Manque d'informations quant au Hammam qui ne fonctionnait pas au Spa. Désorganisation totale du petit déjeuner. L'hôtel nous a obligé de prendre, un matin, le petit déjeuner dans notre chambre sans nous donner d'explications claires.De plus il n'y avait pas de table dans la chambre pour manger confortablement. Wir waren 2 Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Top Lage wenn man etwas am Puls des lebendingen Stadtteils bleiben möchte. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs, leider geht nicht wirklich hervor das die Unterkunft in der Fussgängerzone liegt. Das heisst man benötigt Nerven und Ruhe um dorthin zu gelangen. Ist man mal da kümmert sich das Team sofort um das Auto und das Parking aber evtl. macht es Sinn sich vorher schon mit dem Hotel in Verbindung zu setzten. Das Zimmer war doch etwas klein. Allgemein sind die 4 Sterne erwas gar Grosszügig vergeben, eher 3 Sterne Plus. Tolles Team, welches immer schell und kompetent unterstützte, Danke!

From check-in to check-out…superb service. Asked about a taxi for airport departure during checkin. Receptionist called our room after we had unpacked and asked if we’d like her to book the 04:00 taxi. Done. Needed an extra key as I was not touring one day. Done. On the day of departure 03:45, the cheerful receptionist met us at the elevator to help us with our luggage. Done. There’s in-house restaurant and spa. A gourmet prepared meal in a highly tourist area. We didn’t have time for spa experiences but reasonably priced. Yes, we would definitely stay again!

Hôtel de charme composé de vieux immeubles reliés entre eux . Chambres propres et calmes . Au cœur du quartier principal pour réaliser des visites. En revanche n y allez pas avec votre propre véhicule et surtout n arrivée pas de nuit ! C est un enfer pour s y rendre et trouver à se garer ! Google plans et Waze étaient perdus ! An interesting old building which must have been a palazzo in the past. Very conveniently situated. The whole stay was, however, marred for us by the main lift in the property ( the only one up to the first floor, which could otherwise only be reached up 2 long flights of marble steps) being out of order for the entire week, making things very difficult for my 88-year old mother, as our bedrooms were on the second floor.

Right off the Quattro Canti, you can’t get closer to the center, yet the hotel feels separate when you get to your room. A portion of it is a 17th century structure with a modern extension. Clean and bright, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a balcony looking out at the attached Church. It’s in a buys section of town but the noise was almost nonexistent when on the balcony. Shopping. Siteseeing. The station. All within walking distance. Palermo is a feast of the senses and Quinto Canto is in the middle of the action. Very happy way to start our Sicily vacation.

Für einen Städtetrip optimal gelegen. Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel in der Innenstadt von Palermo. Leider gibt es viele Kleinigkeiten die Sterneabzug erfordern ( Dusche völlig verkalkt, WC Bürste zum Gruseln, defekter Safe, defekte Toilettenspülung usw.) Das Frühstück ist zwar gut aber sehr, sehr kleine Auswahl und täglich gleich. Personal sehr freundlich ( bis auf den einen Kellner beim Frühstück) und hilfsbereit.

Excellent central location. However, although the hotel arranged airport taxi transfer, the taxi refused to take us up to the hotel and dropped us off about 200 yds away with 3 heavy suitcases to pull through static hindering crowds yet charged us €70. One suitcase wheel snapped ff on the uneven paths & high pavements. The rooms were cramped but clean. There was no shower gel provided, only minimal hand wash. Although there was a kettle, only 2 paper cups & 2 teabags were provided which were not replaced when used unless specifically requested. There was no complimentary water supplied neither on arrival nor during the stay. We booked 2 rooms for our family but were positioned some distance apart and on separate floors. Overall a strange set up for a hotel establishment and not particularly welcoming nor comfortable. I would not stay again.

The location cannot be beat. Walkable every where. The hotel is OK. It gets the job done but it does feel dated. We booked the family suite and it was literally an apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room and family room. Larger than a lot of apartments in USA for sure. Overall good, but know what to expect.

I'm 80 years old and 5 feet tall. The room I was in had a toilet on a 8 inch stand. I had to tip toe to get on it and had to slide off it. The make up mirror was placed about 7 feet up on the wall. Enough said. The average room is like a college dorm. The only saving grace on this is the location.

This hotel was a fantastic find! In the heart of Palermo within walking distance to almost everything you would want to see or do. Short walk to the bus/train station for day trips or excursions. Elevator was accessible. Room was large and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of shopping and eating just steps outside of the door. Perfect location. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The property is located in a great location, very walkable. If you have a car to access the hotel you will need to enter a pedestrian zone the hotel will post validate your car to avoid fines. The staff is wonderful. Very attentive and kind staff. Not sure the property is a four star hotel. The rooms are very basic more like a college dorm. The hotel lacks comfort there is no sitting area other than the basic hotel room.

They close the hotel doors at night without caring if there are guests outside—you have to knock on the glass to be let in. They should really install a doorbell. The staff isn’t very friendly. They come into your room to clean even when you’re still inside, and they don’t seem to care. Some employees are rude and give you unpleasant looks. In other types of hotels, at the very least, they greet guests politely with a “good morning” or “good evening.” Not here.

Di 4 stelle solo la posizione ed il ristorante. Personale abbastanza gentile. Posizione dell'hotel ottima, ma non facile da raggiungere, essendo in pieno centro storico il rischio è di perdersi tra strade strette ed impegnative. L'hotel si premura di inviare una mail con tutte le indicazioni stradali. Il parcheggio convenzionato con l'hotel è vicino la struttura ed uno dei dipendenti gentilmente si premura di ritirare la vettura quando richiesto dal cliente. La struttura è bella, all'interno di un antico edificio. Le camere sono moderne ed abbastanza curate, per il mio soggiorno ho scelto una suite, camera grande, letto comodo, ma non era presente un armadio (abbiamo dovuto lasciare i vestiti nelle valige). Bagno comodo, mancante però di presa elettrica, di una luce sullo specchio per avere una maggiore illuminazione e dell'aeratore. Colazione non all'altezza di un 4 stelle, stanza della colazione molto piccola, buffet poco ricco. La SPA è su prenotazione anche per i clienti dell'albergo e non è inclusa nel prezzo, si paga a parte (anche per chi è cliente dell'hotel). Sono riuscita a prenotare una sola volta un percorso benessere in due giorni di soggiorno ed all'ultimo orario (dalle h 20.00 alle h 21.00). Durante tale percorso a 45 minuti (e nemmeno) entra un dipendente dell'hotel dicendoci ''ragazzi tra pochi minuti il percorso è finito'', non facendoci godere gli ultimi 15 minuti di relax e mettendoci fretta. Ristorante 'Locanda del gusto' veramente eccellente.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Es ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück könnte bezogen auf Brotauswahl etwas besser sein und auch der Service könnte mal lächeln 😉 Aber sonst alles super.
