Shuttle driver was very nice. Shuttle apparently does not run after 10 PM. That was inconvenient for us. Room was very well laid out; highly functional and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Rug was a little bit dirty and worn. I don't like the mauve color on the hall rugs and the overhead fabric cover on the lights.

I asked for a hotel with breakfast. There was breakfast but you had to pay for it. It consisted of dry looking danish cereal and juice. I am not paying $6.00 for a damn danish. Thankfully McDonald’s is close. The room was old, put a shelf in the shower. The only bright spot was the driver, Francisco. He gave me several rides to and from BWI. He was very friendly and helpful.

We always love Aloft hotels. This one was good, but not quite as well- maintained and stylish as others that I’ve been to. Pool table was nice, staff were friendly, snack choices were pretty slim, swimming pool was too cold for our kid to enjoy.

I have stayed at an Aloft a few times, was extremely disappointed with this stay !! Their website shows they offered hot and cold hors d’oeuvres. After a long day and drive to hotel, after checking in I went down to the bar for a drink and a small bite to eat. Was brought to my attention that there was no food service, I had to walk across the parking lot to another hotel if I wanted to order food. Very inconvenient for your guests. The following morning wanting to check out, no one was at the service desk to check out. Knocked on the office door, no one answered. Therefore I just walked out, without checking out. As did another guest looking to checkout. With this all being said, I will not be staying at the Aloft at BWI nor any other Aloft in the future. Extremely disappointed guest !!

The room was clean. However, the bathroom shower head need an upgrade. The pool was disgusting, a lot of soap scum. The crew attempted to clean it but still had soap scum on the surface. Bed is too hard. Not enough coffee for three mornings or evening. We had to keep asking. The bar was closed by 10, Pool table and poles need repair.

The airport shuttle was great for getting me to my flight. Getting from the airport to the hotel was frustrating. I waited more than half an hour outside bag claim and didn't see the Aloft bus, but saw the Hilton shuttle twice - should have taken that. I was pretty disappointed by the lack of inventory for food on a Sunday night, and the bar being closed. Free fruit was great, but not much of a dinner.

The parking was smooth. Alot of spaces. Wasn't aware of $15 parking fee for a paying customer. I had 2 cars to pay for. Check in was easy. The room bedding was definitely not changed. Just remade. The bedding had stains on it. The room had slug and spiders on the wall. Overall the stay Wasn't bad just a few hiccups

Overall staff was polite and professional. The hotel needed some up leep, my room needed a deep cleaning and dusting of the corners of the room, carpet needed cleaning or stesming. Shower door did not close completely and a piece of folded cardboard was placed btwn headboard and post as there was a piece of wood or material missing. The pool water was cloudy and needed to be cleaned. The rest room in the pool area was out of order. The rest of the facility looked ok...clean lobby and hallways. Outside hotel was clean as well.

The hotel is dark and feels small. Our room was small but okay. The bathroom was very small, not clean, showed signs of mold in the shower, some type of dead insects were on top of the light fixture in the bathroom, the sink had a massive amount of silicone around the base, there were exposed screws in the shelving unit which faced the sink. The $15 per night for parking is ridiculous and was not stated when we booked the room.

The lobby is very nice which gave me hope the rest of the hotel would be just as nice. The elevator nice got to the floor it was dark but ok, got to my room and it looked like I was in a broke down motel. The bathroom floors were horrible, the shower walls were cracked and moldy, the faux wood furniture was bubbling. The faux wood had been pulled off on the night stand exposing the material underneath, the lighting in the room was very deem, the shades had something splattered on them. The mattress was squeaky and extremely hard I woke up in so much pain. We visited the pool and that was no better, the water was super murky there was so much dirt at the bottom we turned right back packed our bags and left. I will not be staying there again and would not recommend.

The wood bedframe needed to be replaced, ultra loud squeaks with every single movement. Walls were thin, could clearly hear tv in next room. Very loud customers yelling for hours from 1-3 a.m. on floor below.

We were never able to utilize the internet despite making the staff aware of our problem. The bathroom door was broken and made a loud screeching noise every time it was opened or closed. The staff checked us in, would not speak to us. It was difficult to hear him. When I asked him to speak, louder, he still wouldn’t speak up and then became frustrated. There is another aloft approximately 3 miles away that is way more in date with functioning amenities, such as Internet and television (this Aloft only had a few working channels). There were some staff members who were wonderfully nice and very easy to talk to. However, I will probably not stay at this specific hotel again.

When I arrived in the lobby, there was either karaoke at the bar or something on the TV that was super loud. I could barely hear the person checking me in. Then when I got to the room, I wanted to plug my devices in to a USB port. This hotel does not have USB ports. I tried to plug into the outlet, but the plug would not stay in the outlet.

So this was our 1st time staying at an Aloft anywhere. It was jush "eh". It seemed dated and "cold" - not temperature, but decor wise. We thought it was very noisy, doors, people talking etc. The beds were on the firm side, too firm for my liking. It was nice that it had a bar, but we didnt use it. 24 hr shuttle also nice. Overall, i wouldnt refuse to stay there again, but i likely won't.

