The pool was nice and clean, plenty of towels. The room was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was good, lots of choices !

Hot tub and pool were great. Breakfast was great, fresh.

The hot pool was broken when we stayed there and that's a big deal to me cos we want to relax in it. The water was cold.

Comfortable room and beds. Unfortunately using the pool/hot tub was hard as it was packed and there were no clean pool towels. Hallways were noisy.

The property and staff were fine, but the pool was way too small for the number of families that stay there. No pool towels available. They also wouldn’t let me check in early even though the room was ready because I wasn’t a member of the repeat guest program. If you don’t want my business unless i join your program - fine I won’t give it to you

Clean and comfortable hotel with great staff and a great breakfast. The pool was warm and there was actually enough towels for everyone. The only negative was the sidewalks were so icy that I was terrified the kids would slip and fall on the way to the car.

Friendly staff. Loved the location and my room. Breakfast was meh....but no biggie. Pool room was way too hot, they kept it at nearly 90° which made the hot tub almost unbearable. Aside from those 2 things, loved my visit aid would definitely stay again.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, no noise from surrounding rooms, nice breakfast. Will stay again.

We usually love staying at this hotel but this time the room smelt funny almost like vomit not super pleased with it

It was great! The only thing that you probably want to be aware of is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear babies cry and families laughing/yelling often.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel stay with a good hotel breakfast that actually included delicious bacon. We do like to stay in convenient locations to the highway we are traveling on, however, we need to remember that this sometimes leads to highway noise and there was a little highway noise that required earplugs for me. I should have requested the other side of the building which would have made it a perfect stay.

We stayed one night after a long ten hour drive to get some rest before our second trek back home. We finally got to sleep at ten pm, only to be awakened by a leak dripping from the ceiling next to our bed. The leak continued till approximately 4:30 am. We advised the asst manager of our dis-satisfaction with the room upon our checkout. The only concern she relayed to us was that we should of notified them so they could move us to another room. We explained we were too exhausted to get dressed and move our luggage waiting for domeone to move us. Then she proceeded to tell me that the leak had stopped. As if I cared about the hotels status. When pressing her about our horrible night she didnt seem to care, making no offer for a restay or refund for the experience. Not to mention I could not understand her as her accent was so heavy we struggled over every other word to make out what she was saying. These people have no idea how to handle customers or provide adequate apologies. Zero hospitality

The property was nice with friendly staff, The only reason why we did not leave an excellent for overall is because the room that we got advertised it can sleep three. A king suite with a sofa bed. The room we received was a king with a hard little chaise lounge with no extra bedding. There was no sofa bed.

I’d give it a 5 star review but at 4:30AM something with the AC unit broke and made an ear piercing noise. It wouldn’t stop until it turned off. Our whole family was woken up by it. They didn’t have anyone to fix it during that hour. Other than that it’s a really nice facility.

This Holiday Inn Express is one of the better properties I've stayed at, clean, spacious and comfortable with a surprisingly good breakfast. I highly recommend it.

It was nice and clean, but we had issues with a noisy refrigerator and air conditioner. Made it hard to sleep.

Wonderful beds. Good Breakfast

Everything went well with the check-in, but in the morning the air conditioner suddenly failed and the whole room looked like the liveliest construction site, I was jolted out of my sleep and had a hard time understanding why a Holiday Inn would have a faulty air conditioner.

Clean, friendly, great breakfast... scarest thing i was given keys to someone elses room... We went to go to our assigned room... opened the door and was welcomed by a huge loud scream... saying what Hell you coming in my room.... It was scare... it was late... im just glad he was not a gun carrier.... we are lucky to be alive..i get that pople make mistakes... but this was SCAREY! and could have been really Bad!

Every staff member we encountered was friendly, the property was clean and comfortable - I would like one of those beds for my home!

My flight was cancelled for bad weather. I was able to get a refund for other hotels I was staying for my trip but not this hotel. You would think they would understand my situation but they didn’t offer anything. Wouldn’t recommend

We arrived and were treated great. We got settled and started falling asleep when our heater started rattling, smoking and making a loud noise. We turned it off and called the front desk. Someone came quickly to see what the problem was. He tried calling maintenance a few times in front of us and commented that "they never answer". He was super apologetic and said it couldn\'t be fixed that night and there were no more rooms for us to move to. With it turned off we thought it would be fine to stay, just a little cold, so he brought us blankets and a fan to help blow the horrible smell from our room. Again, very helpful and apologetic. Ten minutes later the heater turned on again filling the room with smoke, and the same worker came to look. There was nothing he could do. We expressed our concern as it was already late and we would need to find somewhere else to stay. He mentioned that the night couldn\'t be refunded, but that the next two nights would be if we came back. As we left he said he talked to the manager and they would refund the first night as well. We drove 30 min away to the closest hotel with availability and spent double. We came back the next day and were told that one night would be refunded (not even covering the cost of the other hotel), but that was all they would do. We kindly tried to talk with the manager for two days, but he avoided us. We were terribly inconvenienced and yet they did very little to make it right. Disappointing for a hotel rated so well.

We had a late change in our plans and needed to add an additional guest room. They took time to arrange it on short notice and even placed the room next to the two existing rooms we had. I know that this is not always possible, but when it is, it is nice to know they are willing to make the extra effort rather than just giving us a random room. They really seemed to enjoy serving us! We have family that we visit in this area and we difinitely will consider staying here again.

Like this place. Very professional staff. The manager went round and said hello to guest during breakfast. He is an example of what a professional should be. Will stay here every time I come to salt lake

If you call ahead to request special arrangements, don't waste your time! Definitely wont be booking here again.

Clean hotel, we requested a crib during our reservation and when we checked in and walked into our room the crib was already in our room set up for us!

We forgot some items and they called us to let us know. Great costumer service. The breakfast was excellent.

Would've been good if the management was better. They lied right to my face when i tried to make a change to my reservation and tried to blame Expedia. After I showed them the email approval from Expedia, he still wouldn't be flexible to let me check out early for Father's Day weekend and cost me an extra $600

Fabulous room - very clean. Easy to get to with dining very close (walkable).

The hotel was convenient to the freeway. but we did not experience any road noise. The breakfast buffet was very good - better than any we have seen for a while. The buffet staff were very attentive and kept items fresh. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful as we asked questions about the area. Our room was clean and a nice size. We also liked the bathroom and entry layouts. We stayed there the first night of our trip and changed our final night reservation so that we could stay there again. About 30 minutes from SLC, it worked well for us for visits to the Tulip Festival and Temple Square.

Clean with a good breakfast. Right off the highway. Nice bed linens. Newer facility. Half hour from airport. We got off our plane at 10:30pm and were heading south to Moab. A good convenient place to stay.

check in was fast and efficient. room was clean and quiet.. breakfast was good and plentiful other than the gravy, which was cold/luke temp. .Location was good, near a Starbucks for the drive to final destination.

This was a great place to stay at. All hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. I was so appreciative that there were gluten free options, including muffins, as that isn't always the case when staying at hotels. The general manager came by while we were eating to ask how our stay was and genuinely seemed to care. We will stay here again if traveling through the area.

Staff was very nice. Clean. Would be 5 stars all the way except for a couple of suggestions. Could improve space in dining area. We couldn’t find a place to sit to eat and ended up eating at the business desk. They ran out of food too. ADA room was great other than it was difficult to get into room with a wheelchair due to a rather large threshold/sill and nothing available to hold the door open while trying to maneuver the wheelchair. Staff agreed to take it into consideration . I appreciate it.
