This is a great hotel with excellent location in Narita - it is about a 2-minute walk to JR Narita Station and a 5-minute walk to Keisei-Narita Station. While it is an older hotel, it is clean, quiet, with friendly service and well-priced. The in-hotel restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast and their staff is also very friendly as well. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from Narita Airport. I will happily stay here next time I stay in Narita.

It was easy to catch the shuttle but I heard there are only four shuttles a day. I was lucky not to have to wait too long. There are two train stations near the hotel. It is convenient for the people who knows how to take the train but confusing for people who are new to the train system.

This property is situated near the JR train station and is walkable to the hotel, but the walkways are not even and pushing 2 huge heavy luggages on wheels can be challenging. I was attracted to book this hotel because of the shuttle bus service from/to the Narita airport. In the end I couldn’t use the shuttle bus service because it only operates early in the morning and evening. Flights that arrive/depart outside this time frame would need to utilize public transportation to reach the hotel. It would be nice if the hotel can reflect the timing of the shuttle bus services on their website. Aside from this, the location of the hotel is near to all amenities, restaurants etc. The price of the hotel is reflected to the age and the facilities it provides. Overall, I would book this hotel again on my next Narita stay.

I booked this hotel thinking that the free airport shuttle will be available anytime of day but they only have four available times for "free airport shuttle" but those times doesn't work with our departure time which we have two different departure times one in the morning and one in the afternoon, any of the hotel shuttle schedule both doesnt work with our departures. It was useless to me booking this hotel.

The pillow is very thin, It is walking distance to the temple street and just next to the JR line. Best part is provide free parking and for those not driving, they provide airport transfer too.

Hotel and staff were great, better than average 3-star Japense hotel. Room and bed was larger than expected. Two negatives: 1. Airport shuttle is only available in early morning and later afternoon - useless for 4/5/6 PM departures. 2. Late Ckeckout fee of 3,200 yen to 1 PM! But I will stay there again.

This hotel is good for location, near narita airport. Overall it has the amenities that are required for a short stay in Tokyo but it is old and not maintained with regard to cleanliness (the coridors and room smells) though the smell or dusty feeling im room went away when we turned on the ac but it surely needs some carpet change or maintainence. 7-11 is near by, transit is just across, narita airport train travel is 15 mins from here.

Stayed in a non-smoking room but smelled like chimney anyway. Bed cover had stains and looked like they haven’t been washed in a while. The HVAC system is centralized so if your room gets too hot in the winter, there’s no other way to cool it down unless you open the window. Customer service, however, is good.

The lobby area was a bit sketchy, but at least you could tell the rooms had been renovated recently. My only 2 issues were that the restroom had a strong urine smell and some of us were getting bit overnight, possibly bedbugs. Very convenient location (next to narita station), and inexpensive, but I probably would not stay here again.

severely outdated. hallways smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Their laundry area is not a part of the hotel and its outside. Also, the dryers don't work well at all. Took over 3.5 hrs just to dry two separate small loads of laundry.

Stayed the night here because I missed my flight from Narita Airport. Just 10min away from the airport and a 4/5min walk from Narita Station. This hotel was cheap but had everything I needed. Great and fast service at the front desk. Checked in really quickly. Room is spacious for Japan/Tokyo standards. All amenities you need are there. Enough food option in the neighbourhood too. Family Mart and Seven Eleven around the corner. For the price and the situation I was in this was the perfect stay!

We stayed at the hotel for an afternoon waiting for our overnight flight from Narita. We were able to access our room early, it’s quite small but clean with great Wi-Fi. Mainly chose this hotel for its proximity to the nearest JR station - like 5 minute walk. Very close! It's an older hotel room and lots of buttons to control lamps are from the 70s, but cool retro feel. The A/C controller had no battery life, but we opened the window and that was enough to cool down. Friendly staff, offered us a ride to the airport but it didn't match our schedule. I'd stay here again if I had another opportunity.

Great place to stay before heading to the airport. They offered transport to the airport but I took the nearby train instead as the schedule didn't quite work for me. I've been here before though and used it then and recommend it. Lovely staff looked after my luggage while I went for a walk around Narita.

Freundlicher Empfang. Schallschutzfenster und sehr geräumig. Warmes Teewasser stand im Raum zur sofortigen Nutzung bereit. Der Wasserkocher war Tip top ohne Ablagerungen. Hab was im Zimmer vergessen. Lag am Empfang zur Abholung bereit.

전체적으로 오래된 시설이 느껴지는 룸 컨디션이다. 거기에 가까운 JR나리타에서 이동하더라도 캐리어를 가지고 이동하기에 도로의 상태가 나쁘다. 식당 등 갈만한 시설들은 JR나리타 반대편에 있고 가까운건 편의점 정도다.

This hotel had the most comfortable beds during our travels. The washroom was clean, and the bath tub was nice to have. The heater was nice, did make the air dry, but that comes with this time of the year as well. The space was nice, had a desk, chair, tv, and a cote for hilding a suitcase. The breakfast at the hotel was great too! A set meal, but unlimited bread and drink bar. Well worth the money. The area is very nice as well. Close walk to naritasan temple, where are are tons of food options. Also close to the station.
