.9m in height to get in) and can be slippery when wet, but other than that it is a great place to stay.

Expedia has a picture of an indoor pool which is misleading and not apart of the hotel. The outdoor pool is apart of the hotel and seasonal. The hotel was great, clean and good value. Staff very helpful and kind.

This is budget accommodation, it is a comfortable stay and does the job. Car parking is tricky, you wouldn't want a big car! My kids were a little freaked that there is a cemetry next door, luckly our room did not look over it. Only real negative was when one of the two lifts were out.. when hotel was full, but this was fixed.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom deluxe, it was very nice and spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that 1 elevator was out of order the whole week we were there so there were multiple times we couldn't get in because it was too full. The parking lot is hard to get into because you are going down a steep hill on all three levels.

This is an average and dated property, which is reflected in price. Everything is tired and the was a patch in the carpet and lollies found at the edge of a bed. Parking is so tight, which we knew, but do not try to park here if you are not confident maneuvering and backing into really tight spots. It was fine for the one night we needed to be here and a shower in the morning, but wouldn't stay any longer.

The apartment is in need of a renovation. Floor carpeting is stained, some bad stains covered with a rug, couch is in need of replacing. Also cleaning should be improved, earlier guest hairs and hair pins in the apartment. Only single glazing and seals worn out so the traffic noise was about the same as if the window would be open. Location was good, fairly close to the city center, buses go on Symonds Street. If planning on walking, note that it's quite a bit higher than city center. On the positive side, pricing was ok for quite a big apartment.

The room was dirty, we found a used make up brush on a skirting board and the cutlery looked like it had not been washed. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the toilet brush was broken. The furniture was very dated and worn, same with the furniture and fittings throughout the room. Carpet was both worn and had holes. There was no way to adjust the air conditioner so we were at times very hot and very cold depending upon the time of day.

There was blood spots on doorways and cockraoches in the doorseal of the fridge other than that very happy with the stay. Nice and cheap and a great location

We stayed for two nights. Apartment was what we needed, two spacious bedrooms, kitchen well equipped and large bathroom. Unfortunately the garage was full so I had to pay extra for parking but it worked out well as I don’t think I’d be able to fit my car through the garage entrance, which is extremely narrow and steep. But overall, the stay was great and we would stay there again

Great location, nice spacious rooms, modern. There were a few broken light fixtures in our room and the towel rail was behind the dryer but otherwise amazing. The onsite parking is underground and it was a bit of a tight fit but fantastic to have a convenient parking location.

Roomy two bedroom apartment, location was about a 15min walk to Sky Tower, right near to an old cemetery. Property condition was in need of some care, parts of carpet was worn down and had a hole. Apartment was plainly decorated, has a kitchenette with pots, dishes, cups but no soap and sponge to wash them. Goov value for a no frills accommodation in Auckland CBD.

Good afternoon, I booked to stay one night on the 2 April at the Nesuto St Martins Apmt Hotel. I arrived at the hotel at about 3.30 on the 2 April and found there was no carpark for me. I then asked the attendant to find me another hotel with a carpark. He did online for me and I verbally cancelled my accommodation. I then asked the hotel for a refund a day or two later. They checked out my story and agreed with me. However, 6 days later they told me I had to deal with your company not them. I am seeking a refund, Pete Northey

I recently stayed over the weekend, I walked through the entrance i greeted the receptionist with a smile and they didn't smile or say anything, just gave me a look which made me feel uncomfortable. When they spoke it was rude and wasn't hospitality like. I wasn't informed where the amenities were, i.e., where the laundry was, etc. In the room the couch was a little bit damp, the blinds in the room next door to the living room had marks on them. Also there was a missing knob on the element. On the positive note, when I rang the morning of checking in, i had asked if was possible to check in early and check out later, he was very accommodating and helped with my queries.

The staff who dealt with us when we first visited the hotel shouted "Key! Key! Key!" in an irritated voice when I requested to use the hotel parking lot. I found this very unpleasant. After that, another staff member took over, so when I requested to use the hotel parking lot again, he was very kind and explained it to me. However, the hotel is built on a narrow site on a steep slope, so the path to the parking lot is narrow and has sharp corners, so if you do not control your car carefully, you will get scratches all over. In fact, there were many traces of cars hitting the walls and corners of the parking lot. Also, even though there are many parking lots in the neighborhood, the payment method was very difficult for us foreigners to understand, and we ended up having to pay a fine even though we did not do it intentionally. We visited in the middle of winter, and there were only two small oil heaters in the room. The kitchen, washing machine, and other things necessary for cooking are properly equipped. The location is in the center of the city, so it is convenient for sightseeing anywhere. There is a cemetery next door that looks like it could be in Michael Jackson's music video "Thriller". This hotel is perfect for budget travelers.

I am a silver member of hotels.com so booked this ACCOM as my silver bonus was free parking. I phoned the hotel to ensure that they would have parking available on the date that I was booking for, and they assured me that there would. I got there to check in and I was told that there was no parking on site, I’d have to park 1/2 a block away and pay for parking there (even though I was assured my free parking would be up held). SUPER rude staff, parking cost $45, with quite a walk/inconvenience involved. Absolutely wouldn’t stay again due to the rudeness and disorganisation of staff, and the lack of onsite parking. The room was quite smelly, especially the couch, and the pillows were AWFUL. Also all of the electrical test and tags for the room were out of date by more than 6 months.

We arrived early in the morning hoping to drop our bags off before heading into town. Instead we were given a room key and got to check in several hours in advance. The lady at reception was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and bright and had everything we needed. The location was great for walking into town (10 minutes) and to Spark arena (20 minutes), and felt safe.

I stayed at the Nesuto with a family member while another family member was at the Auckland hospital. I have stayed here before and would happily stay here again. The staff are always helpful and the accommodation is clean, tidy and functional. We had a blast trying to get the trundler bed up and called reception for help, a member arrived promptly and established there was a fault. A new bed was brought up within about 10min without any further issue. The accommodation is within a comfortable walking distance from the hospital. Parking can be a little challenging as it’s underground and tight spaces but it’s fine and this will need to be pre arranged as spaces are limited.
