Easy to get to from the S7 airport train. Lovely location next to the Botanical Gardens and Lower Belvedere. The 71 streetcar across from the hotel takes you directly to the Ring. The staff are very thoughtful, and the Green option allows you to have free drinks. Also, my room was extremely quiet.

The location is perfect! It's my 4th time in Vienna and this hotel made my stay so much easier! It is waking distance to one of the main transport hubs of the city - Rennweg and it has quite a few food options around. We didn't have breakfast, but from what we experienced with the staff - everyone is very kind and helpful. They have a rule that you get a free drink if you note that you don't need a room cleaning that day - that was so sweet. The hotel is in some building of historical importance, which you can see from the facade but also from the inside - ceilings and windows are very high. The room we had was slightly run-down but it was charming & the bed was very comfortable.

We loved our stay here and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We also loved the option to not have house cleaning in exchange for free drinks. The only thing that we would have loved was a fan in the room as it was warm during the day - it did cool down at night. We opened the windows but that was noisy. The location is fantastic to walk to the old city and is close to transportation. Overall I would definitely stay her again and recommend to our friends.

There were insects found in the rooms we booked and even dead ones indicating the housekeeping was not thorough. We also noticed some stains on the basin countertops showing that it wasn’t cleaned. Tried to make fo but it was really uncomfortable to us. It was pretty bad that we had to vacate the rooms and went to the hotel next door adding costs to us and them refusing to refund the un-utilised nights.

Handige locatie, zeer goed bereikbaar en vooral met openbaar vervoer. Uitzicht vanuit onze kamer op het groen was een verademing en daarenboven was de kamer stil. Geen verkeer. Er mocht wel wat meer personeel aan de receptie zijn en een informatieblad met de nuttige voorzieningen als restaurants, café's, e.a. in de onmiddellijke omgeving zou wel zo handig zijn.

The entire staff was terrific. The breakfast choices were great. The rooms are not soundproof and need updating - at least the bathroom. We were disappointed that the website posted laundry facilities which should be laundry service. We thought we had access to washer and dryer to do our own laundry. The lobby is not very welcoming or special--specifically missing holiday decorations for CHRISTMAS. Chairs in the lobby need to be replaced also. A bit disappointed for the price we paid and the experience we hoped to enjoy as a family. Three rooms booked at this hotel. :(

This hotel has a good location for getting into Vienna Centre 71 Tram direct! We stayed 3 nights, room may have been a little too warm for my liking but that’s just me!! Comfy bed, good shower what more do you need, close to the Belvedere Schloss…. Would defo stay there again!

Das Hotel ist mit der Nähe zu Schloss Belvedere, S-Bahn-Station Rennweg und Tram 71 zur Innenstadt ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um Wien zu erkunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine reiche Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität (mit Ausnahme der gekochten Eier, die waren steinhart). Sehr ärgerlich war, dass wir nicht das gebuchte Familienzimmer mit zwei Räumen bekommen haben, sondern ein Dreibettzimmer, weil die Familienzimmer überbucht waren. Dass wir eine andere Zimmerkategorie bekommen haben, wurde uns beim Einchecken auch nicht gesagt. Auf unsere Reklamation hin, hieß es, wir hätten ein Superior-Zimmer bekommen und damit ohnehin ein Upgrade, da dieses besser ausgestattet wäre z. B. mit Kaffeemaschine. Lt. Expedia-Beschreibung hätte das auch unser Familienzimmer gehabt, lt. Auskunft des Hotels aber nicht. Die Expedia-Beschreibung ist hier wohl falsch. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer schön.

Staff were very friendly and helpful , the young lady on the reception made sure the next day we had a twin room for the rest of our stay. Location was superb , with the tram 71 2min walk away that takes your straight into the centre. In addition, the S7 train links the airport to the hotel and takes around 28mins and is a lot cheaper than the Citycat and just as effective, cost is around 9euro for a round trip.

During check in, served by Sophia and she given us a noisy room facing the streets, 2 of us did not sleep. Then Anne changed room for us and much better. It was the good hospitality of Anne and the restaurant guy supervisor that we rebook this hotel to come back again for another 4 nights. Hope we will be happy here again.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Unteren Belvedere und des Bahnhofs Rennweg. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist rd. 100m entfernt. Mein Einzelzimmer war recht geräumig und das Bett bequem. Durch die Lage zum Innenhof war es komplett ruhig. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Just an OK hotel. Two things are paramount for my stay: coffee machine in room and good shower. While the pictures clearly showed Nespresso machine but my room did not have one and they didn’t oblige upon asking. Shower was terrible. I intended to take pic but forgot. Hardly a trickle, very low force. Bathtub present but no shower head in bathtub (it was removed). No water bottles. Breakfast was exactly the same every day.
