The enterece to the Lobi is higher 12 stairs from the sidewalk without elevator, In case that you have a havy suitcase, you have to handcarry it. Inside the hotel thay have an elevator. This is a butik hotel, nice,frendly, quiet, very close to the main shopping road Marinahilfer strasse, museums quarter, Nashmarket and other attractions. Recommended.

Booked last minute and was very lucky to get a room for the night. Grace, the receptionist for the night, was very pleasant and inviting. She made me feel very comfortable despite the late arrival after 7pm. The hotel has a vintage vibe. The rooms are massive. Separate rooms for shower and water closer. Room has minibar, espresso maker and kettle for tea. They have a self-service lobby bar as well. Cool hotel to experience.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten und ruhigen Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U3 und viele Restaurants und Bars sind in kürzester Zeit fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem hat das Hotel einen gewissen Charme der mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Personal ist nett, das Frühstück lecker und es gibt einen Haus-Cocktail, den man sich nach fachkundiger Anleitung durch das Personal selber mixen darf. Sehr zu empfehlen!

What can I say, I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. huge room with separate walking closet, separate bath and separate toilet, it felt like a suit. The room was clean with electrical outlet near the bed and many places around the room, the shower was hot and excellent. Location: near Maria Hilfer, via the NH passage then you 2 min from U3 M. Breakfast was excellent, I could stay there for months. Everything in the bar is free, and you do have a NESPRESSO MACHINE AND CAPSULE. LOVED IT.

The reception staff was suffering a bad cold, was not considerate of infecting others, and should not have been working. A 'clean' glass in the room had lip marks, and was certainly not clean. These issues alone were not a great start, but considering the costs of the hotel it was very basic, and below the standard I had expected. There was not lift to get bags to the reception area, and the I trrnal lift extremely small. Not a location I would use again or decomzat that price point.

Very old place. The room was a bit dirty and there were things left from the previous guest. I only came for the night so I just slept and left. The reception staff were lovely but the place not worth the price.

Wonderful location close in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and a very beautiful room. HUGE closet as well which enabled us to store our belongings away from the floor around the bed like you need to do in so many hotel rooms. Thank you for a great stay!

Entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen an die Henri Kette. Das Zimmer und insbesondere die Bäder hatte den Charme eines 80er Jahre 3 Sterne Hotels. Ja - es waren neue Möbel und Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden, aber eher eine Enttäuschung von der Gestaltung. Klimaanlage war ein lautes Wandmodul - nachts nicht benutzbar. Nur Badewanne mit Dusche. Frühstück war von guter Qualität.

This property is very nice, the rooms are quite large, beautiful bathroom, the bed was super confortable. The breakfast was excellente with a variety of things, loved the yogurt. Overall highly recommend it and the staff is lovely

We stayed fot two nights and had to ask twice for the heat to be turned on (it was -2C in Vienna. When we arrived, it was turned off, so we checked in into a freezing bedroom - they had our bags since noon, and they knew we would be back as soon as check in was allowed.). During our last night the heat was also turned off and we woke up to an ice cold room once again. (Maybe saving on gas? It felt like they were being cheap, to be honest). Also, the power went off during my checkout morning and the staff didn’t bother to turn it back on because “we were already leaving” - (we still had 3+ hours left and needed to charge electronic devices prior to our upcoming long flight) Service was very disappointing to say the least. I do not recommend nor will I be back.

The Henri Hotel Wien was amazing. We had a great time in VIenna and the hotel was so conveniently placed, we could walk everywhere. Our concierge made our taxi arrangements for the airport and had our driver there waiting for us. They were so helpful, even loaning an umbrella! It is a charming place that has many amenities. Highly recommend.

I booked my stay at Henri Vienna based on the strength of their Berlin sister hotel, and this visit didn’t disappoint. Located on a quiet side street in the Neubau area, the property is in easy walking distance to transit, dining and many of the tourist attractions Vienna is famous for. Located on a quiet side street in the Neubau area, the property is in easy walking distance to transit, dining and many of the tourist attractions Vienna is famous for. Quirky, charming boutique experience, with a retro style. It’s tucked away from the city bustle, but in easy walking distance to attractions like the Museum Quarter. And a bargain as well. It was my second visit, but won’t be the last.

Everything worked out so well for us - a couple visiting and exploring Vienna on a 4-day trip. The hotel location is great - about 12-15 min walk to the Ringstrasse and Hofburg but on a very quiet street. The room was of a adequate size (plus a walk-in closet) and maintained very well. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. A large supermarket is 5 min away. The staff was friendly and professional.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten und ruhigen Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U3 und viele Restaurants und Bars sind in kürzester Zeit fußläufig erreichbar. Außerdem hat das Hotel einen gewissen Charme der mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Personal ist nett, das Frühstück lecker und es gibt einen Haus-Cocktail, den man sich nach fachkundiger Anleitung durch das Personal selber mixen darf. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Close to major tourist attractions. Just 10 min away from Museum Quarters. Right behind a major shopping centre. Many restaurants and cafes around the corner. Room was clean and quiet. The elevator could fit two adults with luggage. Excellent customer service. Thanks Sara for being friendly and helpful.

What can I say, I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. huge room with separate walking closet, separate bath and separate toilet, it felt like a suit. The room was clean with electrical outlet near the bed and many places around the room, the shower was hot and excellent. Location: near Maria Hilfer, via the NH passage then you 2 min from U3 M. Breakfast was excellent, I could stay there for months. Everything in the bar is free, and you do have a NESPRESSO MACHINE AND CAPSULE. LOVED IT.

We were unfamiliar with the Henri hotel brand, but glad we discovered them! We will definitely seek them out in future travel. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff, by the end of our short stay they had become like friends to us. Great buffet breakfast, excellent coffee. The hotel has a small selection of very reasonably priced wines, as well as a lobby cocktail offering, and it's a great place to hang out for a nightcap. Again, kudos to the staff. We look forward to returning.

Great hotel with a vintage theme but a modern comfort, close to the Museum area. The staff is nice and helpful. Our room had a good size (dining area, separate rooms for the bath and toilet) and all the amenities. Thank you!

The hotel has a lot of character and charm. Room was large and it was close to the shopping strip and lots of restaurants and underground. Loved having the espresso machine, kettle and coffee pods and tea bags. Glass bottle of water was a nice touch too. Bumped overall stars down because Wifi was dodgy. I kept getting bumped off or didn’t have wifi at all. That was the most annoying part of my stay. Shower set up was a tad awkward as we didn’t want the entire floor to get wet. Other than that it was a decent room and hotel.