Airport shuttle guys, Bruce and Brandon OUTSTANDING. The front desk rep, Kiara, Outstanding as well. Hotel was clean and the rooms were well designed and Beautiful. Will stay here again. Hotel close enough to the airport, and a casino and shopping mall. Great price for all the amenities received.

- called for shuttle from airport, spoke with front desk clerk then shuttle driver. I was told where to meet and time frame in <10 minutes for last shuttle. I waited and no one came, called back front desk and was told that the driver just went home. I have no idea what happened?? - took Taxi to hotel - check in was efficient - room was very below the standard I have come to expect from Aloft - Pros: bed was comfy with great mattress & pillows, sheets felt clean and smelt great - Cons: bathroom dirty tile grout, dirty shower sealer in multiple areas (I wanted bath shoes), toilet tissue dispenser install crooked and toilet paper falls off when using, chipped laminate on edge of shelving in multiple areas, partially removed/remnants of sticker on the safe door - I've been to 2 other Aloft in other states. Maybe I got the lowest room in the building???????

Ms. Rayven was great when I checked in a completely emotional mess 😂. She maintained her professionalism and was very kind, quick, and efficient. Loved the bar as well. Bartender was personable and funny.

I reserved a room through Expedia for two queen beds for my friend and me. Expedia called Aloft the morning of the day we booked to confirm our reservation. When we arrived that evening,exhausted from a long day of travel, we learned they'd rented our room to someone else. The only room left had one bed. We unhappily and uncomfortably shared the bed. The manager, when asked for compensation for causing our inconvenience, has stonewalled me. Lesson learned. Don't count on Aloft to respect you and your reservation.

We were unable to check in because as soon as we arrived, we were told that they only had a king room available with no sofa bed for a family of four. We drove all the way from Virginia to Maryland for my husband’s Father’s Day gift. They had to cancel my reservation and we had to find another hotel at the last minute because they had given our double bedroom to another customer. We reserved our room two months ago if not longer. I am very unhappy with the service of this hotel. They had no remorse or care on the fact that they had sent a family of four to another hotel because they had decided that money at the moment was much more important than waiting for their reservation to check in.

If you're taking an early flight out of BWI this is the place to stay. Their parking/shuttle option can pay for the stay if you're going for a week. Also, the shuttle they offer to the airport is reliable. The hotel itself is nice, clean and the staff helpful.

My stay at Aloft BWI exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. Brandon at the front desk was excellent—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He recommended great local spots to eat, filled us in on the happy hour amenities, and made sure we were aware of the shuttle service. Speaking of the shuttle, it was fantastic. Both to and from the hotel, the drivers were courteous and even shared some great food recommendations of their own. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the service and hospitality made this stay a memorable one. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We booked the Aloft last minute after having car troubles while traveling through Baltimore . To say we had all stressful night is an understatement. When we arrived we were treated as a complete inconvenience at the empty front desk. We were not greeted or given any information about the hotel . The front desk worker barely made eye contact and was just down right rude. When asked for a card for incidentals I was asked what kind of card I said “Mastercard”. Then realized I realized it was actually a visa The front desk worker literally rolled his eyes at me and then proceeded to fix some tjing on the computer . He then threw one room card at me and mumbled “ your room is on the 4th floor”. We specifically picked Aloft because we love the Aloft brand . Aloft is Always clean, comfortable , nice sized room etc . This experience after a very long stressful day did not offer the reprieve and relaxation we desperately needed. The property and room itself did live up to the Aloft brand that we are used to.

I asked for a hotel with breakfast. There was breakfast but you had to pay for it. It consisted of dry looking danish cereal and juice. I am not paying $6.00 for a damn danish. Thankfully McDonald’s is close. The room was old, put a shelf in the shower. The only bright spot was the driver, Francisco. He gave me several rides to and from BWI. He was very friendly and helpful.

This property wasn’t in the most convenient location. Several things didn’t work in my room. The telephone, the refrigerator didn’t work and were not corrected before my stay ended. Only options were limited to overpriced microwaveable options. They only had complimentary tea and coffee. On Expedia it stated a restaurant on site but there was none.

I have stayed at an Aloft a few times, was extremely disappointed with this stay !! Their website shows they offered hot and cold hors d’oeuvres. After a long day and drive to hotel, after checking in I went down to the bar for a drink and a small bite to eat. Was brought to my attention that there was no food service, I had to walk across the parking lot to another hotel if I wanted to order food. Very inconvenient for your guests. The following morning wanting to check out, no one was at the service desk to check out. Knocked on the office door, no one answered. Therefore I just walked out, without checking out. The hot water for tea was tepid. The breakfast was stingy - mostly for sale rather than free. The decaf in the room and at breakfast was terrible. The airport shuttle only ran twice an hour, which meant a lengthy wait at the airport when I was already tired from the day of travel. The room was spacious and comfortable. I won't stay here again.

The airport shuttle was great for getting me to my flight. Getting from the airport to the hotel was frustrating. I waited more than half an hour outside bag claim and didn't see the Aloft bus, but saw the Hilton shuttle twice - should have taken that. I was pretty disappointed by the lack of inventory for food on a Sunday night, and the bar being closed. Free fruit was great, but not much of a dinner.
