Emerald Dolphin Inn & Mini Golf

Enjoying my day this hotel is very clean very comfortable bed. Very nice customer service.

Great location, super helpful and friendly staff and the room was very clean with a mini frig and microwave. Just a note there is no a/c but fans provided. There are pet friendly rooms which is so appreciated! On warmer days it could be warm in room. Pomo Bluff is just down the street with spectualr views.

We’ve stayed at the Emerald Dolphin many times and usually don’t have a complaint, until now. Rooms are alway clean except this trip there was food left in the fridge. We stayed in a King size room upstairs, it was so hot we opened the windows and ran the flimsy fan to try and circulate air. No air conditioning. The small tv was so far from the bed we had to sit on the edge to watch it. There was only one usb charger and several outlets would not hold a plug, they fell out. I think the layout could be better thought out and updated. When we checked out the gentleman at desk acted very indifferent stated it was hot because of the rain and as for the plugs he said they would replace them. Who knows if it’ll happen.

This was a last minute booking because our original reservation was at the best western down the road and that was an awful, dirty place (immediately checked out). So, I booked this place late at night. Staff was friendly and kind. Room smelled weird and the fridge was so loud with the vibrations. Heater wouldn’t turn off, so thankfully we had a stand up fan in the room so we opened the door and put it in front of it to blow in the cool air. Beds were ok, room was clean, shower had good pressure, but almost $200 for the night was definitely not worth it.
