Motel 6 Lehi, UT - Thanksgiving Point

Back door key access did not work. A non secure door beside that was propped open and remained open all night. Still open in the morning. Didn't feel overly secure

The staff was friendly but did not give us all the information. There is a sign on the door that says the pool hours. When we got to the pool it was closed. Ok for the price but smelled musty.

Location was good. The hotel was pretty well maintained. My room was facing away from the highway, so it was pretty quiet. I moved my vehicle from the back to the front due to poor lighting and a huge hole to easily access the highway. Staff could have been more welcoming. Good night sleep and shower was hot. Room cleanliness was good.

Upon early arrival at 1pm, I was to be charged $50 for early check-in. I could not afford it so I had to wait in lobby for 2 hours. I have braces on my legs and had back surgery 3 months ago. I started traveling Monday night The room was filthy. I h11/17 and checked in 11/18. I was very tired so I stretched out on a seat until checking. I will never use this hotel again. The pool was very filthy, leaves and dirt in the pool area and it was closed. The online pics did not match the physical areas of the rooms and facilities. The room needs an overhaul if I could have gotten a refund I certainly would have done so. My room had a auto fan and no a/c in my room. It was 80 degrees when I walked in the room and it had taken all night to get a comfortable temp. . The bed was extremely old and extremely used. The springs were in the mattress were exposed so I slept on the opposite end of bed where there was a little more softness and no Indentation was exposed. Dust was heavy on the fan. The room needs serious paint job. Refrigerator was busted up. No information in the room nor a writing pad, pen. One trash can. I was next to freeway and it was very noisy. Could not hear the sound on TV due to traffic and the sounds of thefan. Volume was not loud enough .

The elevator was out of order and the ice machine was not working.

Property has many holes in the walls that have been patched poorly and The patches have failed the stairwell stunk of pet urine and the elevators were out of order.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to as for a hairdryer from the front desk. It was a nice stay. The pool was not clean so I didn't get to get in.

The internet was okay, the pool was green, the staff were kind, professional and friendly, the room itself was clean but there were holes in the walls and space under the beds and bugs in the room and the bath was weird and missing the plug. The other guests smelled like alcohol so the hallway smelled like alcohol. Dogs barked at all hours. The beds are fine but one smooshed pillow and three towels for 4 people weren’t great. And two men were sleeping outside in a grass patch in the front of the facility.

Everything about this stay was terrible! The staff was terrible, and the room was the worst that I have ever rented. All the beds and bathroom were dirty and stained. All you could hear was the interstate all night due to the windows being broken. It rained that night and our room flooded. The staff at the counter could care less when I mentioned it to them. The hallways stunk of trash. DO NOT stay here!!

Had three bags of garbage by the elevator that sat there for a couple days. Had dirty diapers and stunk horribly!!

There was human and animal hair and even crumbs in the sheets. When we asked for clean sheets the front desk said housekeeping was already gone and they must not have brushed the sheets enough. They admitted the bedding is not washed after each use. The towels are extremely small and their were bugs in the room. The walls are dirty and there is rust in the bathroom. Overall, I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

There was blood stains on both beds, mold around the handle in the shower, the front lady for to give our $100 deposit back till be reminded her.

Honestly, I've stayed in some bad hotels and motels, but this one was sure up there. The bathroom was dirty, my room was right next to the freeway so it was loud, the floor in my room was dirty when I got there, the room was so small; I could go on, but I'll never stay here again.

There was so many problems with this Motel 6. Mold, rust and fire alarm was hanging by a wire. The advertisement says it is in Thanksgiving Point but it is 10 miles away from Thanksgiving Point. It is a dirty place and it should be torn down.

The room was filthy! Even the phone had filthy grease and hair stuck to it! The sink had hair in it and so did the shower. There was a pile of garbage stacked outside the door. The noise from the highway was crazy and the air conditioner only worked for a few minutes before it would turn off.

