This is a property close to the airport. We stayed here to relax a couple of days before we caught a flight home. The service people were very friendly and they spoke English well which was nice. The gym was pretty good and they had a nice pool to relax in. The breakfast buffet was very good with nice variety. The restaurant at the top had a nice view and the food was tasty, a nice way to end our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel as an affordable, convenient and pleasurable place to stay.

Slightly worn-out overpriced old-school corporate hotel. No night-time shuttle to the airport (Taxi for the early flight was about $8.50). Pool and sauna close relatively early and on schedule. Helpful staff. Overall he hotel is clean. When everything else nearby is booked, it had to suffice.

Very conveniently located close to the airport with a free shuttle bus. Many airline crews also stay in this hotel. The rooms are big with nice views and offer everything a good hotel needs. When we were here the roof top restaurants and the bar was closed, but there is also a little grocery store with beverages of all kinds next to the lobby. The buffet restaurant also provides good food. The pool and the gym are good as well.

Very convenient location from the airport. The free shuttle from Narita airport was on time and the bus was wonderful. Theres not much around the airport to explore. But there is a restaurant (the breakfast buffet is amazing!), a cafe, and a little market (like 7-11). Very friendly staff and clean rooms!

Basbas was a terrific concierge. He made us feel very welcome. Also swimming pool, sauna and bath were in good condition. The breakfast buffet was great as well…nice selection, helpful staff.

Although my room was non-smoking, I did smell cigarette smoke very strongly. They placed an air purifier, but it didn’t help to get rid of the smell. It was quite unpleasant. Front desk should strongly emphasize the non-smoking policy to the guests when checking in. Facility is old but cleaning crew do great job. Bed was very comfortable, and amenity was great.

Did you notice you can't specify smoking or non-smoking? That's not an oversight; any room could be either. It's up to fate whether or not there's been a smoker recently in your room. I didn't notice this when booking, and I can't stand smoking rooms. Luckily (?) I had a cold and couldn't really smell it, but my husband was bothered the whole time. I think a few guests ago it had been a smoker. You pay a high price for the convenience of an 'airport hotel' type stay. You will always be 20 minutes from anything, and the shuttles run more off schedule the later you get. It was very jarring after 1.5 weeks in Tokyo where every minute of delay gets reported. They've recently put very plush carpets in the hallways and rooms. This would seem like a good thing, but heavy suitcases sink into the carpet so it's difficult to roll them. Every buffet food item is a little off - too soft, too chewy, too cold, too bland. Restaurants and room service are overpriced for the convenience of not having to leave. Bathroom was showing the years - cracked tiles, weird dripping for 20 minutes after using the sink or flushing the toilet, that almond-ish stain on what was probably previously white surfaces. We were delayed checking in so the staff could do a "final clean check". I don't know what that was, since we found a used tobacco chew plug next to the bed. A comfy mattress and large room are the only nice parts I can think of. Get a Narita hotel and install Go app to taxi to your flight.

Place is nice and the room was nice. Nothing around the area. Restaurants are closed Tuesday and Wednesday some of them. Not too convenient. Also, got most of the day, the shuttle is only once an hour to the hotel. That’s not good. But we did like the hotel. Room size was good and it was very clean. Staff quite good but nothing around the hotel.

It was a depressing stay in such a small room. I wish i had chosen a different hotel. This was a standard room but the room was so small. I felt claustrophobic and depressed. I will probably not stay here again for that reason. Also a bit outdated not the best hotel imho. Felt like i stayed at a motel6 . The airport shuttle was very convenient, excellent schedule, and drive assisted with stowing luggage under the bus. Super diamond class breakfast - huge choice and made to order omelets. The staff was exception in my opinion - profession, delightful courtesy, and well trained. The concierge was "platinum" level experienced and helpful. If fact, he solved an important issue regarding where we were to meet our transportation to Yokohama with Holland America Line (HAL) regarding the correct terminal meeting area. If it was not for the concierge help we would have gone to the wrong terminal and most likely missed our transportation - kudos for his help.

Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. It is difficult going to a different country especially if you don’t know the language. The staff was able to communicate with us, and that plays a big role. Great Hotel near Narita Airport with shuttle busses that go to the airport and to the malls. Big rooms with good air conditioning. Wonderful service and staff, especially the Chief Concierge Mr. Seki who helped us with our luggage problem. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Japanese male staff at the checkin was terribly rude to yell at me by saying, "No refund" when I humorously mentioned on both sauna and 17th floor restaurant were all closed on both of my staying dates. After experiencing hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto for a cheaper price and incredible amenities, this hotel it’s just only good to sleep. The breakfast it’s really good. The hotel looks and feels like a hospital; very small rooms, no decorations whatsoever (only one frame in the room). The bathtub didn’t drain quick, you have to wait until it drains completely to then rinse your feet. Very different from overt other hotel we stayed in. The location is very good since it’s very closed to the Narita Airport but it’s too expensive in comparison to other nicer hotels.

ANA Crown Plaza in Narita is really close to the airport and has some nice dining options in the hotel and a fantastic teppanyaki/okonomiyaki place across the street (called Issunboh). ANA crown plaza has its flaws, like the black mold in the shower between every tile, house keeping really dropped the ball in the bathroom. There were long black hairs in the tub in the shower, hair stuck on the walls, and stains around the room. The bed had fresh sheets, but the previous tenant sweat so much their smell was in the pillows and mattress. we noticed a faint woody smoke smell in the room when we first got there, only for thee smell to get worse the longer we stayed in bed warming it up. There were also stains on the bed frame fabric on our bed. The staff was incredibly helpful, and there's a family mart inside the hotel for those in need of a snack. My only bad interaction was a misunderstanding over what i thought was a complimentary morning coffee table, apparently its for buffet guests only, and will cost you 500 yen. Nothing was said to me about the cost until i was done making my coffee and tried to walk away. Mind you, there's no sign linking the coffee to the buffet, a price for coffee, or even a price for the buffet. A gentleman with a clipboard watched me make a coffee then hollered at me as i walked away.

Very good airport hotel, conveniently located only minutes away from the terminals. The staff is very nice, the food is quite good and the bed very comfy.
