When I checked in and got to my room, the room key didn't work-- which ended up being because there were still people in the room. The guy at the front desk said "well my system says the room is empty" when I returned to tell him there was an issue. I assumed the previous people didn't check out becuase security had shown up while I was getting a new room. Since the room I was supposed to have was "occupied" and was the last one they had with two beds, we had no choice but to switch to a room with just one. Which was doable, but there was no apology for the situation, or the inconvenience. Nothing was done about my room charge being changed to something less than what I'd paid for. We were only there long enough to sleep and shower before the next leg of our trip so it wasn't worth making a big deal about it at the time, nothing could be done and we weren't going to find somewhere else. It was what it was. The tub either seemed to be peeling from the bottom, or some gross pad was laid down, I'm not sure. It was cheap and filled our need while we were passing through.

The room was dirty, had a bad odor, and felt completely gross. The hot tub was broken, there were empty alcohol boxes outside the rooms, and the vending machine was empty. The whole property felt sketchy and poorly maintained. We checked out immediately after seeing the room. Thankfully, Hotels.com was able to issue us a refund. I would not stay here again.

When I checked in the man took a photo of my ID with his phone. When I asked why he did that he said their scanner was broken and he needed a copy of it. Something felt off about that and the whole place gave a creepy vibe. The floors were so dirty! The room smelled like cigarettes and the toilet would not stop running. I was told I couldn’t get a different room or a refund. I left immediately.

Minus… I feel the price was a little steep. Broken light bulb socket and carpets needed cleaned . Breakfast area was sparse and room was very warm and uncomfortable. Plus.. bed was clean and staff was nice.
