We live locally, and we love the peacefullness of this property. The pool is next to the road but is secluded by palms, its romantic, perfect spot. Owners are very nice, Helped me when i didnt see cleaning girl. I will continue to refer them to all my friends and family. They made my Birthday weekend Special. Thanks Again

This is my favorite place to stay in Treasure Island. It sits right on the bay and it's just across the street from the beach. Beds are comfortable and the kitchenette is nice. Owner is friendly and the location is very conveniently located.

The property is completely remodeled since our last visit due to hurricane damage and we love it. The pool is close to complete and workers were putting on the final plaster coat when we were there. I'm sure it will be awesome when complete. We love the location and seek out properties in that general area and always pick the best value when available. I enjoy fishing at night along their canal dock.

Very nice place! Overlooks Intracoastal Waterway, right across Gulf Blvd from Treasure Island Beach. Walking distance to shopping, bars, restaurants and live music. Most comfortable beds, stocked kitchen with bar seating. Price is great for everything you get.

Nice enough place. It was cheap, across the street from the beach and clean. The owners live there, so don't try getting away with parties or anything like that. Was told by housekeeping that the owners LOVE to find reasons for charging extra, but if you are a clean person that leaves no issues, you'll be fine. TV seems to be local cable channels only. NOT a smart TV. Walking distance to shops, a grocery store and John's Pass. Free parking on site. Advertised as a heated pool, but it was not.

Room was very clean and new. No toilet paper or paper towels left in room, no hot water in shower even after leaving it run a long time was warm at best!! microwave is hard to use because of it being in cabinet bottom shelve. But great location and friendly staff! Will definitely come back. Hopefully next time with a hot shower .

I have to say I was very impressed! The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had about the area. The room was beautiful and spotless. They have recently renovated and it shows top to bottom. I will most definitely be staying here again and would recommend to anyone. 10/10

The room was clean at arrival. Daily cleaning service was not provided. Every other day was the cleaning schedule. I was there two days so I didn’t get maid service. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The room was tiled so the beach sand didn’t soil any carpeting. The room served it’s purpose for me and saved money over staying at othe beach hotels.

Dirty sheets … needed to wait till almost 9 pm to get a clean sheet … gave me a flat sheet … and it was the fitted sheet that was dirty… had to make the bed myself… never staying here again …. I won’t even let my dog walk around in the room, she’s staying in the stroller till we leave ….

It is a nice place, nice people. A couple things to mention: although towels were clean, they were stained. I wouldn't suggest using stained towels. We were only provided 1 coffee packet but there was 2 of us. Oversight?

Likes: its walking distance to the beach. Dislikes: the ac system didn't work well in our room and we were give a fan to keep us cool. We were told that the owners husband was going to come in and check the ac, but he never showed up; the shower was dirty and there was a big area of caulking coming off in the tub; the floor was so dirty it turned my feet black; there was no fitted bottom sheet on the bed and the top sheets had a new stain on it like they hadn't been washed. This place was much too expensive for the condition it was left to us in.

Awful experience from the initial phone call after booking the room to check in and actually getting in the room. I initially called the hotel, as we were looking for a ground floor room as my partner had just had surgery, the man who answered the phone was so rude, told me I would get what was available and hung up the phone. During my check in process, i waited over 15 minutes for the guest to be checked in ahead of me while taking in the very distinct odours from the owners private suite, door open right off the lobby. When i not entered the room it was Ok, just Ok. Don't get excited. Bathroom was a joke, tap in the shower dripped continually, the toilet flushed once and did not ever again, the fridge leaked, the tub was dirty and needed a good cleaning and caulking. Lets just say, i would never stay here nor recommend this as a place to stay.

Great location and excellent price. The room was big and comfortable and had everything we needed. There was just a couple of things that could use improvement. The air conditioner was ridiculously loud, like it’s on its last days or something. The bathroom could use an update. We couldn’t get the water going and had to go tell someone. Basically there was a pull and turn trick to turn the water on. That shouldn’t be a thing that guests have to figure out. Other than that everything was great! The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. We purposely wanted a room with a kitchenette and we were happy that everything we needed to cook a meal was available to us.