The front desk person was somewhat polite, but he did help to accommodate me with a different room, other than the one i booked online. But as far as Clean, sanitary, linens and all the towers looked appeared and smelt like they werent washed from previous person who stayed they were stained immensely and covered in loose hairs. The bed linens were also covered heavily in someone else's loose hairs. The bathtub was filthy and it too had loose hair all over the shower curtain, and bathtub walls. And in order to use the bathroom facilities comfortably i had to use my own household cleaner and a scouring pad. I stayed there to get some sleep b4 driving another 18 hours but the bedding was so questionable, i could only sit in the chair for the night AND DIDN’T SLEEP AT ALL, which set the plans for my trip behind 2 days.

The location is tucked out of the way as if it is hidden. The elevator smelled of cigarette smoke, the stairwell was very drity and smelled of Marijuana, only coffee served in the mornings. No fruit or anything that resembles breakfast items. The room was dirty upon arrival as if it had not been cleaned. Hair was throughout the room and restroom, many damaged areas, sheets with black marks, pillowcases with hair, black marks, and a foreign substance on the pillowcase. The lights in the room are different in color, along with one fixture being cracked. Dirt on the floor as well. The box spring liner is visibly falling off. Marks all over the walls as if they had not been cleaned in years. They need cleaned and repainted. Window sill was full of dirt, water damage at the top of the window, part of the window frame was broken. The tub drain is just a hole straight to the pipe, leaving room for injuries. The backside of the door had foreign substance on it. Blue stain on the restroom countertop, mirror full of water spots, the fixtures in the restroom did not appear the have been cleaned abd had water spots with calcium deposits. Towels had black marks on them along with hair. When I had discussed this with the manager, he justified it by saying they had just bought the location and are starting to renovate it soon. He did not offered a refund due to the conditions. Having been a former housekeeper and housekeeper manager in a hotel, this room and experience was appalling.

Towels were dirty when we got in the room, floor was gross, paint was peeling, sprinklers were coming out of the ceiling, bedding was stained and dirty. All in all, just a dirty place. Skip this place.

WiFi did not work for us. Reservation and photo implied queen size beds, but they were doubles. Staff was very nice.

Everything was good. It would be great if there was a fridge and microwave in the rooms though. To keep our drinks cold and maybe a late night snack. Other than that our stay was great.

Property is right next to a huge highway. 10 lanes. I was given a room right next to it. When I requested another room, they told me they were fully booked. Couldn’t sleep a wink.

While it was convenient to get on the freeway, they had old windows so sound came in quite readily. The mattress was old and lumpy and the room was very basic. No drawers, mini fridge, or microwave. It was a place to sleep.

The AC in our room didn't work. When we called the front desk we were told to turn it down below 50 degrees, something that wasn't possible..after an hour and no success they did change our room. The second room they gave us has issues with the door and we had to very forcibly slam it for it to close.

They need to upgrade windows. Freeway right next to property and is super loud if you don’t have ear plugs. I understand a little noise but this was so loud as cars and trucks were right out the window. I looked at window and single Paine which means no noise cancellation at all

The lights in the room seemed on the verge of burning out. Poor lighting in the room.

Ac did not work properly so room was hot

I arrived using a walking staff, was offered a free upgrade. It was a nice gesture, but bring put in a room next to the office and ice machine did not make for a restful night. If someone is not feeling very well, they need rest, not more noise than a hospital stay. Please ask about the placement of the "upgrade". It not a good visit.

Lets see no remote for the TV, called and asked for one never called back or came to give us one, had 3 pets they put us on the second floor. Was towing a vehicle behind mine and was told there would be plenty of parking to slide my vehicles i. Without having to unhook them. We did find parking closest to the entrance to our second room door, up two flights of stairs, i have back problems not fun running up and down the stairs numerous times. Called down at the desk and asked if we could have a late checkout due to we arrived to our room at 230 am, was told ues you can, come regular checkout time i get a knock on the door, asking if we are stsying. I said we contacted the desk last night about the late checkout, lady said ok. 15 minutes later got a knock on the door and it was opening from the outside. It was rhe cleaning person, knocked 2 times and entered my room before i got to the door.soon after that a man came and said that we needed to vacate the room now

They did not have a working car key system, the elevator was broken. The room wasnt clean, found tree leaves and used tissues on the floor of our room. No blankets, just sheets. Sketch tennants roaming the hallway. We checked out after 20 minutes with no refund issued. If these issues had been communicated i would have canceled my reservation.

