In the room , where you help yourself for cereal and toast, no spoons etc. no staff in the hotel.

No available lift. We had an elderly with us and we have to climb up to the top floor and the photo that was advertised was not the actual photo of the room that we wanted.

Close to the zoo, kind of out of the center of the city a bit. Need to bus into the core. Room was very small and no AC

Narrow stairs with no elevator. Tiny room with no suitcase rack or any space to unpack the suitcase. Garbage from the previous stay under the bed - poor cleaning. Tiny bathroom with noisy fan. Internet slow.
