Cute old motel. The microwave doesnt work, the tub does not hold water ( and was very dirty), no ice machine on property, already used soap and shampoos in bathroom. The pool was awesome! And, had to pay extra for my grandbabies(aged 1 and 2)

Owner charged more after paying on Expedia because he has to pay Expedia a fee. No coffee for coffee maker. Stained washcloths and towels and the tv didn’t work. Pool needs repair desperately

The swimming pool looked inviting, and basic necessities were taken care of. The property is on a very busy 6 lane road, so not a surprise there is a lot of traffic noise. We enjoyed our 1 night here.

Check in was very easy even at 1am. I felt safe which was also important to me. The room was very clean. The pool was nice. The location was centrally located to everything I intended to do. Checkout was a breeze. Will definately stay here again!

Great room with comfortable King bed, Full sized refrigerator, 4 top stove, microwave, coffee pot and dishes. The pool was great, nicely landscaped. AC was a little noisy, but nice and cold. Would stay again. Close to everything.

Really nice and pleasant stay. Basic motel, close to the beach (few miles). My room had a kitchenette and full fridge/freezer, which was great. Bed comfortable. Place perfectly clean. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Extended 2 more days after initial booking. Would definitely stay again.

The air conditioning units were loud and the one in the main room didn’t blow very cold. There was an odd smell in the room. There was a TV in the living area that I could not get to work. No TV in the bedroom. Bathroom looked dated and the tub had stains in it. On a positive note the shower had great water pressure. The hotel is centrally located to the Clearwater area.

The exterior is unassuming. Looks like a cheap, older motel. When we got inside, we were pleasantly surprised. It was comfortable, clean and had everything you needed for a short stay.

This an older hotel but the service, comfort and size of the rooms makes up for it. Getting personalized service with a friendly face these days is unheard of. The bed was comfortable. The room had a full kitchenette and a table with chairs. Even though it's on the main road, it was quiet. I would definitely stay here again

The cleaning supplies used was very strong. It gave me a headache. A door in the kitchenette was broken off and missing. The mattress was way to soft. AC unit was outdated and very noisy. Not worth $200

The bed was solid as a rock, pillows were not soft, I had to bend down to take shower because the head was placed abnormally low, and the the water didn’t get above like warm. My company booked the room because of the reviews but it seems they were not accurate at all. Very disappointed.

My stay here was perfect. The building looks old and vintage and run down from the outside but has great beds and pillows. The room was spacious with stove, full fridge and all. Service was great as well and the owner was so accommodating!

The owner-couple took extraordinary care of me. As a disabled vet, I had to evacuate during Helene and they assisted me with my luggage upon checkin, helped transfer me the next day to another room and were especially kind. The rooms have everything you need including a refrigerator, stove, dinning table, dishes, eating/cooking utentsils and a kitchen sink! A trip to Publix resulted in a substantial savings in food/beverage expenditures. I highly recommend this motel - especially for longer term stays.

The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room had a stove and full size refrigerator, better than advertised! The room was spacious and pleasant. The king bed was comfortable. We had to carry out luggage up the stairs but it worked out fine. I'd stay here again.

This was a great stay for a budget hotel. The proprietor was friendly and accommodating. The furnishings are quirky and old fashioned, but I found them fun. The Crest Lake Park is AMAZING for a morning walk with sea birds, a block away.

For me, a hidden gem for a short stay. It's nothing fancy, but very confortable and clean. The room looks and feels great. Close to various restaurants and fast foods. I will stay again if I'm in the area.

Older, family run hotel on major street a short drive from downtown clearwater and beaches. Felt very safe in area and although it was Xmas eve, there were actually some restaurants open. Room was very comfortable and had full cooking facilities. However, fan noise from heating unit made it difficult to hear the tv- remote only increased volume by a certain amount.