The staff handled a situation we had quickly and professionally and I appreciate them for that.

I have booked here before with no issues. This time, front desk required a physical CC and I didn't have. Never required one before so why this time. Because I didn't have a card physically on me, I was denied the room though my father had already paid for it.and front desk unwilling to use his card for incendentals. Ended up sleeping on the street.

No housekeeping services whatsoever! We emptied our own garbages, after, getting garbage bags, during the three nights we stayed, had to go find our own extra toilet paper! No clean towels had to reuse towels, hand towels, wash cloths, Bathroom door was broken both inside the bathroom and outer side, holes in the bedding, lumpy pillows, as we checked out. Told them we should get a refund but said we knew we wouldn't. Told people at counter the Motel 6 was as bad as a trashy trailer park.

This was dirty, the door to the room literally had a break in it that looked like someone had tried to break in the door previously. The room key constantly needed to be reset so I could access my room, and the remote for the tv was broken.

I stayed one night and the staff was friendly but the sheets had makeup and what looked like bodily fluids. The windows didnt muffle the sound of the freeway at all so it was very noisy through the night. Cheap and convenient though.

It is fine for the $. Liked that there was no carpet in the room. Close to the highway but fairly quiet. Staff very accommodating.

Just stayed for the night 🌙 😴. It was located near several food restaurants 🍴and shopping 🛍 that was great not having to go far to get something to eat and get to sleep.

The property is right next to the freeway and very noisy. I couldn’t sleep here at all. There was dog feces on the hotel stairs and the bed was super uncomfortable.

I liked how accessible is to the highway.

Great place to stay with an affordable price. Nothing fancy but beds we’re comfortable enough. Free coffee and tea in the common area. I would stay here again if I needed a place to stay

We weren’t greeted warmly when we arrived after being on the road for 9 hours, the male kid had an attitude which was uninviting. We are tea drinkers and they didn’t have hot water in the morning for our tea nor offer an option. Our room also faced the interstate and the window was very thin, had to wear headphones to drown out the interstate traffic. Very trashy pet walking area. The lady that we checked out with was pleasant.

The room was not clean. The bathroom had someone else's hair on the floor, tub had a chunk of the bottom peeled up and absolutely no water pressure. The bathroom had no fan either. I went to the front desk with a picture of the tub asking if we could use it and the guy stated he knew it was like that and would not charge us. I asked if it was safe to use and he said yes. The bed was so hard, neither one of us got any sleep. There were a few sketchy people in and out of the hallway. In the morning, I went down to see about breakfast and there was only coffee. That was the worst coffee we had ever had. We did not feel safe leaving our room after dark.

The bed was supposedly a queen but it was not as big as my queen back home. While it wasn’t dirty per se, the walls needed a good cleaning. It’s just not the cleanliness you expect from a hotel. Also there was no continental breakfast

Walmart, ihop and panda express were just around the corner. It's really close to I15. Very convenient and easy to get in and out of the freeway. Staff were Friendly. Price fit the quality of the room

This motel is next to the freeway, but the noise isn’t bad. It is bare bones with no amenities but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There is coffee in the lobby in the am. There are at least 10 restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping.

Room wasn't clean in bathroom. Cobweb and spider. Stayed for 4 nights. Not once we're sheets changed, or room cleaned. Breakfast was supposed to be included. 1 coffee pot is not breakfast. Would not stay here again.

Very noisy and no coffee pot in the hotel at all not even in the room. Most have complementary breakfast or at the least coffee maker in the rooms. I could hear the freeway most of the night.
