Das Hotel hat geräumige und gut ausgestattete Zimmer (mit Küche). Das gesamte Gebäude ist in einem modernen Zustand (auch das Fitnessstudio und die Sauna. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Lediglich das Frühstück könnte verbessert werden: Die für das Frühstück eingesetzte Frau ist äußerst engagiert und hilfsbereit ( diesbezüglich gibt es keinerlei Kritik!!), jedoch wäre zu den morgendlichen Stoßzeiten eine weitere Kraft sehr hilfreich, um verbrauchte Artikel zeitnah auffüllen zu können.Auch könnten die Brötchen frischer sein, diese waren an fast allen Tagen offenbar vom Vortag. Ansonsten ist das Hotel wirklich zu empfehlen, es liegt äußerst verkehrsgünstig im Zentrum der Stadt mit der S-Bahn oder U-Bahn ist man innerhalb kurzer Zeit an seinem Ziel. Unsere nächste Buchung für Wien werden wir auf jeden im Aparthotel Adagio Vienna City vornehmen.

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel in guter Lage für eine Städte-Trip. Tram Station direkt vor dem Hotel. Zur U-Bahn sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Sehr freundliches Personal, vorallem beim Frühstück 😃😃 Wenn man auf Wellness und Hotelbar verzichten kann, ist das Hotel eine gute Alternative.

This was my 2nd time staying at Adagio. Ideal location. Close to most things but also a bit noisy so ask for a quiet room. It’s great having a mini kitchen as i would make my breakfast every day. I wish the lighting had been a bit brighter especially at night and make sure you bring your own wash cloth. They do have hand soap and body wash/shampoo. If you have thick hair it will take you forever to dry your hair with the hair dryer that is provided. Staff are friendly and efficient. Make sure you use your key card when you enter the elevator. Gym was a good size but a treadmill would be a nice addition. It’s great they have 2 washers and a dryer but charging 8.00 Euros for the washer and 5.00 for the dryer seems a bit excessive in my opinion. Having said all of that i would stay here again.

Extra fees for everything. Very expensive amenities, they clean your room once a week. The air was stale, AC was weak, sweaty nights and we always had a rough throat in the morning. Nice enough management, but services always cost extra money. €13 for a load of laundry… Self service. Foosball table in the middle of the main lobby… Didn’t quite seem to match the classical music theme of the whole place… Whatever. Won’t return.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer, bei dem man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Ich fand hierfür nirgends ein Vermerk. Bei nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage war das ein absoluter Horror. Nach der 2. Übernachtung war man dann einverstanden mir ein anderes Zimmer zu geben, was dann doch positiv zu bewerten ist Beachten Sie Zimmer gegen den Innenhof können die Fenster nicht öffnen! Gelüftet wird bei Zimmerreinigung, welche nur alle 7 Zage stattfindet

The shower was not draining and so all of us couldn’t use the shower. We were told there was nothing that they could do to repair it until after we checked out. There were no suggestions / apologies/ extras to make up for this. A hotel room not having a functional shower and staff being non apologetic or trying to make up for this isn’t acceptable and so this dampened our stay

Be aware that you have to clear garbage, need to pay euro 40 for cleaning. I stayed 4 nights, basically the apartment was quite filthy on the third day. There are vacuum cleaner but who wants to clean during their holidays. Shower not strong and sometimes cold sometimes hot.

Fantastic location with restaurants, parks, museums and art galleries within a comfortable walking distance and generally a nice room. We were in a room where we couldn’t open the window due to safety reasons and to say we were overheating, in March, was a bit of an understatement! We spoke with reception who were very kind and opened the windows while we were out but had to close them through the night. We really appreciated their help, which raised the review rating, but I dread to think what that room must be like in the height of summer. Would stay again because of the location in the city but hope they can invest in air con for the future!

The main issue we experienced during our stay was that the room was not adequately heated and felt quite cold, which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was unstable and kept alternating between cold and hot, making it difficult to shower comfortably.

Excellent service and aparthotel. Convenient location with very close transportation options. I'd like to highlight the excellent service provided by Suzanne, who manages the hotel's breakfast. Always smiling, she puts a lot of love into what she does! Breakfast is orchestrated by her, and everything is always fresh and delicious. I'd also like to thank Rahima. LHer service, availability, and clear information were incredible and helped us get to know the city better. She has a very good reputation and is always willing to help. We were very happy and appreciate the excellent service provided by everyone at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is amazing, the city centre is a 10 minute walk. The room was spacious and clean enough, though there were some minor issues. Staff is very kind! Really enjoyed my stay here.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, da die Anbindung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel bestens vorhanden ist. Personal ist sehr nett und kompetent. Was nicht so gut war, ist der Umstand, dass jetzt bei der kalten Jahreszeit die Räumlichkeit zum Frühstücken sehr kalt und zugig war.

I had breakfast every morning and was always greeted with warmth and smile from Susanne. You could taste home and the love coming from her kitchen. The food was amazing, tasty, and wide variety.
