Literally a nightmare. The nightclub next door was so loud that it vibrated the whole hotel and there was absolutely no chance of sleep between 9pm and 3am every day of the week. There was no coffee pot in the room (as shown in all their advertising).There were no patio umbrellas. The pools were dirty and cold. The loungers were also dirty and broken. The beds and pillows were the best feature. Nice quiet air conditioning. Hot water and good pressure for showers.

I didn’t like that in the family room, the hot tub is out of service and it keeps getting advertised like that. Which I don’t see it fair cause your paying for it and getting stoked to have it, until they tell you it has been out of service for a long time. I feel like I got scammed.

Very nice clean hotel. The roof deck was below standards and not at all as pictured. The public bathroom was very dirty and unusable. All, no wifi in the room for 2 weeks and no one cared.

The name and pictures were misleading. There is no spa at the hotel. This place is great for singles, couples or general party fans since this hotel is right on the strip and opposite coco bongo. It is also partially on top of a club. The music from the outside penetrates through most of the rooms until 3am every night. There are no internal windows is most of the rooms. There is also no beach area on the nearby beach in relation to this hotel. There was also maintenance needed in the rooms we saw including fixing loose electrical plugs or wiring to the wall. However the main bed was quite comfortable, the staff were friendly and provided help and assistance to make the stay more comfortable including moving us to a room further away from the party.

The pictures need to be updated, Property needs a lot of improvement. Pools had low water and were dirty, showers water pressure kept turning off, no ice machines, no coffee makers, hotel room 307 floors always felt dirty and oily. I never received a room upgrade nor a complimentary breakfast. Don’t know what’s VIP about it.

I like that i was able to get a room same day. They have no face towels and the drying towels are very dingy. The furniture is very old and rusty. This is NOT a VIP hotel. Its cery convenient to everything.

I had the unfortunate misadventure of staying at this hotel recently. The floor was filthy and oily. Dust everywhere. The "closets" hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner for some time. I've stayed in my fair share of hotels, but I've never encountered anything quite like this. The "family room" was on top of a night club and we could hear everything. NO SLEEP for us that night! After complaining to the front desk, next day I was assigned another family room, with no windows where the smell was too strong for me and my family. We ended up leaving the hotel despite of having booked for 5 nights. THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE LISTED AS A FAMILY HOTEL!

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with small children. I didn’t realize it was right on the strip by coco bongo and all the clubs, so u can hear all the music every night till 3 in the morning. It was hard to sleep. Also a lot of people partying right outside. I had a very neat and spacious room with two showers and two sinks. It’s also very dark, not enough lighting to do your makeup.

Everything was very outdated, poor lighting in the bathroom, it was not how it was shown on the pictures and the tv didn't work. The lobby was super hot and they didn't even have coffee like it was advertised. You could hear the music from all the clubs, so if you're looking for a nice place to relax that's not the place to stay.

Ik had een zeer ruime kamer voor mezelf. Ontbijt was beschikbaar tegen 165 pesos. Het restaurant was op 100m wandelafstand van het hotel. Ruime keuze. Het ligt net om de hoek van de bekende 5th Ave. (Winkel en uitgangsbuurt). Makkelijk en handig. Helaas was geen geluidsweerde muren of deuren die het nachtelijke lawaai tot 2u in de ochtend buiten hielden! Op de kamer miste ik wel een deftige tafel en stoel. Er werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en normaal hadden we recht op 2 kleine flesjes water per dag. Deze werden helaas niet iedere dag gegeven. Het personeel was well heel vriedelijk en behulpzaam.

Amable el personal, limpio, agradables instalaciones, tiene lo básico necesario y excelente ubicación. Sólo el interior de las habitaciones se encuentra algo maltratado el mobiliario, por ejemplo en el baño, el lavabo, etc. Pero está muy bien de todas maneras.

