飯店位置在八條口，搭Haruka過來到車站2樓往八條方向走出車站就可以看到飯店，飯店櫃檯在3樓，此次沒有遇到會說中文的櫃枱人員，用簡單的英文可以溝通. 我們在三點前到達，先辦理check in並寄放行李，晚上回來再和櫃枱領房卡並自行將行李帶至房間. 飯店2樓有投幣式洗衣機和烘乾機各一台房間不大但舒適，浴室是必須踏入浴缸的淋浴方式，浴簾下方還有些濕，這是我較不喜歡的部份，房間內有提供沐浴乳和洗髮精，牙刷和茶包在櫃檯架子上自行取用，另外付費的早餐要先到櫃檯買餐卷再到餐廳用餐.提供簡單的日式和西式自助早餐，check out後可以寄放行李，在附近逛街很方便，購物後回來整理行李再搭車，住車站附近就是方便.

It’s an older hotel. The room was small but just enough for a family with 2 adults and 2 elementary school age children. There are 2 washers and dryers in the building which worked out because we packed light and needed to wash. It’s literally across the street from Kyoto Station and is super convenient. There were a lot of local eateries outside of Kyoto Station but of course there are restaurants and coffee/tea shops inside the station. Lawson, 7Eleven, and Donki are all very close to the hotel. If you don’t care about luxury and just want a place to lay your head, this is the place. The staff was also responsive when I emailed them prior to our stay. Extra star for that!

駅前でとにかくロケーションが便利。綺麗で、スタッフの対応もとても良く、フロントを通らずに客室へ上がれるエレベーターの構造ですが、カードキーをかざしてのフロア開錠なので安心感あります。お部屋に空きがあるとのことで，シングルから広いツインへアップグレードいただきました。朝食のパンの種類が多くて、おかずの種類もまぁ満足かな。ドリンクをお部屋へテイクアウトする紙コップもあり良かったです私は持参しており使わないので構いませんが、アメニティの種類が少なかったのはマイナスポイント。歯ブラシが部屋に置いていないので、忘れずにフロント前から持って行く必要があります

Across the street from the station. Checkin was simple, staff was friendly and even tolerated my terrible attempts at Japanese. Decent breakfast spread for the buffet. The bed was comfortable but the duvet was more than the AC could handle and I found myself instead cranking the AC to 27 and ignoring the duvet altogether. Vending machines are downstairs, but 7-11 is also 20 seconds down the street. Next time I'm in town I will check here first.

Loved this hotel as it was just opposite the major Kyoto station. Staff were really friendly when asked about laundry service and baggage storage after checkout. There's coin laundry and dryer if you're taking a long trip. Room is also spacious and clean.

The place is convenient in that it’s right across the street from the train and a 40 minute walk to Fushimi Inari gates. My room had crumbs and hair on the floor and in the bathroom so it wasn’t the cleanest. I do like that they offer toiletries to use but they don’t offer you water and you have to pay 300 yen to get a cup of coffee.

We've been traveling all over Japan and this is our fifth hotel. Sad to say, it's the worst one. Compared to the others, it offers the least amenities, cleanliness of the bathroom was sub-par, the bed was laughable with its foam top falling off the edge when pushed slightly, no complimentary bottles of water. On the positive side, it's located right across from the station and the check-in staff was nice. Would i stay here again. That would be a hard 'no'.

Good place to stay close to Kyoto station, very good value with free breakfast. Only down side was that from the room we had on the station side you could hear the beeping of nearby pedestrian traffic lights and people talking etc. coming from the station all night, might need some more sound proofing on those rooms.

The front desk was beyond incompetent and disrespectful of my time, energy and the hour at night I checked in. 1) They checked me in (after midnight) then once I was in my room they called to tell me they couldn’t find my reservation. When I went to give them the confirmation number they hung up. Called me back and told me I needed to come back downstairs to show them. I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. 2) Then accused me of booking the wrong hotel or dates. I physically had to show them on my phone and point out the date, hotel address and confirmation #. 3) I told them to check with hotels.com and not me (it’s 1am) let’s deal with this in the morning. 4) I go back to my room and he calls me again! This time to inform me that I didn’t pay for breakfast, which I already knew. I want to sleep stop calling my room after 1am, what’s wrong with you! 5) When I wake up there is a note saying to come by the front desk again because they charged me the wrong amount for city tax and I owe more $. I almost just left and ignored them but I paid it reluctantly. There lack of customer service and awareness makes me want a refund.

Excellent location, right next to the Kyoto train station. Even if it is close to the station, it was quiet. Great location in terms of clean area and lots of tasty food/restaurant in the station and around the hotel. Check in was great, had to pay city tax. Had luggage storage before check in and after check out. They had amenities. Room was small, but typical in Japan hotels. They upgraded us to a queen sized room, we didn’t know, until we wanted to extend one more night… had to transfer to a double room, unless we paid the difference to stay in the queen sized bedroom. This is the only negative about it. I would think if we extended another night, they don’t have to pay their workers to clean another room. And, they were the ones who upgraded us, without us asking… they should have just kept us in the same room. Otherwise, great hotel!

The location is great. It is easy access to JR and the subway. Taxies are waiting at the hotel. The shuttle bus to the airport departs near the hotel ( a minute away). The room is a bit small if you have luggage, but it is very quiet. Overall, it is a very good hotel.

Hotellet ligger rakt över gatan från Kyoto station så väldigt bra läge. I övrigt ett väldigt tråkigt hotell. Ganska slitet. Trist att man bara serverar frukost fram till kl 09.00 och då måste man infinna sig senast 8.45. Rummet var väl ok men inte mer.

Hotel localizado perto da estação, é uma área agradável mas não tem o charme de Kyoto. O deslocamento pela cidade é muito fácil. O café da manhã é bem caro, 25 mil yenes por pessoa. Preferi tomar o café da manhã na estação de trem do outro lado da rua, uma infinidade de opções. Tem também um 7 eleven ao lado, prático para pequenas compras e câmbio. A televisão tem pouca programação e o YouTube voltava para o japonês o tempo todo. Jorge é um funcionário muito gentil, assim como o resto da equipe da recepção.

The value for the price is awesome. The hotel was clean, walk across the street from the train station and you're there. Kyoto is quieter than I had pictured, but there are a ton of restaurant and drink options within a few steps of this hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of both Western and Japanese options. I would stay here again.

I knew Ibis from before and I know they have good standards, and again I was not disappointed. Good service, awesome breakfast with western and Japanese options, room was small but clean and comfortable. The only downside was the shower, for some reason it was not working so well but it was a minor thing. Located right in front of the Kyoto station, no way to go wrong. Oh and they only have two washing and dryers for that whole building, that might be a problem sometimes.
