A great Hotel, very handy for the rail station for a 15 min train trip from the airport. It is a very modern building, so don't expect old Viennese architecture. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful when asking questions about trams and recommending restaurants. The rooftop bar is lovely, with a great view over the City.

Very disappointing experience at Andaz Vienna. Our sink faucet broke and water flooded the room. Despite calling reception multiple times, no help arrived for over 1.5 hours, and we were eventually told no technician was available. Meanwhile, our belongings were soaked. Only after insisting did they send a security staff member, who was excellent and did his best to help—something we would have expected from the start at a 5-star hotel. We had to leave for the airport the next day with wet belongings. Not acceptable, and not a place we will return to.
