Das Zimmer im allgemeinen war sehr sauber und wurde täglich geputzt. Badezimmer ebenso. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Es war in der Nacht sehr heiß. Als wir eingecheckt haben, wurde uns gesagt wir müssen 17€ / Tag für die Garage zahlen. Als ich daraufhin gesagt habe das online stand dass es gratis ist, wollte der Herr uns nicht sagen dass es vorm Hotel direkt gratis Parkplätze gibt. Das mussten wir selbst rausfinden. Auch dass es in der Nähe sogar günstigere Varianten geben würde (9.90€/Tag). Also 17€ ist wirklich frech. Sportaktivitäten können wir nicht beurteilen. Da haben wir nichts ausprobiert. Sauna wäre jedoch gratis gewesen. Frühstück hatten wir ebenfalls nicht genommen.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed the beer and delicious pizza at the hotel’s restaurant, a definite highlight! There’s also a nice pool, though unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it. The room included a fridge, which was convenient, but the TV didn’t work during our stay. One thing to note is the garage. It’s extremely tight. We were lucky no one parked beside us when it was time to load the car and leave. Another plus is that it’s located close to the subway, making it easy to get around. Overall, a good experience with a few minor drawbacks, and we appreciated the warm hospitality.

I picked the property as it was close to local transport and the international bus station. Staff were lovely and accommodating. It's a sports hotel where the gym has a good selection for weights and is open 24/7. As others have said - the rooms are rather dated (shower looks modern though) but generally clean and spacious.

Ottima struttura che offre anche sauna e bagno turco inclusi nel prezzo. A pochi passi dalla metro U3 che porta in centro in 15 minuti. Pulizia e camera in linea con un hotel 4 stelle. È anche dotato di parcheggio coperto. Comunque, non vi troverete male, se il vostro target è, appunto, questa tipologia di albergo (4*). Consigliato.

The hotel is great, the rooms are amazing and include everything you need the pool area is amazing. You also have the option to add a breakfast buffet to your stay, it is totally recommended. The hotel is also located in a very quiet neighborhood. I really loved my stay.

Big room, spotlessly clean, big comfortable bed, great shower, cleaning daily. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but great transport links metro, bus and tram close by - 3 min walk. Staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast is great with selection of breads, eggs, meat and cereals. Very happy with my stay.

Gute Ausstattung der Zimmer, sehr geräumig. Man kann es da auch längere Zeit gut aushalten. Toll ist, dass man die Sauna kostenfrei nutzen kann. Freundliches Personal, alles sehr sauber. Ideal wäre, wenn es beim Frühstück auch Hafer oder Sojamilch geben könnte, aber das ist nur eine kleine Anmerkung.

Gesamtes Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Mobiliar ist teilweise schon etwas in sein Alter gekommen. Das einzig wirklich störende war der penetrante Geruch im Zimmer, vermutlich durch ein Raumspray. Aber sonst war das Zimmer sehr sauber!

Is it a hotel, a restaurant, a sport facility, a spa? Slightly outdated hotel rooms. Small breakfast. Strange experience in the pool area (everyone were naked....) A big plus for the staff. Very kind and extremely helpful.

Booked two nights but ended up staying for three nights. Large, clean rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff in both reception and restaurant. Nice inner yard with a pool. Felt like a little oasis in Vienna. My son has a disability and acts and sounds different than others. But we felt very welcome and the staff made no fuzz about it and showed understanding of his special needs.

Quite nice building and very helpful staff. Fantastic location for the price, A few minute walk from Vienna Bus station, super close to an 18 tram stop with a Tabak shop where you can buy tickets, two stops from Billa and a few stops from Belvedere.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich wunderbar. Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommen. Hier wird Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt und dass man sich hier wohlfühlt. Wir hatten ein paar technische Probleme mit dem Handy und bekamen geholfen. Das Essen schmeckt auch hervorragend, wir haben zweimal im Restaurant gegessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder hierher bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Wien.

La camera era spaziosa, pulita e molto comoda. Il receptionist con cui abbiamo fatto il check-in era molto simpatico. L'hotel si trova in una zona un po' marginale ma vicino c'è una fermata della metro che porta direttamente nel cuore della città. Peccato solo per la colazione, buona ma con poca scelta di dolce.
