Vending and ice machine out of order. Upon check in their system would not take any one of my cards, which is not a problem with my cards. I kept getting fraud alert texts which isn’t because I’m out of my home area. I notified my bank of travel plans. I had already paid for my room it was only for incidentals.

Was not warned the reataurant was closed for remodeling. One of the reasons I stay is for the in house dining and drinks. Also I booked a 2 night stay key didn’t work after first day. Overall for the price I will be staying here again in 5 weeks.

The hotel was nice. I booked this hotel because it said pool only to find out at the time of check in the pool was out of service. I feel that’s something that should be communicated before it’s too late to cancel. It’s summer time kids was looking forward to swimming

I worked on this hotel during original construction… It has been well maintained. Beds are very comfortable…Staff is great. The big negative was the pool is not available and is an eyesore. Possibly even danger as covering has rotted and degraded…

Greeted and welcomed by a very friendly manager. Check in and out was breeze. Great fresh food at a reasonable price right in hotel. Price was very reasonable. Very clean and room was a nice size not cramped. Will definitely say here again in the future

The room was updated. The breakfast team let me grab cereal after closing time which I appreciated. The bed was not comfortable- lumpy and the room wasn’t well vacuumed. The nightstand lamp didn’t work and the blower was loud. The overall cleanliness was lacking compared to prior visits. The workout room doesn’t have a key secure entry and no cell service, which felt unsafe to me.

Pros: It was quiet and you couldn't hear any of the other guest. I was worried considering we were right by the stairway door. The breakfast was surprisingly good for hotel food. They offered waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, and a few other items. Cons: The only real negative issues we had was the room was somewhat dated. There was a square hole that had been cut in the ceiling with a very poor patch repair and there was mold around the bottom of the shower in the caulking. The bed was firm if that's what you like and hopefully you can figure out how to actually work the TV.

Average at best. The shower was not clean and had a spider crawling in it. The staff at the front desk were pleasant, but everyone else we had contact with was rude. The elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. On a positive side, the room was fairly large and the hotel is in a decent location.

As soon as we walked into the room it smelled strongly of cleaner and or some sort of strong air fresher.. not long after arriving we discovered rose petals and old soda bottles near the end of the bed..(as pictured). As well as garbage scattered through out places in the room.. When I took the garbage down the to man at the front desk he stated “okay I’ll document that”. That was the end of the conversation. The filter in the AC/Heat unit was so plugged it wasn’t blowing air.. my boyfriend had to remove the filter and clean it himself. The floor next to the jacuzzi had cigarette ashes on it. Which was weird considering this was supposed to be a smoke free room…Definitely not worth the money I paid and I will not be staying here in the future.

Room was dimly lit. Only 2 lamps, no lamp on desk or on one side of bed. Light in bathroom was very dim, by wife could barely see to put on makeup. Bed was only about 12" from heat unit which made it a chore to get out of. Mattress was much too soft for me. Once I got into bed I sank into the mattress and could not move. No pool, "under construction".

Location and Room were very clean, well presented. The phone in the room did not work at all and kept lighting up all night, kinda annoying but no big deal. the carpet near the tub was frayed, this should be trimmed. The jets on the tub did not work. there is water damage on the ceiling that was not repaired well i assume from the next floors jet tub having a leak at some point. we had to get the front desk clerk involved in fixing our TV to connect to the internet for the streaming services advertised, you still have to have your own accounts and then get them to bring you a TV remote to connect to the hotel wifi... a bit of a pain and misleading advertising. this room is also advertised as soundproofed... not a chance not even close. we could hear kids running up and down the hall all night, people talking in the morning, water running in adjacent rooms, etc. breakfast was good and the people were nice and helpful. it was a decent time

At check-in, I was given a room that was already occupied. Got a new rom, but the key cards were wrong. After I woke up the first morning I looked up at the ceiling and saw that someone had taken the smoke detector. When I checked out the guy at the desk couldn't care less about it. He could have apologized.

A woman from this hotel called me the day of my check in and said there was no card on file for my room. I gave her my credit card information and within 3 days I had multiple fraud charges on that credit card. I was also charged $109 for "incidentals" that I had to call the hotel and argue to get a refund for. I've stayed here multiple times and this is the first time I've ever had a problem but unfortunately I will never go back here. My bank is investigating the woman who works there and sending all the info to the police department.

I had a wonderful stay here this past few days. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The room was almost perfect, except there was no desk lamp. The breakfast was very basic and unappealing, however.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, however the breakfast caterers were clearly in over their heads. The coffee was so weak it looked like tea, and they were out of everything with an hour remaining on serve time. One of the outdoor trash cans was overflowing so instead of using the other receptacle, cups and bottles were left on the curb and sugar packets strewn on the ground and remained there for over 24 hours. If eco friendliness is a goal, don’t serve coffee in styrofoam cups.

Very nice staff. The room and/or its amenities needed some attention. #1 TV was too difficult to control. 2 remotes to use it. Had to have the lady from the front desk come and set it up. #2 Beds had only a light blanket and were not very comfortable. #3 Took a shower at 8am and there was NO Hot water. #4 I was not impressed with the breakfast selections offered. There were Eggs, Waffles and sausage. And they were fine. However that seemed to be it, except for a few bagels but no cream cheese that I could find. I would probably not stay at the property again.
