Front desk staff were friendly and informative. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Heater was sketchy. The deck and the view were great, and the room was very quiet. We had a great time. The outside stairs that lead down to the Harbor restaurants are in dire need of repair. They are a hazard, take caution if using them.

Clean room with lots of towels and pillows! Low water pressure in the shower but that may be intentional. Ice dispensers at convenient locations. Electric car charging. We enjoyed the view.

Right beside Noyo Harbor which is within walking distance but is a treacherous walk. Walking path from lodge to Noyo Harbor but closed for Maintainence. Lodge is great! Staff are super.

It was a nice room with a view of the harbour. We stayed in a deluxe room since it was only $20 more. It jad a small fireplace but no AC. Also no breakfast. There was a steep stairway walk down to t h e harbour. Our room was on the 1st floor which meant we had to go down stairs to out room.

We liked the unlimited coffee and tea provided by the hotel. The front office staff and the ground crew are very courteous and helpful. The only thing we did not like much is the sink located outside the bathroom and facing one of our beds.

The heater in our room never worked we used a portable one that kept us warm. This morning we had ants by the sink and the bedside table. We had no food in the room other than a sealed container of dry roasted peanuts. We did like the convenience of the location as my sister had a place nearby.

The property is quite nice, but the carpet and linolium could use a refresh. We did have a bit of a problem with ants near the nightstand between the beds. But we could not find a trail. Four pillows for each bed is wonderful! We frequently have to ask for additional pillows. Having a Ref and Microwave in the room is always a bonus, and MUCH appreciated. Staff were really nice.

The check in was fast , but the property is really old with all mold smelling carpets , no water bottles in the room , no house keeping. Also I have bed bug bites on my arm . So might be a problem there .

Property is well maintained, rooms are spacious, staff is excellent! My only complaint, the balconies are wonderful with great views, but I couldn't enjoy because they were covered in spiders and spider webs.

ONLY 1 THING CAN I SAY ( coffee offered) in the office. COULD NOT USE THE COFFEE MAKER IN ROOM (A BUG IN IT!) i’m a disabled senior who has LUPUS only wanted to stay in a CLEAN place and take a nice bath (COULD NOT RINGS IN THE TUB ALSO BUGS…not to mention under the sheets were bugs! it made me SO SICK i also now have BITES, i didn’t realize this till late thursday evening it was raining hard and foggy would LEFT! i never saw on there sight they didn’t provide any kind quest help (towels, extra blankets, NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. I saw bugs under the sheet to late, i was so upset and sick to my stomach i couldn’t eat or barely sleep in that nasty bed. I have stayed in Fort Bragg the mendocino/ little river area for years.. NEVER HAVE I STAYED IN SUCH A FILTHY PLACE. My time is very limited being so ILL most of the time.. i payed to be in a filthy place. A lady in the room next to me asked me if i smelled mold? i agreed and said yes. MY TIME WAS RUINED AND A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. If you don’t mind bugs, and the room dirty it’s for you! NOT ME. ((DISAPPOINTED)).

We stay here almost every time we're in Fort Bragg. We get great views for the price. They aren't very close to downtown, but Safeway is close by. We enjoy going down to the harbor for eating seafood. On the not great side, this place is beginning to show it's age. Needs updating and maintenance.

Harbor Lite Lodge has great customer service. The front desk was very friendly and super helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful view of the harbor. Happy they had a microwave and fridge/freezer in the room. And the location is super close to everything too! The only minor issue is the walls are super thin so I could hear the folks next door and outside talking, walking by and even using the restroom. But the area itself is pretty peaceful.

We stayed in the Deluxe 2 beds rooms and they were very comfortable! Great beds, spacious, beautiful view, really liked having the separate toilet/shower from the sink and vanity area. Ease of use with two people. Loved the amenities: refrigerator, microwave, fireplace. If I had one complaint to give it was that there was no written information available in the room regarding how to operate the fireplace, or what time checkout was. Also couldn't reach the front desk by room phone. It was inoperable. I had to contact the front desk for all of these things. Will definitely stay here again!

The room we booked was very cute. We booked with a harbor view (second floor). The view was beautiful. The mattress was very comfortable. I liked how the Safeway and wharf were not too far away, witch was very convenient. Very quiet. The only drawback was the wifi. It was barely usable and not usable at all sometimes. The signal we had was very weak. But besides that we did enjoy our stay.

Great property to stay at for a quick trip. Staff & service however was not great. Checked in one hour after check in time for leeway but room was unprepared upon arrival. Told to wait 15 more minutes for a call when they finished, but never got any call after 20. Went in and different staff wasn’t very attentive I wanted to get their attention, and once they checked with me, they told my room was apparently already ready and they didn’t call to let me know. So that wasn’t very welcoming… Other than that room was decent, nice view of the harbor, and got the job done to allow us a nice stay for the night.

Nice hotel within a short walk to lots of restaurants down by the harbor. 2 gas stations nearby. The hotel is right on Hwy 1 and about a block from the intersection of Hwy 20, the 2 major routes in the area. Got upgraded to a suite because my son was able to join us last-minute on our motorcycle trip, so we needed 2 beds.

I liked that the property is located above Noyo Harbor with its great seafood restaurants, yet a short drive to downtown Fort Bragg with its shops, galleries and a variety of dining options. The Mendocino Botanical Gardens and the charming historic village of Mendocino are also relatively close by and are well worth a visit.

The view from our room and balcony was terrific! Unfortunately (and there's nothing the facility can do about it), the road noise from the bridge and the periodic hooting of a foghorn are very prominent when the sliding window is open. The window provides good sound-proofing, but since there's no actual air-conditioning, the room can get pretty warm with the window closed, even in Fort Bragg's cool climate! The mattresses definitely need an upgrade! On the whole, though, an enjoyable stay. Noyo Harbor is a 10 minute walk away if you don't mind going down the steep and uneven stairs on the public path, and of course, you can drive there in five minutes. The location is convenient for trips to Ft. Bragg, the Botanical Gardens, Mendocino, and the various state parks. Good mattresses and functioning air conditioning would make it perfect!

Overall it was a good hotel - we didn't take advantage of the free coffee offered upon check-in but having the coffee maker in the room plus refrigerator was great! The balcony and views from our room overlooking Noyo Harbor was nice. One comment - there was a room below ours where the guest had their TV volume up too loud and it kept my partner awake until after 3:00am when they finally turned it off. I slept through it but he's a lighter sleeper.

This was an overnight stay for a meeting in Fort Bragg. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. No breakfast but a small market area in lobby. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room and they provided a list of local restaurants. Small deck. A little dated with fraying on the carpet. Friendly staff. I would stay again for a business trip.