Very large, airy room with view of canal??/intercoastal. Bed (and pillows) very comfortable. Kitchenette very nice. Bathroom 'functional' '50's style. Pink ceramic tile, toilet, and pedistal sink. Only 1 mirror in bathroom. Sitting area overlooking pool and Gulf Blvd very pleasant. Pool clean and pleasant. Maid staff pleasant.

We absolutely loved staying here! Easy check-in. Everything was brand new due to last years Hurricane. Pet friendly. Super comfortable bed and spacious room! Super close and walking distance to restaurants and bars and the beach across the street!! We will definitely make this our go to hotel when we come for our weekend getaways to Treasure Island!

Overall had a fine stay, I would like to warn about the noise. These walls are very thin, and it felt like I could hear the entire hotel, conversations clear as day and all through the night. This hotel is not quite and lacks the privacy in that aspect.

The location of the property was good, we could park and walk everywhere we wanted to go or get the trolley. The property could use a little TLC, our room did not have a clock, microwave clock didn’t work, AC did not cool well, walls very thin. Our neighbor heard us snoring and we heard them sneezing. The area was great but might look around for a different place

Our main complaint was the shower, it was either very hot or very cold no matter how hard you try to get it in between. Overall the place was nice, all we needed was a place to sleep and keep our things safe while we were away so it was not so bad. Would possibly come again.

This is a family owned and run hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room had everything you need, coffee maker, plates, cups, silverware, full size refrigerator, toaster and a hot plate. The location is right across the street from the beach and a block to the Waffle House and a mile to John's Pass. The area is not as crowded as Clearwater so no fighting the traffic. Would definitely stay again.

I booked the wrong weekend but the front desk lady was so rude. She wouldn’t even let me wait in lobby while I tried to find a different hotel, so I was out in my car trying to make arrangements and she then sent somebody out to tell us we had to leave. I could have went back this weekend but chose not too

Super cute and retro, could be a real gem. Property is beautiful- nice landscaping, awesome palms, great layout of hotel and pool. Walking distance to everything you’ll need- grocery, beach, bars, shopping etc. The cleaning staff was SUPER friendly, marina staff so dang nice. The hotel was adequate, and spacious. Had everything you need. But don’t ask for extras from the managers because they will deny you. Things like extra towels, holding baggage after check out (tried to charge us $150 to stay longer and said they couldn’t guarantee the safety of our luggage- there are cameras everywhere), they block the driveway with their Mercedes which doesn’t move, and cone off the other driveway. They are not helpful, their living quarters is wide open to the office, which is weird and the office smells of fried food- which isn’t welcoming. Seems dingy and dirty. Overall, the front office lacks professionalism and attentiveness.

Owners/management was very rude. Gave me wrong room. Argued with me for 20 minutes finally realized they were wrong. First room I had ( wrong room) was awful. 2nd room was much better but found out later had no hot water. Which I brought up at check out and their response was if has to run for 30 minutes first. After my check in the owner also got in a confrontation with someone in the parking lot. The pool is also out of service. Also knocking on door @ 10:50am with attitude about check out. As I was checking out there was also another patron in an argument with these people.

The managers of property have zero hospitality skills the the pool towels have a very bad odor from being in their living space the towels in the room are so old that they are grey not white anymore and the managers watch everything you do not a good place to stay I will never go back !!!

This really is an excellent little place to stay amongst some of the giant resorts on Treasure Island. The air was ice cold, the room was clean, and had everything you need to cook utensil wise. It isn't beachfront but it is waterfront and directly across from the beach on Gulf Blvd. Do yourself a favor and book this place!

The location and access to beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store & public transportation was superb. It was clean and nice to have kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and stovetop (did not use). There were also grills available out back for a $10 per use fee. This is not a typical resort but more of a retro beach motel. Staff was available and helpful during our stay.
