Was disappointed to find out fitness center and pool area were closed for remodeling. Will be a great thing when done. Absolutely loved the bed and shower in our room. Bathroom lighting poor, however.

Clean, staff very attentive. Nice bar and restaurant area. Housekeeping needs work. Didn't clean bathroom properly, leaving wet wash cloths in shower. We were there 5 days and they were never removed. Didn't replenish toilet paper, windows had fingerprints from previous guests.

The Stay was okay… but the thing that made me feel very uncomfortable is that their bed sheets were dirty, it had stains on them. I attached photos below. Also I don’t appreciate dirty towels. The body towels has brown stains on them as well. Please ensure your bed sheets and towels are clean! Also the coffee table was not organized there were 2 water bottles that were scattered across the table. Also the breakfast is $15 not $12 a bit misleading

The hotel was great. Large spacious room, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Small downsides, the AC unit is a bit noisy (a common thing anyway in the US so no reflection on this individual hotel), no kettle in the room (again the norm for the US). But those grips aside a very nice hotel with a big Target shop next door and places to eat, I recommend the Carolina Ale House (just book early) a 15 min walk away.

We have stayed here several times while in Raleigh visiting family. Quiet, convenient, pleasant and clean. This time we were given a room with the air compressor about 3 feet from our window. NOISY!!! All night long. Not pleasant!

Quick check in with Will. Super helpful. Got to our room, no microwave, fridge not cooling. Moved us to another room. Still didn’t have a microwave in the room, but we suffered through. We Brought in our own breakfast and they allowed us to sit in dining area. Very appreciative of that. Beds were really really comfy.

the hotel was nice and clean, my room did not have a microwave..they told me I would have to ask for it! I finally got one after one hr of asking for it...the heat was very noisy when it kicked on..the water pressure in the sink was not good...the tub had no plug to use it!! other than that, it was a nice stay

I have stayed at this location a few times before, it’s convenient to my needs to be in the area. The front desk staff was not warm or helpful this time, disregarding my Hilton Diamond status and unnecessarily difficult in interactions, including just needing additional water for the room. I’ll definitely reconsider my options when back in the area.

The check in was horrible. After I explained that I paid with the 3rd party they told me that I didn't pay and charged my credit card for a stay I had already paid for through the 3rd party. After that mistake they were unapologetic about it. The rooms are outdated. The refrigerator in the room did not work. The water pressure was horrible. Do not stay at this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was superb! The lady who checked me in was personable, kind, and seemed focused on making me feel welcome. The room was amazing. Comfortable bed and relaxing shower with excellent water pressure. Never ran out of hot water! The location can’t be beat for dining and shopping. I walked to most places. This will be my go-to hotel when I visit the area in the future.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had some difficulty adjusting the room temperature via thermostat. Breakfast was not included and we ate in the restaurant/bar only once during our 3 days stay. It was not worth the $15 per person price. We preferred to eat at other restaurants in the immediate area.

Hilton system was down when we got there. Had to wait until late to get in our room. Should be prepared in case that happens in the future. Pool was freezing. My kids wouldn’t even go in it was so cold. Otherwise the room was great. Thanks.

The hotel was clean and smelled really nice. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had some issues with water draining in the bathroom and also with the ac in our room but maintenance was there within minutes of us calling and took care of it all quickly and professionally.
