The a/c wasn’t working. I asked for a fan, but they didn’t have any. There was a party of college kids next door that were making noise till 2 am. There was also mold in the tiny bathroom, & dried food on the kitchen cabinets! They charged an additional $50 fee for our dog, ( that was not in the original costs for a pet-friendly hotel!) Staff were very friendly though.

The only thing that I could possibly say that I thought was elevated was the slips where you park your boat. I felt like it was excessive compared to what I have been paying locally.
