Great location on the shopping promenade. Excellent staff - friendly - helpful - courteous. Clean rooms and lots of storage. I would suggest asking for rooms on the back of the hotel to minimize noise from the streets and shops.

Staff was good, but only one person on front desk at arrival and a lot of guests to check in. Staff did best they could but were a bit overwhelmed. Breakfast was very good with lots on offer. Hotel clean, good location but a bit run down (hooks coming out of wall, paint chips, nothing major but could be fixed). Overall would stay again.

Excellent room. Spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hoetel is well situated for historic centre of Brussels and next to metro for easy commute to other areas and to stations. Although facing onto B Anspach/ Annspachlaan, my room was very quiet.
