The guesthouse is under construction with brown paper throughout the hallways. We left and came back after midnight and the elevator did not work. It’s definitely not worth the price.

The staff at the Inn were all really nice. The room on 3rd floor was nice, clean and spacious and well maintained. The parking was tight fortunately they were not sold out. There is really not much of a lobby just 2 chairs and a desk for staff. There is a small covered patio at the back entrance from the parking lot. No view except parking lot and alley. The continental breakfast was adequate but thought a protein should be offered, maybe a quiche or hard boiled eggs. If you are not spending a lot of time there then the room is fine.

Dripping from air conditioning unit was annoying, but for the most part, this Inn was a very nice place to stay. Centrally located and walking distance to just about everywhere. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They always smiled and were willing to give directions and offer suggestions. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice place to stay. Everything was great except they only have about 5 parking spots on the property by the alley. Larger cars will not fit so you have to park on the street. Big kudos on the comfortable bed and pillows. Room was spacious and had a nice fireplace in it.

Our room\'s climate control was anything but. Was blowing ice-cold when we arrived; they tried to fix, but the "fix" involved cranking up the heat and telling us to open the windows to moderate the temperature. Same with hot water. It ran either scalding or ice cold, requiring constant adjusting. Half the time the elevator wasn\'t working because people weren\'t closing doors properly on the old-style lift. Staff was friendly and apologetic but they need to fix climate control, water heating and elevator issues before I could give a good rating

Perfect Location to see the town and shops. In the middle of everything yet not on the busy noisy street. Staff is plentiful and treats all customers wonderfully. Hotel is clean! Parking is ok but not a lot of spaces. Inside hotel is nice. Mattresses feel a bit older now. Bathrooms are dated. Air conditioner in the room can be noisy when fan is running. This is a 3 story hotel with a small elevator that works good. Again staff and location are just perfect.

This is an amazing quiet property that is very clean. The staff is professional and friendly. The restaurant at the inn is a must do! The bed was super comfy and the view of Soulvang’s lights was beautiful. We will be back!

Biggest Issue: the a/c unit made a tap-tap-tap-tap ALL NIGHT LONG! When we informed staff, they were aware of the issue and had let the owner & maintenance know previously with no resolve. Had received prior complaints. How does the owner charge full price for a room that keeps the guests awake all night? Staff was very good. The room was clean and roomy. I take exception to "5 star amenities". No in-room fridge or coffee. Internet did not work. Continental breakfast was store bought pastry and never enough coffee. Ice machine was outside by the parking lot.

Excellent customer service! The restaurant attached was wonderful, would highly recommend. There is no in-room coffee but the front desk accommodated my early request. There was no housekeeping service but the front desk staff offered to take our trash and dirty towels and replenish water. Very quaint, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Our room was above the restaurant and outside bar area. A bit noisy until about 11 pm. Would recommend a room toward the other side of the Inn. Otherwise, a perfect stay with great customer service.

Property was situated in a neighborhood with lots of parking. Facility was clean. Hotels noise level is loud even on the upper floors you'll hear staff speaking and definitely do not recommend if looking for a quiet spot to rest. Staff very short when asking questions or making a request.

Service is personal and amazing. The restaurant is very very good as an upscale dining establishment. Only 13 rooms, so staff can know exactly who is there and what you want. If you want personal service and a quaint off-the-path hotel, this is the place. Located right in the middle of what you probably came to Solvang to see.

I stayed here in the recommendation of a friend. Was able to check in early. Staff was fantastic and the hotel itself amazing whey the most incredible art. I dined at the restaurant First and Oak and had the most amazing meal and stellar service. Room was space clean and safe.

This is a quaint boutique hotel in the central area of beautiful Solvang, CA., located in the shopping, bakery, restaurant and retail center. The room was large, the bathroom very average (no grab bars in the bathtub!). We enjoyed an evening at the PCPA Theater located just one block away after a fabulous meal at Toscano. We can highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the Inn were all really nice. The room on 3rd floor was nice, clean and spacious and well maintained. The parking was tight fortunately they were not sold out. There is really not much of a lobby just 2 chairs and a desk for staff. There is a small covered patio at the back entrance from the parking lot. No view except parking lot and alley. The continental breakfast was adequate but thought a protein should be offered, maybe a quiche or hard boiled eggs. If you are not spending a lot of time there then the room is fine.

Biggest Issue: the a/c unit made a tap-tap-tap-tap ALL NIGHT LONG! When we informed staff, they were aware of the issue and had let the owner & maintenance know previously with no resolve. Had received prior complaints. How does the owner charge full price for a room that keeps the guests awake all night? Staff was very good. The room was clean and roomy. I take exception to "5 star amenities". No in-room fridge or coffee. Internet did not work. Continental breakfast was store bought pastry and never enough coffee. Ice machine was outside by the parking lot.

I stayed here in the recommendation of a friend. Was able to check in early. Staff was fantastic and the hotel itself amazing whey the most incredible art. I dined at the restaurant First and Oak and had the most amazing meal and stellar service. Room was space clean and safe.

The Mirabelle Inn was outstanding! Very comfortable accommodations, conveniently located, great staff, quiet and includes a Michelin Star restaurant on the property. This will be our go-to stay for future trips to the area.

This is an amazing quiet property that is very clean. The staff is professional and friendly. The restaurant at the inn is a must do! The bed was super comfy and the view of Soulvang’s lights was beautiful. We will be back!