No se parece a las fotos, la persona de recepción muy grosera, no me dejó subir a mi habitación a pesar de indicarle que yo pasé antes porque las demás personas fueron a dejar el carro ya que no tienen estacionamiento y me tuvo media hora sin poder subir a pesar de yo haber hecho la reservación y el pago a fuerza necesitaba el ine de las 3 personas un absurdo

Hotel lacks basic amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot. They did upgrade to a family suite but no amenities. When asked to speak with the manager, staff said Manager is not available. Seems the management is very poor and the manager wants to always run away from issues rather than communicating and solving. We had 2 bookings for the same room, the lady at the check in confirmed we could stay for 2 days, but then the second day another lady at work said we could not stay and moved us into a standard room Serious lack of communication and a total mismanaged hotel! Look at other options as this place is not worth for the exorbitant prices they charge and don’t even provide basic amenities

The receptionist was very rude and had a serious attitude. We did not recant upgrade benefits, the hotel must be removed from any kind of recommendation, the manager is never available, complete mismanagement. En la aplicación de expidia dice que la tarifa incluye desayuno y al llegar piden pago extra e inicia a las 8. Todo lo demás es excelente ubicación casi frente a cocobongo a unos pasos de la quinta avenida, en una calle que bajas una o dos cuadras al mar, ADO cerca a 5 cuadritas al lado de un mall, restaurantes de todo presupuesto. Si volvería precio calidad aceptable. Alberca en segundo piso así que se pueden alejar del mar en las horas de más calor.

This hotel was good. I really liked it. When I read the other reviews I was alittle concerned but once we got there it was not as bad as the reviews were. It had minor things, but nothing that would ruin your trip or stay. The location was nice too. Unless your someone who likes quite vibes than this place is not for you. I really enjoyed my stay here. The beach was super close as well. Only thing was that they did not have a fridge. Highly recommended place to stay

Es un hotel accesible tanto en lo económico como en la manera de llegar, sus instalaciones están un poco descuidadas pero nada que no se pueda arreglar, su buffet no está ahí tienes que ir a otro hotel que está pasando la calle y hay muy poca variedad de comida

En la aplicación de expidia dice que la tarifa incluye desayuno y al llegar piden pago extra e inicia a las 8. Todo lo demás es excelente ubicación casi frente a cocobongo a unos pasos de la quinta avenida, en una calle que bajas una o dos cuadras al mar, ADO cerca a 5 cuadritas al lado de un mall, restaurantes de todo presupuesto. Si volvería precio calidad aceptable. Alberca en segundo piso así que se pueden alejar del mar en las horas de más calor.

Ik had een zeer ruime kamer voor mezelf. Ontbijt was beschikbaar tegen 165 pesos. Het restaurant was op 100m wandelafstand van het hotel. Ruime keuze. Het ligt net om de hoek van de bekende 5th Ave. (Winkel en uitgangsbuurt). Makkelijk en handig. Helaas was geen geluidsweerde muren of deuren die het nachtelijke lawaai tot 2u in de ochtend buiten hielden! Op de kamer miste ik wel een deftige tafel en stoel. Er werd dagelijks schoongemaakt en normaal hadden we recht op 2 kleine flesjes water per dag. Deze werden helaas niet iedere dag gegeven. Het personeel was well heel vriedelijk en behulpzaam.

Excelente ubicación, PERO el convenio con el beach club era sólo del 15% en consumo, no entrada gratis. No salió agua caliente de mi regadera ningún día. El lavabo estaba roto, le falta mucho mucho mantenimiento y lo peor! Tuvieron una peligrosa fuga de gas. Varias personas se intoxicaron gravemente, nos tuvieron que cambiar de hotel, nadie nos dió información sino hasta 4 horas después!!!!!! Pésimo

The pictures need to be updated, Property needs a lot of improvement. Pools had low water and were dirty, showers water pressure kept turning off, no ice machines, no coffee makers, hotel room 307 floors always felt dirty and oily. I never received a room upgrade nor a complimentary breakfast. Don’t know what’s VIP about it.

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs The hotel I originally booked was closed, and I was redirected to another hotel from the same chain, “Cabia,” which was in absolutely awful condition. The pool was disgusting, the room was extremely dirty, the service was poor, the sheets were stained, and the entire hotel was in terrible shape. This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. It should not be listed on Experian’s site or receive any kind of recommendation. Completely unacceptable.

Do not stay here, dirty, unclean, horrible smell in rooms. Incredibly noisy. Staff did not speak much English. Remotes in weird bags. Photos do not show real place. Not sure why expedia has them on their site. Did not get free bottle of wine per vip member. Again do not stay here. Stay at yr own risk!!!!!! No spa and roof top pool was discussing.
