Overall it was a good stay. The staff were friendly, and extremely helpful. However, the B;'fast could of been a lot better. Perhaps a nice Buffet B'fast would of been good. As for the pool it was nicely located by the Bar. But my young son, and I did not really enjoy it. I went in once only. He never went in purely due to the fact there were Wild birds in the pool e.g Big Black Crows which made it very unhygienic. Fortunately we found another pool completely free of the Wild Birds, and near to the Beach.

Good breakfast. Good parking. But rooms and showers were very dated and beds not comfy. Also need to walk to restaurant to get ice

I read several reviews about how bad the parking is, and how dated the hotel rooms are. They couldn't have been more wrong! There was plenty of parking, it is very secure, and the hotel rooms are fine. Yes, they are a little bit dated in some respects, but nothing that ruined the trip. The location is great in San Jose, and the facilities are all in great condition. We didn't swim in the pool but it looked very clean and beautiful. And it was never crowded.
