Very run down, graffiti on the walls, cockroaches everywhere-horrible. But the staff were great and bed was comfortable.

Room was in good condition, and apparently clean. Bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep. Toilet seat actually had a lid! Had to drive more than 1 mile to find a suitable eatery (which turned out to be an "Outback". Glad I did Google street view prior to visit, otherwise I would have missed the place. Lighted "Budget Inn" sign was NOT LIT.
